Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a body cleaning sheet that can easily clean skin and hair to which oily dirt such as sebum and aqueous dirt such as sweat and salts adhere. In particular, the present invention relates to a body cleaning sheet that can easily clean skin and hair without breaking makeup such as a foundation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, skin cleaning sheets for removing dirt adhering to hair, skin, and particularly the face are commercially available. Such skin cleaning sheets are roughly classified into oily substance-absorbing dry sheets that mainly remove oily dirt such as sebum, and aqueous cleaning liquid-impregnated wet sheets that mainly remove aqueous dirt such as sweat and salts.
[0003]
As a general oil-based material-absorbing dry sheet, natural pulp, koji, mitsumata, hemp and other fiber raw materials are highly beaten and then made into a sheet, and then rolled into a sheet by repeated hammering with a hammer, etc. And a soft plastic film having a large number of micropores on the surface. Such a dry sheet can absorb and remove oily dirt such as sebum and makeup scraps that have floated on the makeup surface such as a foundation without breaking the makeup, and therefore can prevent shine and makeup slippage.
[0004]
Moreover, as a general aqueous cleaning liquid-impregnated wet sheet, a hydrophilic fiber non-woven fabric is impregnated with aqueous lotion, and if necessary, a powder imparting a smooth feeling to the skin is adhered to the sheet surface or back surface. Wet sheets are known. Such a wet sheet can remove aqueous stains such as sweat and salts that have floated on the makeup surface such as a foundation without breaking the makeup, and can give the user a refreshing feeling as if it was washed. .
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the oily substance-absorbing dry sheet as described above, there has been a problem that aqueous stains such as sweat and salts contained therein and water-soluble proteins cannot be removed. In the case of an oily substance-absorbing dry sheet using a plastic film, there is also a problem that the touch is not good.
[0006]
On the other hand, in the case of the wet sheet impregnated with the aqueous cleaning liquid as described above, there has been a problem that oily stains cannot be sufficiently removed, and shine and makeup loss cannot be sufficiently prevented.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a body cleaning sheet that can easily remove oily dirt such as sebum and aqueous dirt such as sweat and salts from the body (skin and hair) and that has a good touch.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors of the present invention have (1) easy to use one sheet material by laminating and integrating an oily substance absorbing layer for absorbing and removing oily dirt and an aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer for removing or absorbing aqueous dirt. Oily stains and aqueous stains can be removed from the body, and (2) the oily substance absorbing layer and the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer are made of non-woven fabric to provide a good touch to the body cleaning sheet, and (3) oily properties. By providing a non-liquid-permeable layer between the substance absorption layer and the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer, it is possible to prevent the aqueous cleaning liquid from seeping into the oily substance absorption layer (show-through) and to effectively use the aqueous cleaning liquid. At the same time, the present inventors have found that it is possible to prevent the diffusion of aqueous stains and have completed the present invention.
[0009]
That is, the present invention includes an oily substance absorbing layer made of an oily substance-absorbing nonwoven fabric, an aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer in which an aqueous cleaning liquid is held in an aqueous cleaning liquid holding nonwoven fabric, and a non-permeable material provided therebetween. It is a skin cleaning sheet composed of a liquid layer, the oily substance absorption layer is a dry sheet, folded with the oily substance absorption layer on the outside and the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer on the inside, and stored in a sealed bag Provided is a skin cleaning sheet for cleaning the skin without breaking the makeup .
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, the body cleaning sheet of the present invention has a structure in which an oily substance absorbing layer 1, an aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2, and a non-liquid permeable layer 3 provided therebetween are laminated. Have. In this case, it is preferable that at least adjacent layers (that is, the oil-based substance absorbing layer 1 and the non-liquid-permeable layer 3, and the non-liquid-permeable layer 3 and the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2) contain the same kind of thermoplastic substance. When adjacent layers contain the same kind of thermoplastic material, both layers can be firmly bonded by thermal fusion. Here, “the same kind of thermoplastic substance” means substances having similar thermoplastic resin component structures (main structures are identical) and exhibiting good compatibility with each other.
[0011]
The oily substance absorbing layer 1 is a layer for absorbing and removing oily dirt, and is composed of an oily substance absorbing nonwoven fabric. Preferably, it is comprised from the nonwoven fabric dry sheet formed from the filament of the lipophilic thermoplastic resin.
[0012]
Examples of such a thermoplastic resin include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene; polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate; polyvinyl chloride resins; polyamide resins such as nylon; Examples thereof include acrylic resins; polyurethane resins; cellulose resins; polylactic acid resins; and derivatives thereof (for example, copolymers in which other monomer components are copolymerized with monomers constituting these resins). These may be used as a blend polymer by mixing two or more.
[0013]
In addition, additives can be appropriately added to these thermoplastic resins for the purpose of improving the lipophilicity or improving the softness. Examples of such additives include liquid rubber such as butadiene oligomer and isoprene oligomer, petroleum resin, coumarone resin, chlorinated paraffin, silicone oil, liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax and the like.
[0014]
Moreover, it is preferable that many fine holes are formed in the oily substance absorption layer 1 in order to increase the absorption surface area of the oily dirt. As a method for forming a large number of micropores in the oily substance absorbing layer 1, it is preferable to use a melt blown method, which is a kind of nonwoven fabric manufacturing method, in that the touch to the skin (use feeling) during use can be improved. Specifically, when melt spinning a thermoplastic resin, a high-temperature and high-pressure air stream is blown to the outlet of the spinning nozzle to draw and open the fibers immediately after spinning to form ultrafine fibers, and the ultrafine fibers are collected. The fine holes may be formed by stacking on a conveyor to form a sheet, and then thinning by heat embossing, calendaring, or the like. In particular, by performing the calendar process, it is possible to make the light transmittance between the portion where the oily dirt is absorbed and the surrounding area different, and it is possible to visually confirm whether or not the oily dirt is absorbed.
[0015]
The thickness of the oily substance absorption layer 1 is 10 to 300 μm, preferably 20 to 200 μm.
[0016]
The aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2 is a layer for wiping off or absorbing and removing aqueous dirt, and is constituted by holding an aqueous cleaning liquid on an aqueous cleaning liquid holding nonwoven fabric. Here, as a grade of holding | maintenance of aqueous | water-based cleaning liquid, Preferably it is 100 to 500 weight% with respect to an aqueous | water-based cleaning liquid holding | maintenance nonwoven fabric.
[0017]
As the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining nonwoven fabric, for example, a nonwoven fabric of natural fibers or synthetic fibers can be used. Specific examples include non-woven fabrics made of fibers such as rayon, acetate, acrylic, polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, polyamide, and cotton, or fibers obtained by blending two or more of these, wet or dry pulp sheets, and the like. Among these, a nonwoven fabric containing thermoplastic resin fibers from the viewpoint of enabling heat fusion with an adjacent non-liquid-permeable layer, and preferably hydrophilic fibers from the viewpoint of ensuring good aqueous cleaning liquid retention. A nonwoven fabric containing 20% by weight or more can be preferably used. Specific examples include cellulose short fiber-containing cellulose-based, acrylic-based, nylon-based, or mixed nonwoven fabrics thereof.
[0018]
The relationship between the thermoplastic resin fibers contained in the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining nonwoven fabric and the thermoplastic resin constituting the non-liquid permeable layer 3 is similar in molecular structure from the viewpoint of strengthening the thermal fusion between them (mainly It is preferable that the materials have the same structure and exhibit good compatibility with each other.
[0019]
As the aqueous cleaning liquid in the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2, known lotions, cleaning liquids, emulsions and the like can be used, and it is particularly preferable to contain sebum-dissolving components such as ethanol and an aqueous surfactant solution.
[0020]
Furthermore, it is more preferable that the aqueous cleaning liquid contains an insoluble powder that imparts a smooth feeling to the skin and makes the user feel a fresh feeling as if the face was washed.
[0021]
As the insoluble powder, various powders that are insoluble in the aqueous cleaning liquid constituting the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2, the oily dirt on the skin surface, and the aqueous dirt can be used. For example, inorganic powder such as silica, alumina, talc, kaolin, mica, titanium mica, zeolite, gunjo, zinc white, iron oxide, nylon, vinyl polymer, dimethyl silicone cross-linked elastomer, polymethyl methacrylate, methacrylate-alkylene diene An organic powder made of a polymer such as a methacrylate copolymer can be used. These insoluble powders may be porous or non-porous. In particular, it is possible to maintain a good skin feel and a smooth feeling by using a mixture of a powder that improves the skin feel and imparts a smooth feeling and an oil-absorbing powder such as a porous polymer or silica. This is preferable.
[0022]
As a preferable particle diameter of the insoluble powder, the average particle diameter is preferably 1 to 30 μm in order to obtain a good skin feel.
[0023]
In order to spread such an insoluble powder on the skin, it is preferable to reduce the voids (that is, the average pore diameter) of the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining nonwoven fabric to about 1 to 30 μm. In order to reduce the voids, it is preferable to form the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining nonwoven fabric from ultrafine fibers such as pulp and rayon, acrylic fibers and rayon fibers that are easily fibrillated and divided.
[0024]
The thickness of the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer 2 is 100 μm to 5 mm, preferably 500 μm to 1 mm.
[0025]
The non-liquid permeable layer 3 is a layer for preventing the aqueous cleaning liquid that constitutes the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2 from seeping into the oily substance absorbing layer 1 (show-through). This is a layer that does not move the absorbed oily dirt to the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2 side. The non-liquid-permeable layer 3 is preferably composed of a soft material sheet or film for the purpose of improving the feeling of use of the body cleaning sheet. For example, polyolefin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene-polypropylene blend polymer, etc. Polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate; Polyvinyl chloride resin; Polyamide resin such as nylon; Polyacrylic resin such as ethyl ethyl acrylate; Polyurethane resin; Cellulose resin; Polylactic acid Examples thereof include a sheet or film of a thermoplastic resin such as a resin. Furthermore, additives can be appropriately added to these thermoplastic resin sheets or films for the purpose of improving lipophilicity or improving softness. Examples of such additives include liquid rubber such as butadiene oligomer and isoprene oligomer, petroleum resin, coumarone resin, chlorinated paraffin, silicon oil, liquid paraffin, polyethylene wax and the like.
[0026]
In the particularly preferred embodiment of the body cleaning sheet of the present invention described above, the oily substance absorbing layer is composed of a polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric, the non-liquid permeable layer is composed of a polypropylene-polyethylene blend polymer film, and the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer is formed. The aspect comprised from the wet hydroentanglement nonwoven fabric (component fiber = acrylic short fiber, pulp) which mixed the core sheath composite short fiber (core polypropylene; sheath polyethylene) can be mentioned. Here, if the mixing ratio of the core-sheath composite fiber to the wet hydroentangled nonwoven fabric is too small, the adhesiveness between the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer and the liquid-impermeable layer is insufficient, and if it is too large, the aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer is insufficient. Since it becomes hard and the touch is deteriorated, it is preferably 10 to 30% by weight. According to this aspect, in normal use, there is no peeling between the respective layers, and the whole can be made thin, and the usability is improved.
[0027]
Moreover, in order to make it easy to visually recognize that the body cleaning sheet of the present invention has absorbed oily dirt, each layer may be colored. In this case, it is preferable to make the colors of the respective layers different from each other, in particular, to darken the color of the liquid-impermeable layer so that the contrast can be easily obtained.
[0028]
The body cleaning sheet of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is formed by laminating an oily substance-absorbing nonwoven fabric, a non-liquid-permeable thermoplastic resin film, and an aqueous cleaning fluid-retaining nonwoven fabric using, for example, a hot melt adhesive. Thereafter, the aqueous cleaning liquid-retaining nonwoven fabric can be produced by spraying and holding the aqueous cleaning liquid. By spraying and holding the aqueous cleaning liquid in this manner, the powder can be efficiently present on the surface of the aqueous cleaning liquid holding nonwoven fabric.
[0029]
Moreover, when manufacturing the sheet | seat for body cleaning of this invention as mentioned above, after making a thermoplastic substance of the same kind contain at least adjacent layers and mutually adhere | attaching by heat fusion | fusion, it is made into an aqueous cleaning liquid holding nonwoven fabric. It is preferable to spray and hold the aqueous cleaning liquid. Accordingly, the same kind of thermoplastic substance may be contained in the oily substance-absorbing nonwoven fabric, the non-liquid-permeable thermoplastic resin film, and the aqueous cleaning liquid-retaining non-woven fabric at the same time. The same kind of thermoplastic substance (first thermoplastic substance) is contained in the thermoplastic resin film, and another non-liquid-permeable thermoplastic resin film and an aqueous cleaning liquid-retaining non-woven fabric are separated from the same kind of thermoplastic substance (first 2 thermoplastic materials). In this case, the liquid-impermeable thermoplastic resin film simultaneously contains the first thermoplastic material and the second thermoplastic material.
[0030]
In addition, when laminating each layer, the adhesion between each layer may be performed on the entire opposite surface, but in order to give good softness and feeling of use to the body cleaning sheet, it may be partially adhered. preferable.
[0031]
The body cleaning sheet of the present invention is usually stored and stored in a sealed bag, and the body cleaning sheet is taken out from the sealed bag and used at the time of use. For example, oily dirt such as sebum that has floated on the surface of the body (skin, hair, makeup) is absorbed and removed on the oily substance absorbing layer side, and aqueous dirt is removed on the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer side. Therefore, according to the body cleaning sheet of the present invention, by using the front and back of one sheet, oily stains and aqueous stains floating on the body surface or the makeup surface can be easily removed without breaking the makeup. Can improve the durability of makeup.
[0032]
As a form of storing the body cleaning sheet of the present invention in the airtight bag, in particular, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer 2 is set to the inside so that the oily substance absorbing layer 1 is on the outside. A mode in which it is folded or a mode in which it is folded in three as shown in FIG. Here, in the case of the tri-folded state, the evaporation of the aqueous cleaning liquid can be further suppressed as compared with the case of the double-folded state, and in some cases, the powder contained in the aqueous cleaning liquid is added to the oily substance absorbing layer 1. Since it can suppress shifting, it is preferable.
[0033]
In the case of the three-fold mode, one of the opposing edges 4a and 4b may be overhanged on the other (not shown), but just as shown in FIG. It is preferable to make contact.
[0034]

[Table 2]
Figure 0003823661
[0048]
As is apparent from Table 2, an oily substance absorbing layer made of a PP meltblown nonwoven fabric, a non-liquid permeable layer made of a PP-PE blend polymer film, and a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric {acrylic fiber: core (PP) sheath (PE) composite fiber : The body cleaning sheet of Example 1 formed by adhering an aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer made of a wet spunlace nonwoven fabric obtained from a mixed fiber of pulp} by a heat-sealing method is good for any of the evaluation items. Results were obtained.
[0049]
On the other hand, the body cleaning sheet of Comparative Example 1 in which an oily substance absorbing layer and an aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer not containing a thermoplastic substance are laminated without interposing a non-liquid permeable layer is “the show-through property of an aqueous cleaning liquid”. And the result of “heat sealability” was inferior to that of Example 1.
[0050]
The body cleaning sheet of Comparative Example 2 in which an oily substance absorbing layer made of a polypropylene film rather than a non-woven fabric and an aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer not containing a thermoplastic material was laminated without interposing a non-liquid permeable layer was Compared with the case of 1, the “skin feel” was lowered and the “heat sealability” was also inferior.
[0051]
In addition, the body cleaning sheet of Comparative Examples 3 to 5 consisting of a single oily substance absorbing layer or a single layer of aqueous cleaning liquid retaining layer, in particular, has an aqueous soil removability or oily soil removability compared to the case of Example 1. It was very inferior.
[0052]
From the above results, the body cleaning sheet is composed of an oily substance absorbing layer made of an oily substance-absorbing nonwoven fabric, an aqueous cleaning liquid holding layer in which an aqueous cleaning liquid is held on the aqueous cleaning liquid holding nonwoven fabric, and a space between them. It turns out that it is preferable to comprise from the impermeable layer provided. Moreover, in order to improve the heat sealability, it can be seen that it is preferable that at least the adjacent layers contain the same kind of thermoplastic substance and the adjacent layers are bonded together by heat fusion.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
According to the body cleaning sheet of the present invention, it is possible to easily clean skin and hair to which oily dirt such as sebum and aqueous dirt such as sweat and salts adhere. In particular, the skin and hair can be easily cleaned without breaking makeup such as a foundation.
