本発明は、サイコロとして使用することができる他、組立て又は分解することができるサイコロ人形に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、サイコロは立方体で形成され、その各面に数字が表記されていた。また、従来の人形は、細長く形成されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のサイコロは、双六等の本来のサイコロ遊びの他には使用することができなかった。一方、人形は転がしてサイコロ遊びをすることができなかった。
本発明は、上記課題を解決するため、転がしてサイコロ遊びをすることができ、さらに複数の部材に分解し、その分解した複数の部材で組立てることができるサイコロ人形を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願請求項１記載の人形は、上記課題を解決するため、下記の手段を有する。
（イ）人形本体は、胴部、頭部、脚部、腕部、背面部材によって構成されていること。
（ロ）前記頭部の下面には、係合部材が突設されていること。
（ハ）前記脚部の上面には、係合部材が突設されていること。
（ニ）前記腕部の側面には、係合部材が突設されていること。
（ホ）前記背面部材には、係止軸が突設されていること。
（へ）胴部には凹部が形成され、その凹部には上下方向から頭部と脚部の係合部材が着脱可能であること。
（ト）胴部の両側には背面側に通じる溝部が形成され、その溝部には腕部の係合部材が着脱可能であること。
（チ）頭部と脚部の係合部材には夫々貫通穴が形成され、前記胴部の凹部に前記頭部と脚部の係合部材を装着したとき、前記夫々の貫通穴は略同心となること。
（リ）胴部と頭部と脚部と背面部材は、前記貫通穴に背面部材の係止軸が装着されることにより、一体的に組み立て可能であること。
（ヌ）人形本体は、背面部材の係止軸を前記貫通穴より脱することにより、胴部、頭部、脚部、背面部材に分解可能であること。
（ル）人形本体は、頭部が上面を構成し、脚部が下面を構成し、左側の腕部が左面を構成し、右側の腕部が右面を構成し、背面部材が背面を構成し、頭部の前部と腕部又は脚部の前部が前面を構成することにより、略立方体形状に形成されていること。

本願請求項２記載の人形は、上記課題を解決するため、下記の手段を有する。
（イ）人形本体は、胴部、頭部、脚部によって構成されていること。
（ロ）前記頭部の下面には、係合部材が突設されていること。
（ハ）前記脚部の上面には、係合部材が突設されていること。
（ニ）胴部には貫通孔が形成され、その貫通孔には上下方向から頭部と脚部の係合部材が着脱可能であること。
（ホ）頭部の係合部材には、一対の挟持片又は挟持部の一方が設けられ、脚部の係合部材には、一対の挟持片又は挟持部の他方が設けられていること。
（ヘ）頭部と脚部は、前記胴部の貫通孔に上下方向から頭部と脚部の係合部材を装着することで、一対の挟持片に挟持部が挟持されることにより、胴部に一体的に組み立て可能であること。
（ト）人形本体は、一対の挟持片による挟持部の挟持が解除されることにより、頭部、脚部、胴部に分解可能であること。
（チ）胴部には、一対の腕部と背面部材が一体的に設けられていること。
（リ）人形本体は、頭部が上面を構成し、脚部が下面を構成し、左側の腕部が左面を構成し、右側の腕部が右面を構成し、背面部材が背面を構成し、頭部の前部と腕部又は脚部の前部が前面を構成することにより、略立方体形状に形成されていること。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一つの実施の形態を図面を用いて説明する。図１は、サイコロ人形の斜視図である。図２は、サイコロ人形の要部切欠側面図である。図３は、サイコロ人形の分解斜視図である。図４は、サイコロ人形の分解、組立ての際の背面側の斜視図である。図５は、サイコロ人形の組立状態の背面側の斜視図である。図６は、サイコロ人形のサイコロ遊びの際の説明用側面図である。

サイコロ人形Ａの人形本体１は、図１に示すように、外観上多少の凹凸があるが、略立方体形状に形成されている。人形本体１は、胴部２、頭部３、脚部４、腕部５，５、背面部材６によって構成され、これらによって分解、組立て可能に形成されている。

胴部２は、図３に示すように、背面開放の箱形に形成され、その上面２４および下面２５には背面２６に連なる凹部２１が形成されている。胴部２の両側面２７，２７には背面２６側に通じる溝部２２，２２が形成されている。また、胴部２の下面２５には脚部４を係合させるための二つの係合突起２３，２３が突設されている。

頭部３は、顔部３ａと頭髪部３ｂとからなる。顔部３ａの下面３５には胴部２の凹部２１に上方向から着脱自在に装着されるための係合部材３１が突設されている。この係合部材３１の中央には、左右両側に略コ字状の挿通溝３２，３２を具えた貫通穴３３が形成されている。また、顔部３ａの上面３６には突起３４が形成されている。一方、頭髪部３ｂは、略星形状に形成され、下面３８に上記突起３４を嵌着する嵌着穴３７が形成されている。

脚部４は、上面４７に上記胴部２の凹部２１に下方向から着脱自在に装着されるための係合部材４１が突設されている。この係合部材４１は、頭部３の係合部材３１を避けた後側の位置に挿設される。この係合部材４１の中央には、左右両側に略コ字状の挿通溝４２，４２を具えた貫通穴４３が形成されている。また、脚部４の上面４７には、胴部２の二つの係合突起２３を係合する二つの係合溝４４，４４が形成されている。この係合溝４４，４４の内側には、コ形の切欠き４８によって係止板４６が形成され、この係止板４６には、二つのガイド突起４５，４５が突設形成されている。

腕部５、５は左右略対象に形成されている。その腕部５，５の内側には、夫々上記胴部２の溝部２２に後方から着脱自在に装着できる、断面略Ｔ形の係合部材５１、５１が突設されている。この係合部材５１を介して胴部２に腕部５を装着した状態において、腕部５の後端５２が、図２に示すように、胴部２、脚部４及び顔部３ａの後端とともに面一になる様に形成されている。この後端に背面部材６が当接するようになっている。

背面部材６は、人形本体１の背面側に回転可能に取付けられるための係止軸６１が突設されている。この係止軸６１は胴部２に装着される頭部３の係合部材３１の貫通穴３３と脚部４の係合部材４１の貫通穴４３に通して着脱自在に装着される。係止軸６１の先端部には、係合部材４１の挿通溝４２，４２と係合部材３１の挿通溝３２，３２を通過すると共に回転させることによって、係合部材３１の貫通穴３３周縁に係止される係止突起６２、６２が突設されている。

サイコロ人形Ａは、上記の構成を有し、以下のように組み立てられる。胴部２の両側面２７，２７に形成された溝部２２，２２に、後方から腕部５，５の係合部材５１，５１を着脱自在に装着して、胴部２に腕部５，５を取り付ける。顔部３ａの上面３６に形成された突起３４に頭髪部３ｂの嵌着穴７１を嵌着して、頭部３を組み立てる。

胴部２の凹部２１に、上方から頭部３の係合部材３１を着脱自在に装着する。胴部２の凹部２１に、係合部材３１の後方に位置するようにして、下方から脚部４の係合部材４１を着脱自在に装着する。この装着の際、脚部４の上面４７に形成された二つの係合溝４４，４４を、胴部２の二つの係合突起２３に係合させる。

背面側から、背面部材６の係止軸６１を、先端部に突設された係止突起６２，６２が係合部材４１の挿通溝４２，４２と係合部材３１の挿通溝３２，３２を通過するようにして、係合部材４１の貫通穴４３と係合部材３１の貫通穴３３に貫通させ、回転させることによって、係止突起６２，６２が係合部材３１の貫通穴３３周縁に係止される。係止軸６１を９０度回転させると、係止突起６２が脚部４の係止板４６の二つのガイド突起４５，４５間でガイドされ、背面部材６が位置決めされる。

このように、貫通穴３３，４３に背面部材６の係止軸６１が着脱自在に装着されて、胴部２に頭部３と脚部４と背面部材６が一体的に組み立てられる。背面部材６は、図４，５に示すように、腕部５，５の後端５２，５２に当接して、胴部２両側に装着した腕部５，５が外れないように形成されている。

サイコロ人形Ａは、図６に示すように、頭部３が立方体の上面７１を構成し、脚部４が立方体の下面７２を構成し、左側の腕部５が立方体の左面７３を構成し、右側の腕部５が立方体の右面７４を構成し、背面部材６が立方体の背面７５を構成し、頭部３の前部と腕部５又は脚部４の前部が立方体の前面７６を構成するようになっている。このようにして、人形本体１の前面７６、背面７５、上面７１、下面７２、左面７３、右面７４は夫々サイコロの立方体に対応する様に構成されている。

サイコロ人形Ａの人形本体１は、図４の様に、胴部２に対して頭部３と脚部４および両腕部５が装着された状態で、背面側から背面部材６の係止軸６１を９０度回転させた形で差込み、この後、図５の様に、背面部材６を９０度回転させて正規の位置に戻すと、上記した様に係止軸６１を介して背面部材６が係止される。人形本体１は、背面部材６を回転を伴う鍵部材として用いているので、思考を伴う組木の様な分解、組立て遊びを行うことができる。

上記したように係止突起６２は背面部材６の装着および取外しの際に、９０度回転させた状態で、挿通溝３２と挿通溝４２内を通過する様に形成されている。従って、背面部材６が、図５に示すように、正規の位置に戻される装着状態においては、係止突起６２、６２が係合部材３１の貫通穴３３の周縁に係止することによって、係止軸６１が係合部材３１から抜けない様に係止されている。この装着状態においては、上記脚部４の係止板４６のガイド突起４５，４５によって係止突起６２が弾性をもって保持される。

また、サイコロ人形Ａの人形本体１を分解するときは、図５の様な、係止軸６１の係止突起６２を係合部材３１に係止させた正規の位置から、図４のように、背面部材６を９０度回転させて、係止を解除させ、係止軸６１を引き抜けば良く、このようにすると背面部材６が人形本体１から外れるので、腕部５，５、頭部３，脚部４を胴部２から外すことができる。

また、サイコロ人形Ａは、人形本体１が組立状態で、背面部材６を９０度回転させない限り、各部は一体化されているので、投げる等の多少の外力が加わっても簡単に分解されることがない。この人形本体１は上記の様に、外観は多少の凹凸があるが、略立方体として形成されているので、図６（ａ）又は図６（ｂ）の様に投げられても、各面７１〜７６が略同程度の安定性が確保されており、サイコロ遊びに供することができる。

例えば、人形本体１の頭部３をサイコロの１、人形本体１の脚部４をサイコロの６、人形本体１の左側の腕部５をサイコロの２、人形本体１の右側の腕部５をサイコロの５、人形本体１の背面部材６をサイコロの３、人形本体１の前部をサイコロの４とすれば良い。この場合、頭部３の上面３６に取付けられる頭髪部３ｂの向きを前後に入れ変えれば、前面に頭髪部３ｂの突起（後端部）３９が出る形となり、投げた際の安定性に偏りが生じて、いわゆる出目の条件が変わり、多様なサイコロ遊びを行うこともできる。

以下、本発明の他の実施の形態を図７に基づいて説明する。図７は、サイコロ人形の分解斜視図である。サイコロ人形Ｂの人形本体８１は、外観上多少の凹凸があるが、略立方体形状に形成されている。人形本体８１は、胴部８２、頭部８３、脚部８４によって構成され、これらによって分解、組立て可能に形成されている。

胴部８２は、箱形に形成され、上下方向に向かって貫通孔８７が形成され、一対の腕部８５、８５と背面部材８６が一体的に設けられている。頭部８３の下面８８には、胴部８２の貫通孔８７に上方向から着脱自在に装着されるための係合部材８９が突設されている。この頭部８３の係合部材８９には、一対の挟持片９０，９１が設けられている。

サイコロ人形Ｂは、上記の構成を有し、以下のように組み立てられる。胴部８２の貫通孔８７に、下方から脚部８４の係合部材９５を着脱自在に装着する。胴部８２の貫通孔８７に、上方から頭部８３の係合部材８９を着脱自在に装着する。このように装着すると、脚部８４の挟持部９６に頭部８３の一対の挟持片９０，９１が着脱自在に挟持し、頭部８３と脚部８４が胴部８２に一体的に組み立てられる。

サイコロ人形Ｂの人形本体８１は、頭部８３を貫通孔８７から引き抜くことによって、脚部８４の挟持部９６から頭部８３の一対の挟持片９０，９１が外れ、胴部８２と、頭部８３と、脚部８４に分解することができる。サイコロ人形Ｂは、外観は多少の凹凸があるが、略立方体として形成されているので、図６（ａ）又は図６（ｂ）の様に投げられても、各面７１〜７６が略同程度の安定性が確保されており、サイコロ遊びに供することができる。

サイコロ人形Ａ，Ｂは、各部に分解可能なので、各部を交換することによって、出目の確率を変えることができる。例えば、接地面の面積の小さい脚部４，８４に交換したり、接地面が緩やかに湾曲している脚部４，８４に交換すると、サイコロ人形Ａ，Ｂは立ち難くなり、頭部３，８３をサイコロの１とすると、１の目が出にくくなる。逆に、材質の異なる重たい脚部４，８４に交換すると、起き上り小法師のように、サイコロ人形Ａ，Ｂは立ち易くなり、１の目が出やすくなる。なお、交換する部品が脚部に限定されないのは、勿論である。

サイコロ人形Ａ，Ｂは、合成樹脂によって、縦２８ミリメートル、横２８ミリメートル、奥行き２８ミリメートル程度に形成され、前面７６、背面７５、上面７１、下面７２、左面７３、右面７４から各部が突出しない様にして、略立方体を構成している。

【発明の効果】
以上説明してきたように、本願発明の人形は、略立方体形状に形成されているので、すごろく遊び等のサイコロ遊びに使用することができ、さらに各部に分解、組立ができるので、知育玩具として使用することができるという効果がある。また、各部に分解可能なので、各部を交換することによって、出目の確率を変えることができるという効果がある。

本願発明の人形は、上記効果に加え、背面部材の係止軸で胴部に、頭部と脚部と腕部を固定して組み立てることができ、係止軸を引き抜くことで分解できるので、背面部材が鍵部材として機能し、しかも係止軸を引き抜くには思考を必要とするので、簡単には分解できず、パズル玩具として遊ぶことができるという効果がある。

本願発明の人形は、略立方体形状に形成されているので、すごろく遊び等のサイコロ遊びに使用することができ、さらに各部に分解、組立ができるので、知育玩具として使用することができるという効果がある。また、各部に分解可能なので、各部を交換することによって、出目の確率を変えることができるという効果がある。
