本発明は、マンホール足掛装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のものとして、例えば特開平7−42183号公報に示されるものがあった。即ち、コ字状のステップの両端にネジ部を形成するとともに、該ステップの本体部から左右の折り曲げ部の中間にかけて樹脂を連続的に被覆し、さらに上記折り曲げ部の中間にそれぞれ鍔を上記樹脂被覆と一体成形し、上記折り曲げ部をコンクリート筒体のステップ挿通孔に挿通して上記両鍔をコンクリート筒体の内面に密着させ、上記ネジ部にナットを螺着して上記ステップをコンクリート筒体に固定する。ここで、上記鍔のそれぞれを、コンクリート筒体の内側に向かって凹な椀型にしてあり、鍔を形成する被覆樹脂は、加圧すると弾性変形する特性のものを使ってある。従って、鍔が弾性変形してその周縁をコンクリート筒体の内面に密着するので、ある範囲内でコンクリート筒体の内面曲率に拘わらず、ステップを鍔によって水密性を保ちながら、取り付けが可能になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような先行技術では、前記鍔の弾性変形のみでコンクリート筒体の内面に密着させるものである。従って、コンクリート筒体の内面曲率の或る一定範囲内しか適用できなかった。しかも、ステップ本体の樹脂被覆と一体成形されるものであるから、ステップ本体と鍔とに要求される樹脂の性質の双方を満足させる樹脂の選択範囲が非常に限定されてくる。即ち、ステップ本体の樹脂は硬いものがよく、鍔の樹脂は弾性変形に富む柔らかいものが望まれ、相反する要求を満たさねばならない。しかも、鍔を変形させながらナットを締め付けてゆかねばならないので、作業者に相当なる労力を要求する。

本発明は上記課題を解決し、コンクリート筒体のマンホールの内面曲率に拘わらずステップの取り付けを可能にするマンホール用足掛装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明の構成は次のとおりとする。即ち、第1構成は、コ字状のステップの両端にネジ部が形成され、該ステップの主部両端から折り曲げた脚部の中間にかけて樹脂被覆が連続的に施され、前記脚部をコンクリート筒体のステップ取付孔に挿通させ、前記ネジ部にナットが螺着され、前記ステップがコンクリート筒体に固定されるようにしたマンホール用足掛装置において、前記ステップの脚部の中途には球状凸部が脚部の中心軸線と同心に一体形成され、この球状凸部には、別体の鍔部材が摺回動可能に嵌合されたことである。

第2構成は、第1構成に加え、前記鍔部材は全体的に頭截円錐筒状を呈し、小径端部において、前記ステップの球状凸部に摺回動できるような球状内面を持ち、大径端側は弾性変形容易なように、厚さが薄くされていることである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施態様を図面に示す一実施例にもとづき説明する。図1,2において、コ字状のステップ1の鋼製芯棒1fの両端にネジ部1cが形成され、該ステップの主部1aから左右に折り曲げた脚部1bの中間にかけて、芯棒1fの外周に合成樹脂被覆1eが連続的に施される。前記脚部1bをコンクリート筒体Aのステップ取付孔A0に挿通させ、前記ネジ部1cにナット7が螺着され、前記ステップ1がコンクリート筒体Aに固定される。
