本発明は、屋上やバルコニー等に敷設するのに好適な床タイルユニットに係り、詳しくは合成樹脂製のベースと、該ベース上に固着された複数枚のタイルとを備えてなる床タイルユニットに関する。さらに詳しくは、このベースの下側への風の流入を防止するための遮蔽部材を備えた床タイルユニットに関する。

【従来の技術】
屋上、バルコニー、ベランダ、テラス、土間、コンクリート引きの廊下などを手軽にタイル敷設面とすることができる床タイルユニットが近年普及しつつある。この床タイルユニットは、通常、方形の合成樹脂製のベースと、このベースの上面に接着剤で固着されたタイルとを備えてなる。

ベースは、軽量化及び柔軟な屈曲性(下地の不陸への追随性)等のために、厚み方向に貫通する多数の貫通部を有する。このベースは、タイル1枚分の大きさに形成された複数のタイル張付部と、該タイル張付部同士を橋わたし状につなぐタイ部とが合成樹脂により一体的に成形されたものである。このタイル張付部は、通常、方形であり、各タイル張付部は枡目状に整列配置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このようなコ字形状の従来の遮蔽部材は、該上片が床タイルユニットの側縁の上面にも被さるものであるため、上方から見たときに該上片がかなり目立ち、見栄えが悪い。また、この床タイルユニットの上面に露出した該上片が足裏から離脱方向の力を受け易く、遮蔽部材が外れ易いという短所もある。

本発明は、このような短所を克服し、遮蔽部材が目立たず美感に優れると共に、遮蔽部材が離脱しにくい床タイルユニットを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の床タイルユニットは、合成樹脂製のベースと、該ベース上に固着された複数枚のタイルとを備えてなる床タイルユニットであって、該ベースの下側への風の流入防止用の遮蔽部材が床タイルユニットの側面に装着された床タイルユニットにおいて、該遮蔽部材は、前記タイル同士の間の目地部に差し込まれて該ベースに係止される差込片と、該床タイルユニットの側面に沿って延在するプレートとを備えてなることを特徴とするものである。

かかる床タイルユニットにあっては、遮蔽部材は、床タイルユニットの側面に沿うプレートと、目地部に差し込まれる差込片とからなるものであり、タイルの上縁に被さる部分が無いので、遮蔽部材が目立たず、見栄えが良い。また、足裏で押されて外れることも防止される。

この差込片にフック部を設け、このフック部をベースに係止させることにより、遮蔽部材が一層外れにくいものとなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜4を参照して実施の形態について説明する。図1は実施の形態に係る床タイルユニットの斜視図、図2の(a)図は床タイルユニットの平面図、(b)図は(a)図のB−B線矢視図、図3は床タイルユニットの裏面図、図4の(a)図は遮蔽部材の斜視図、(b)図は図2のIV−IV線に沿う断面図である。

この床タイルユニットは、合成樹脂製のベース10と、該ベース10上に接着剤で接着されたタイル20と、床タイルユニットの側面に設けられた遮蔽部材30とを有する。
