Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to cosmetics such as stick-shaped lipsticks, eye shadows, blushers and eyebrows, or pencil-shaped articles filled with pigments used in art materials and writing utensils in a cylindrical shaft, and the cosmetics and pigments are dried and solidified. The present invention relates to an airtight cap for a pencil-type article that covers the tip of the pencil-type article and prevents it from becoming airtight.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as pencil-type articles, cosmetics such as cosmetics (for example, lipstick, eyebrows, eye shadow, etc.) or pigments filled in a cylindrical shaft instead of a pencil core, writing instruments, and the like are known.
[0003]
Such a pencil-shaped article normally includes a cylindrical shaft that fills the contents, a tail plug that is fitted to the rear end side of the cylindrical shaft, and a cap body that covers the tip end side of the cylindrical shaft.
[0004]
By the way, the contents are often volatile. Therefore, the cap body of the pencil-type article needs not only a function of protecting the tip portion but also a function of airtightening the tip portion in order to prevent volatilization of contents and drying and solidification.
The cap body having such an airtight function is conventionally formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shaft on the opening side of the bottomed cylinder when the tip of a pencil-type article is inserted into the bottomed cylinder. It was formed in close contact with.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional cap body is in an airtight state in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shaft on the cylinder opening side when the tip of the pencil-shaped article is inserted into the inside of the bottomed cylinder. Will be lost. When a pencil-type article is further inserted into the cap body, a phenomenon in which the pressure in the cap body increases (so-called pump phenomenon) occurs. As a result, the conventional cap body (1) has to insert a pencil-type article against the pressure inside the cap, and the mounting work is not easy. (2) The pressure inside the cap body has increased even after mounting. Therefore, there was a problem that the cap body was lifted from the pencil-type article and could not be maintained in an airtight state.
[0006]
Therefore, a conventional cap body has been developed in which a valve for releasing air in the cap body is installed in order to prevent the occurrence of a pumping phenomenon. However, the cap body with the relief valve is (1) complicated in structure and expensive. (2) The relief valve must be opened and closed in conjunction with the installation / removal operation. However, it was not easy.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is a technical problem to propose a hermetic cap for a pencil-type article that has a simple structure and can be easily attached and can maintain an airtight state for a long period of time. To do.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the airtight cap for pencil-type articles of the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the pencil-shaped article hermetic cap of the present invention is a pencil-shaped article hermetic cap that covers the tip of the cylindrical shaft of a pencil-shaped article filled with a volatile content in a cylindrical shaft. None, an outer cap body having an annular stepped portion projecting inward along the circumferential direction at the opening of the bottomed cylinder, and a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the bottomed portion of the bottomed cylinder is provided with the presence of the outer cap body. An inner cap body which is housed in the outer cap body so as to be freely fitted toward the bottom side, and which has an annular end portion which comes into contact with an annular step portion of the outer cap body on the opening side of the bottomed cylinder, and the outer cap Arranged between the bottomed portion side inner peripheral surface of the body and the bottomed portion side outer peripheral surface of the inner cap body, and urges the inner cap body toward the opening side of the outer cap body to form an annular shape of the outer cap body An elastic body for contacting the stepped portion and the annular end of the inner cap body; The inner cap body has a close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the inner cap body that is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical shaft and the engaging portion that engages with the tip of the cylindrical shaft when the pencil-type article is inserted. The bottomed portion of the inner cap body has a vent hole penetrating the bottomed portion.
[0009]
According to the present invention, when the cap is attached to the pencil-type article, the elastic body is deformed, and the inner cap body moves in the direction of the tip, so that the air inside the inner cap body passes through the vent hole, and the inner cap body It can be discharged to the outside through a gap between the annular end portion and the annular step portion generated by the movement of. Accordingly, the pressure inside the inner cap body does not increase as in the conventional case, and the cap can be prevented from being lifted by a pumping phenomenon peculiar to the hermetic cap. In addition, when the cap is attached, air can escape and can be attached with low force.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, when the cap is completely attached, the inner cap body is pushed back to the opening side by the biasing force of the elastic body, and the annular end portion of the inner cap body and the annular step portion of the outer cap body abut. The air in the cap is sealed. Accordingly, since the air inside the cap is blocked from the outside air after the cap is mounted, volatilization of the volatile contents and drying and solidification can be prevented.
[0011]
Further, according to the present invention, when the cap is removed, the pencil-type article is pulled out while reducing the pressure inside the airtight inner cap body. Therefore, when the cap is detached, an extra pulling force is required compared to when the cap is attached, and the cap is not easily detached as in the conventional case.
[0012]
The elastic body of the present invention can be exemplified by rubber or elastomer elastic rubber or a spring of a spring. When the elastic body is elastic rubber, the shape is preferably a sphere. The present invention also provides a hermetic cap used for pencil-type cosmetics filled with cosmetics such as stick-shaped lipsticks, eye shadows, blushers, eyebrows as volatile contents, or for painting materials or writing tools filled with pigments in a cylindrical shaft. It is suitable as.
[0013]

In the cap 1 in which the pencil-type cosmetics 2 are not inserted, the inner cap body 4 is urged toward the opening side by the elastic body 5, and the annular end portion 4 c of the inner cap body 4 and the annular step portion 33 of the outer cap body 3. Are in contact with each other.
[0020]
In this state, when the tapered tip of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 is inserted into the cap 1, the tip of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 that has passed through the small-diameter cylindrical portion 32 of the outer cap body 3 enters the large-diameter portion 42 of the inner cap body 4. It is inserted and comes into contact with the inclined surface 4d. At this time, since the annular protrusion 49 is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the pencil-type cosmetic 2, the air in the inner cap body 4 corresponding to the volume of the tip of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 flows from the vent hole 45 to the outer cap body 3. It is pushed out into the gap between the inner wall and the outer wall of the inner cap body 4.
[0021]
When the tip of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 is further inserted into the cap 1, the tip of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 presses the inclined surface 4 d, and the inner cap 4 is against the urging force of the elastic body 5. 3, the annular end 4c of the inner cap body 4 and the annular stepped portion 33 of the outer cap body 3 are separated from each other. Therefore, the air pushed out from the inner cap body 4 is discharged to the outside of the cap 1 through the gap between the annular end portion 4 c and the annular step portion 33 and the gap between the annular step portion 33 and the outer peripheral surface of the pencil-type cosmetic 2. Is done.
[0022]
As described above, when the cap 1 is attached to the pencil-type cosmetic 2, the elastic body 5 is deformed, and the inner cap body 4 moves in the distal direction, so that the air inside the inner cap body 4 passes through the vent hole 45. And by escaping outside through the gap between the annular end portion 4c and the annular step portion 33 generated by the movement of the inner cap body 4, the pressure inside the inner cap body 4 does not increase as in the prior art. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cap 1 from being lifted by a pumping phenomenon peculiar to the hermetic cap. In addition, when the cap is attached, air can escape and can be attached with low force.
[0023]
Next, when the attachment of the cap 1 is completed and the insertion of the pencil-type cosmetic 2 is stopped, the inner cap body 4 is pushed back to the opening side 3b by the urging force of the elastic body 5, and the inner cap body 4 is moved to the position before the attachment. Returning, the annular end 4c of the inner cap body 4 and the annular step 33 of the outer cap body 3 come into contact with each other, and the air in the cap 1 is sealed. Accordingly, since the internal air is blocked from the external air after the cap 1 is attached, the volatilization and drying and solidification of the cosmetic M can be prevented.
[0024]
Further, when the cap 1 is detached, the pencil-type cosmetic 2 is pulled out while the inside cap body 4 in an airtight state is decompressed. Therefore, when the cap 1 is detached, a force for pulling out an extra amount of pressure is required as compared with when the cap 1 is attached, and the cap 1 is not easily detached as in the prior art.
[0025]
[Weight loss comparison test for volatile contents]
The present inventor conducted a comparative test comparing the volatilization (weight reduction) state of the volatile contents (in this embodiment, cosmetics) in a state of wearing the cap between the case of the present invention and the conventional case. In this comparative test, a test example (hereinafter referred to as “sample A”) in which the cap 1 of the above-described embodiment is attached to the pencil-type cosmetic 2 and an elastic body of the above-described embodiment having an NBR of 70 ° and a diameter of 5.0 mm are used. A test example in which a cap using a sphere is attached to the pencil-type cosmetic 2 (hereinafter referred to as specimen B), and a test example in which the cap body without a ball described in the prior art is attached to the pencil-type cosmetic 2 (hereinafter referred to as specimen) C). In this comparative test, specimens A, B, and C were left for 60 days under the same conditions, and the weight loss rate (%) of specimens A, B, and C was measured about every 7 days.
[0026]
FIG. 4 is a table showing the weight loss rates (%) of the specimens A, B, and C for each measurement day, and FIG. 5 is a graph showing this.
As shown in the tables and graphs, as a result of this comparative test, specimen C (conventional) loses about 1.3% in 60 days, while specimen A (in the above embodiment) almost loses weight. I found out.
[0027]
In the above-described embodiment, the rubber sphere is used as the elastic body. However, the elastic body of the present invention is not limited to the rubber sphere, and even if the elastic rubber is made of elastomer, Other shapes may be used.
[0028]
Further, the elastic body of the present invention is narrowly provided between the inclined surface in the outer cap body 3 and the contact curved surface 48 at the tip of the inner cap body 4 and biases the inner cap body 4 toward the opening side. For example, as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a coil spring 6 may be used as an elastic body. In this case, one end side of the coil spring 6 is engaged with the inclined surface in the outer cap body 3, and the other end side is engaged with the tip of the contact rib 47 of the inner cap body 4. Note that the difference between the above-described embodiment and another embodiment is only that the elastic body is different, and the other components are the same, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0029]
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the description has been given as an airtight cap for pencil-type cosmetics in which cosmetics are filled in the cylindrical shaft. However, the present invention is not limited to an airtight cap for pencil-type cosmetics. Includes airtight caps for painting materials and writing utensils.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the elastic body is deformed when the cap is attached to the pencil-type article, and the inner cap body moves in the distal direction, so that the air inside the inner cap body passes through the vent hole, and the inner cap body It can be discharged to the outside through a gap between the annular end portion and the annular step portion generated by the movement. Accordingly, the pressure inside the inner cap body does not increase as in the conventional case, and the cap can be prevented from being lifted by a pumping phenomenon peculiar to the hermetic cap. In addition, when the cap is attached, air can escape and can be attached with low force.
[0031]
Further, according to the present invention, when the mounting of the cap is completed, the inner cap body is pushed back to the opening side by the urging force of the elastic body, the annular end portion of the inner cap body and the annular step portion of the outer cap body abut, The air in the cap is sealed. Therefore, since the air inside the cap is shielded from the outside air, volatilization of the cosmetic and drying and solidification can be prevented.
[0032]
Further, according to the present invention, when the cap is removed, the pencil-type article is pulled out while reducing the pressure inside the airtight inner cap body. Therefore, when the cap is detached, an extra pulling force is required compared to when the cap is attached, and the cap is not easily detached as in the conventional case.
