本発明は各種音響機器に使用されるスピーカの製造方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のスピーカを図3のバッフル板付きのスピーカにより説明する。

上記課題を解決するために本発明のスピーカの製造方法は、磁気回路と、この磁気回路に結合したフレームと、外周をこのフレームに結合し内周を上記磁気回路の磁気ギャップにはめ込んだボイスコイルに結合した振動板と、この振動板のエッジ部の外周の上記フレームとの結合部分上に結合するガスケット部を有するバッフル板にグリル部を一体に設けるとともに、このバッフル板の中央に開口部を設けた構成のスピーカの製造方法において、少なくとも上記バッフル板と上記振動板を上記フレームに結合した後、上記ボイスコイルを上記バッフル板に設けた上記開口部を介して上記振動板と結合するものであり、上記バッフル板を装着した後で上記バッフル板の開口部を介して上記ボイスコイルと振動板が結合でき、ガスケット単独を用いる従来の一般的なスピーカと同様の組立工数でグリルの機能も付加したスピーカが部品点数の増加もなく提供できるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、磁気回路と、この磁気回路に結合したフレームと、外周をこのフレームに結合し内周を上記磁気回路の磁気ギャップにはめ込んだボイスコイルに結合した振動板と、この振動板のエッジ部の外周の上記フレームとの結合部分上に結合するガスケット部を有すると共にグリル部を一体に設け、更に中央に開口部を設けたバッフル板とで構成したスピーカの製造方法において、少なくとも上記バッフル板と上記振動板を上記フレームに結合した後、上記ボイスコイルを上記バッフル板に設けた上記開口部を介して上記振動板と結合するものであり、上記バッフル板と上記振動板を上記フレームに装着した後で上記バッフル板の開口部を介して上記ボイスコイルと振動板を結合でき、ガスケット単独を用いる従来の一般的なスピーカと同様の組立工数でグリルの機能も付加することができるものである。

本発明のスピーカの他の実施の形態を図2(a),(b)より説明する。図2(a)は本発明のスピーカの他の実施の形態の断面図であり、図2(b)は同上面図である。実施の形態との相違点はバッフル板12の開口部12cの周縁にリブ12dを設けた点である。このリブ12dを設けたことによりバッフル板12の開口部12cの近傍の強度の向上を図るものである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明のスピーカの製造方法は、ガスケット部とグリル部を一体に設けたバッフル板の中央に開口部を設け、振動板とバッフル板をフレームに結合した後でボイスコイルを磁気回路の磁気ギャップにはめ込、その後でボイスコイルと振動板の内周を結合することで、スピーカの組立作業はあたかもガスケット単独の従来のスピーカと同様に行え、グリルを有するスピーカを部品点数、組立工数の増加なしに提供できるものである。
