Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a latch head of a latch lock, which reduces sliding noise and collision noise when the latch head engages with a latch bracket, gives the latch lock a high-class feeling, and is easy to manufacture. The cost can be reduced.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a latch lock, that is, a lock in which a latch bolt protruding by a spring is accommodated in a latch case, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-54756 and Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 63-56756 can be used to reduce or suppress vibration and sound when the latch is operated. There are those described in Japanese Patent No. 67781. These slides occur inside the latch case between the latch bolt and latch bumper, between the latch shaft and latch bumper and guide plate, between the hub and hub receiver and guide plate, and between the latch bolt and case plate through hole. It was devised to prevent noise and collision noise.
[0003]
The structure described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-54756 is that the guide plate for supporting the latch shaft portion is made of synthetic resin, and a latch bumper made of synthetic resin is provided near the front portion of the latch shaft. A synthetic resin hub receiver that can be engaged with the hub is provided at the rear end portion, and the engaging surface of the hub receiver is provided apart from the hub.
[0004]
Further, in the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-67781, a sliding frame made of synthetic resin is provided on the inner peripheral edge of the through hole of the front plate of the latch case, and it is synthesized between the hub receiver and the hub at the rear end of the latch shaft. A resin buffer plate is provided, and a gap is always provided between the hub and the guide plate.
[0005]
These are effective in suppressing and reducing sliding noise and collision noise inside the latch case. However, when the latch head comes into contact with the latch receiving bracket as the door is opened or closed, or when the latch head is engaged with the engagement recess of the latch receiving bracket, if the latch head remains made of metal, sliding noise and collision noise Is still occurring. As a means for preventing this, for example, a piece of a synthetic resin plate attached to a part of the slope of the latch head, or a metal plate in which the latch head is formed of a synthetic resin material and also serves as a latch shaft (For example, see “Locks and Keys” edited by Japan Rock Research Institute, 1980, page 125, published by Inoue Shoin).
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case where a synthetic resin small plate piece is mounted on a part of the slope of the latch head, the small plate piece is always peeled off for long-term use by simple bonding. Therefore, the latch head has to be manufactured in a special structure to prevent peeling so that the small plate pieces do not easily come off, resulting in high manufacturing costs. Further, the latch head made of a synthetic resin body and held by a metal plate to be a latch shaft must have a special structure inside the latch lock, which is also expensive.
[0007]
In addition, when only a part of the latch head is made of synthetic resin, when the door opens and closes, the latch head comes into contact with the receiving bracket and when it engages with the engaging recess of the receiving bracket. The impact sound is not sufficiently absorbed. Recently, in order to obtain a high-class feeling, it is desired that the latch of the latch lock and the metal fitting can be operated more silently.
[0008]
The present invention was created with the object of solving the problems of the latch head of the conventional latch lock. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a latch head of a latch lock which can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure, and the latch head and the metal fitting operate more quietly and has a high-class feeling.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The latch head of the latch lock according to the present invention is a latch head body 1 having a cap 2 fitted thereto, and is opposed to the latch head body 1 in the door opening / closing direction near the neck 5. The caps 2 are made of a synthetic resin and have a hollow portion 7 that can be fitted to the latch head body 1 from the tip to the neck, and is open. The locking portions 4, 4 that engage with the locking portions 3, 3 of the latch head body 1 are formed on both inner surfaces facing the rear portion in the door opening / closing direction , and the cap 2 is The latch head body 1 is engaged and locked so as to cover the whole, and the outer surface of the cap 2 on the door opening / closing direction closing side is the door opening / closing direction toward the neck portion 5 from the front end of the latch head body 1. It is formed on an inclined surface that moves to the closing side, and the door of the latch head body 1 is opened. Closing direction side surface, corresponding to the inclined surface of the cap 2, in which is formed on the inclined surface to shift the opening and closing direction closing side of the door toward the neck portion 5 from the tip of the latch head body 1 .
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the latch head of the latch lock according to the present invention, the latch is die-cast, but the latch heads 1 are formed with locking portions 3 and 3 on opposite side surfaces near the neck 5, and the cap 2 It is made of synthetic resin and has locking portions 4 and 4 formed on the opposite inner side surfaces near the rear of the opening. One of the locking portions 3, 3, 4, 4 is convex and the other May be concave.
[0011]
The height and depth of the convex portions and concave portions of the locking portions 3, 3, 4, and 4 are such that the cap 2 can be comfortably engaged with the latch head body 1 and can be prevented from coming off once it has been engaged. Keep it as a thing. Moreover, although it is desirable to form the cross-sectional shape of a convex part in the inclination shape (refer FIG. 1) which became high from the front to back, it is not necessarily restricted to it.
[0012]
On the other hand, the cap 2 is made of a synthetic resin, and the material is preferably a material having impact resistance, wear resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance, and is an engineering plastic used for machine parts recently, such as acetal resin, epoxy resin, It is preferable to use a phenol resin, polycarbonate, or any other material having the above properties. The hardness of the molded cap is preferably intermediate between soft and hard materials from the viewpoint of preventing the cap 2 from slipping out and preventing vibration and sound.
[0013]
The shape of the cap 2 is a shape of a rear opening having a hollow portion 7 that can be fitted from the front end of the latch head body 1 to the neck, and is a right angle slightly larger than the shape of the latch head body 1 in a plan view. Triangular shape. Further, locking portions 4 and 4 that engage with the locking portions 3 and 3 of the latch head main body 1 are formed on the opposing inner side surfaces near the rear opening of the cap 2 as described above.
[0014]
The cap 2 is fitted from the front end of the latch head body 1 toward the neck, thereby covering the entire latch head body 1. In the latch lock having the latch head of this structure, the latch head body 1 comes into contact with the receiving metal fitting 6 when the door is opened and closed, and when the latch head main body 1 is engaged with the engaging recess of the receiving metal fitting 6, The cap 2 that covers the entirety of the latch head main body 1 disperses and absorbs the sliding noise caused by the contact and the collision noise / vibration noise when engaged with the engaging recess. Therefore, compared to the conventional latch head that is made of metal, or just a piece of synthetic resin attached to a part of it, the sliding sound, collision sound, vibration sound, etc. that occur when the latch is activated It is greatly reduced.
[0015]
Further, in this latch head according to the present invention, the latch head that protrudes with the conventional latch lock and is visible from the outside is covered with the synthetic resin cap 2 so that the entire head main body 1 is covered. It feels soft and gives the impression that it is a high-quality latch lock that operates quietly without any sliding or collision noise.
[0016]
Further, in this latch head, the cap 2 is fitted so as to wrap the entire latch head body 1, and the locking portions 4, 4 near the rear of the opening are locking portions near the neck of the latch head body 1. It is engaged with 3 and 3 and is prevented from coming off. Therefore, there is no fear that the conventional synthetic resin piece is inadvertently dropped as compared with the case where it is bonded to a part of the latch head body. On the other side, the latch head with the locking parts 3 and 3 can be manufactured by die casting, and the cap 2 is also a single product made of synthetic resin. Unlike part of the body with a special shape, it does not increase the manufacturing cost.
[0017]
If the cap 2 is damaged, for example, it may be removed by hooking with a driver-like one, and a new cap 2 may be engaged from the tip of the latch head body 1.
[0018]
【Example】
In the structure of the latch head of the latch lock according to the present invention, the locking portions 3 and 3 are formed near the neck of the latch head body 1 as described above. On both sides of the side, there are ridges in the vertical direction (see FIG. 3). In this case, when the latch is manufactured by die casting, the latch is integrally formed so that the protruding height is about 0.5 mm.
[0019]
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the locking portions 3 and 3 is such that the cap 2 can be easily engaged with the latch head body 1 when engaged, and after engagement with the locking portions 4 and 4 of the cap 2 is engaged. Here, in order to prevent it from coming out, it is formed in an inclined shape having a protruding height that gradually increases from the front to the rear (see FIG. 1).
[0020]
On the other hand, the cap 2 is made of a synthetic resin, and is made of polyacetal resin. The hardness of the cap 2 is intermediate between soft and hard for strength, retaining and vibration / sliding sound absorption. . The shape of the cap 2 is that of a rear opening having a hollow portion 7 that can be fitted to the latch head body 1 from the tip, and has a right-angled triangle shape slightly larger than the latch head body 1 as seen in a plan view. Here, the average thickness is about 1.5 mm.
[0021]
Further, on the opposite inner side surface near the rear opening of the cap 2, it is formed in a concave groove shape so as to be engageable with the locking portions 3, 3 of the latch head body 1 in the vertical direction (see FIG. 2), the depth here is slightly deeper than 0.5 mm.
[0022]
Then, the cap 2 is crowned from the tip of the latch head body 1 to the neck portion so as to cover the entire latch head body 1, and the locking portions 3, 3, 4, 4 of both 1, 2 are connected. Engaged and locked. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a latch case.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above, the latch head of the latch lock according to the present invention can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure, and the latch operates more quietly on the receiving bracket than ever before to provide a high-grade latch lock. Obtainable.
[0024]
In other words, the latch head of the conventional latch lock has a small piece of synthetic resin attached to a part of the slope, or is manufactured to have a special structure for preventing the latch head from peeling off. In simple bonding, small pieces of pieces are constantly peeled off for long-term use, and it is expensive to manufacture the latch head in a special structure.
[0025]
On the other hand, the latch head of the latch lock according to the present invention has the cap made of synthetic resin intertwined so as to wrap the whole from the tip of the latch head body to the neck. For this reason, the synthetic resin cap that covers the entire latch head body disperses and absorbs the sliding noise and collision noise that accompany the opening and closing of the door, and the latch operates quietly. be able to.
[0026]
In addition, the latch head body that protrudes to the outside with the latch lock is covered with a synthetic resin cap, so it can give a soft impression and works quietly from this surface. A high-quality latch lock can be obtained.
[0027]
Furthermore, the cap and the latch head main body are engaged with and locked with the locking portion near the rear opening of the former with the locking portion near the neck, so that the cap is sufficiently prevented from coming off. In addition, it is possible to prevent inadvertent detachment of the cap once fitted. Note that the latch with the latching portion on the latch head body can be integrally formed at the time of die casting, and the cap with the latching portion on the inner surface is a single product made of synthetic resin, so that the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
