Description
いま、図1と図2を参照する。中空の内部14を限定する一部を備えるハウジング12を内蔵するエンクロージャを備える電流圧力変換器10を図示している。ハウジング12は、たとえば工程をモニターするために、配電制御システムからの電流制御信号を受ける電気信号ケーブルへの適切な接続を行なうため、界磁端子ストリップ18を備える界磁端子ボックス部16を内蔵する。端部キャップ20は、端子18に適切なケーブル配線接続ができるよう、ハウジングから取り外し可能である。
図11から図20を参照する。ここには、電流圧力位置決め装置から、電流圧力変換器に、またその逆に容易に改装できる電空計器の例を示している。たとえば、図11と図12の組立図は、現在利用できる装置全体で、構造に最適な柔軟性のある好ましい電空変換計器200を図示している。とくに、構造は、数個の主要計器部品についてモジュール式で、以下の利点が得られる。
(1)以前の計器ではなかった方法で、計器を、弁位置決め装置から圧力変換器に容易に改装できる。
(2)多種類のフィールド接続と構造を収納できるように、ハウジングに、多種類の端子ボックスを、取り外し式に取り付けることができる。
Claims (2)
- 供給圧力入口(126)、変動圧力制御入口(122)、作動器圧力出口(124)、および排気出口(128)を備えるハウジング(12)と、
前記供給圧力入口(126)を前記作動器圧力出口(124)につなげる供給ポート(132)と、
前記作動器圧力出口(124)を前記排気出口(128)につなげる排気ポート(134)と、
前記変動圧力制御入口(122)に連結した入力ダイアフラム(130)、および、前記変動圧力制御入口(122)における変動圧力に応じて前記作動器圧力出口(124)に変動圧力を加えるために前記供給ポート(132)と前記排気ポート(134)に咬み合って接し前記入力ダイアフラム(130)に連結した各弁プラグ(138)と、
該各弁プラグ(138)と前記入力ダイアフラム(130)との中間に取り付けられた一対のダイアフラム(158,160)を備え、該一対のダイアフラム(158,160)が供給バイアスキャビティ(162)を限定している供給バイアスダイアフラム手段と、
前記供給圧力入口(126)の供給圧力に基づき、前記変動圧力制御入口(122)の変動圧力に相応する初期圧力を作動器圧力出口(124)に形成するために、前記リレー(48)をバイアスするよう前記供給圧力入口(126)を前記供給バイアスキャビティ(162)につなぐ流れ手段と
を備えており、
バイアスキャビティ(162)を供給圧力の一時的な変動から隔離するため、前記流れ手段が前記供給バイアスキャビティ(162)と前記供給圧力入口(126)との間に制限された通路(164)を有しており、
前記制限された通路が細管状穴(164)である流体制御のための供給バイアス空気圧リレー。 - 前記一対のダイアフラム(158,160)が異なるダイアフラム面積である請求項1記載の供給バイアス空気圧リレー。
