Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a needleless mixed injection tube, and more specifically, an operator connected to the side tube does not accidentally pierce the hand with a needle, and prevents jumping of a drug solution or blood when the syringe is removed, The present invention relates to a needleless mixed injection tube that can be easily connected without difficulty.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when supplying a medical solution or a nutrient solution to a patient, a tube is connected to a catheter inserted into a vein and a chemical solution or a nutrient solution is supplied to the tube. However, a plurality of drug solutions are often supplied to a patient. In such a case, a mixed injection pipe having a branch pipe is used. Conventionally, in this mixed injection tube, a rubber member is sealed at the opening of the branch tube, and a puncture needle is inserted into the rubber member and connected to a syringe or the like to inject a chemical solution or the like. Also known is a method in which a three-way cock is formed at the junction between the infusion main and the side pipe to inject a chemical solution or the like. Also, there is a product that has a structure that has a notch of one letter, X shape, etc. in a rubber stopper cap. A so-called needle-free dedicated male tube is inserted into this notch and a liquid is circulated. Yes.
[0003]
Furthermore, as disclosed in JP-A-8-206230, a needleless mixed injection tube for infusion sealed with an appropriately shaped rubber member is known, and this rubber member is provided with a close-contact hole such as a cross shape, It is shown that a needle or a syringe is inserted into the contact hole for communication. In another example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-192415 discloses a mixed injection pipe having a branch pipe, the branch pipe having a rubber-like elastic body having a closed portion, and the rubber-like elastic body is supported in the branch pipe. What is described as being supported by a member is described.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case where the rubber member is tightly plugged in the opening portion of the branch pipe of the mixed injection tube as described above, a considerably strong force is required to pierce the rubber member with the puncture needle. There was a risk of stabbed in the hand. Further, when using a three-way stopcock, there is a problem that contamination by germs tends to occur because the pipe line closing the three-way stopcock is exposed to the outside air. In addition, a rubber plug cap with a structure that has a single letter, X-shaped notch, etc. not only requires a dedicated male pipe for use, but also has a limit on the outer diameter of the male pipe, and is currently commercially available. A syringe having a tapered diameter taper portion is difficult to insert, and even if it can be inserted, there is a problem that a crack occurs in the cut portion.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the case of the rubber member of the mixed injection tube described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-206230, which has been recently released, the side injection tube or the syringe can be connected and separated in an aseptic manner, like a puncture needle. Although it has an excellent effect in that it is not accidentally inserted into the hand, there is a problem that it is not easy to insert a syringe or the like. Further, when the inserted syringe or the like is removed, there is a problem that a chemical solution or blood jumps, and there is a rubber-like elastic body having a closed portion described in JP-A-10-192415, and this rubber-like elastic body In the case where the pipe is supported by the support member in the branch pipe, there is a problem that the structure is complicated and not economical.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing still another embodiment of the shape of an elastic member having a convex portion used in the present invention. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a shape having an annular recess on the side wall of the elastic member used in the present invention. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where a mixed injection tube is filled with an elastic member having an annular convex portion on a side wall used in the present invention. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view and a perspective view showing an elastic member. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state where the elastic member of FIG. 11 is filled in a mixed injection tube.
[0017]
1 and 2, the needleless mixed injection tube 1 is composed of a main tube 2 and a side tube 4 in a T shape. However, since it is clear that there is no need to stick to the T-shape and the Y-shape or the to-shape may be used, the T-shape is used to include these. The main pipe 2 has open ends 3a and 3b, to which a tube is usually connected. Further, the side tube 4 is closed by incorporating a rubber member 10 (see FIG. 3), and a lid 5 is further attached. The lid 5 has a depression 8 on the upper surface, a concentric insertion hole 51 in the center thereof, and the insertion piece 51 with tongue pieces 6a, 6b extending downward to cover the rubber member 10, 6c, 6d. The tongue pieces 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d have a taper toward the tip, and thus a groove 9 is formed between them. The tongue pieces 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d have a function of expanding the cylindrical portion 12 (see FIG. 3) of the recess 11 as a stage before expanding the conical portion 7 of the recess 11 of the rubber member 10 when a syringe or the like is inserted. Thus, a syringe or the like can be easily and completely inserted into the conical portion and the blocking hole 10a.
[0018]
In FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, a rubber member 10 is built in the side tube 4 of the needleless mixed injection tube 1 and is further sealed with a lid 5. The cross-sectional shapes of the tongue pieces 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d extending from the lid 5 are thicker in the downward direction, whereby the cylindrical portion of the concave portion of the rubber member is tapered downward. Therefore, since the diameter of the inner surface of the concave portion covered with the tongue piece decreases downward, the cylindrical portion 12 of the concave portion 11 can be easily expanded when a syringe or the like is inserted.
[0019]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the rubber member 10 is formed of a cylindrical member. The rubber member 10 has a concentric blocking hole 10a at the center and a concentric recess at the center. The concave portion 11 includes a cylindrical portion and a conical portion, and has a shape in which a syringe or the like can be easily inserted. The inner wall of the cylindrical portion may be formed vertically, but it is preferable that the inner wall has a taper downward from the viewpoint of easy positioning when a syringe or the like is inserted (claim 2).
[0020]
Further, the rubber member 10 is preferably formed with a concave portion or a convex portion on the side surface or the bottom surface. The recess shape is preferably a triangular cross section 13 as shown in FIG. 4 or a saddle shape 14 as shown in FIG. 5, but is not limited thereto (Claim 4). The length of the blocking hole 10a is determined by h 2 = h 0 −h 1 , but can be appropriately determined depending on the intended use.
[0021]
In the present invention, when an embodiment in which a concave portion or a convex portion is further provided in the elastic member is given, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, each has a semicircular cross section around the side wall 10 b of the elastic member 10. Annular projections 15a and 15b are provided. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the elastic member 10 is filled in the side pipe 4 of the mixed injection pipe and the lid 5 is provided. At this time, an airtight chamber is provided between the side pipe 4 and the inner wall of the lid 5 and the side wall of the elastic member 10. 19a and 19b are formed. The airtight chambers 19a and 19b are kept airtight because the diameter of the annular projections 15a and 15b having a semicircular cross section is slightly larger than the diameter of the inner wall of the side tube. In FIGS. 7a and 7b, annular projections 15a and 15b having a semicircular cross section are provided around the side wall 10b of the elastic member 10, respectively. Semicircular annular projections 16a and 16b are provided. Further, in FIGS. 8a and 8b, annular protrusions 17a and 17b having a square cross section are provided around the side wall 10b of the elastic member 10, respectively, and further, the upper and lower surfaces of the elastic member 10 are provided with a half-section in cross section. Circular annular protrusions 16a and 16b are provided.
[0022]
The cross-sectional shapes of the annular protrusions 15a, 15b, 16a, 16b, 17a, and 17b shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 are not limited to these, and the cross-sections are semi-elliptical, triangular, semi-pentagonal, semi-hexagonal, etc. Any shape may be used. These annular protrusions 15 a, 15 b, 16 a, 16 b, 17 a, and 17 b act as seal lips when the side tube 4 is filled, and are formed between the side surfaces of the lid 5 provided on the side tube 4. The airtight hole becomes an airtight chamber. The operation of this hermetic chamber is as described above.
[0023]
In a and b of FIG. 9, annular recesses 18 a and 18 b each having a semicircular cross section are provided on the side wall of the elastic member 10 along the periphery thereof. 9C and 9D, the side wall of the elastic member 10 is provided with annular recesses 18a and 18b each having a semicircular cross section along the periphery thereof, and the upper and lower surfaces of the elastic member 10 are further provided. Is provided with annular protrusions 16a and 16b having a semicircular cross section. In the present invention, the recess 18a or 18b has an airtight hole or airtight chamber formed between the side wall of the lid 5 and exhibits the same excellent effects as the airtight chamber formed by the convex portion. Moreover, instead of the annular recesses 18a and 18b having a semicircular cross section, an arbitrary shape such as a semi-elliptical shape, a triangular shape, a semi-pentagonal shape, and a semi-hexagonal shape may be used.
[0024]
11A and 11B, the elastic member 10 has an H-shaped cross section, and has an upper recess 11 and a hook-shaped lower recess 14 with a closing portion 11e having a closing hole 10a as a flange. The upper concave portion 11 includes an upper concave portion 11c and a lower concave portion 11d. The side wall of the upper concave portion 11 has a stepped taper 11a and the upper concave portion side wall 11b is inclined in a bowl shape. Since the recess 11 has a stepped taper 11a, it is easy to pierce a syringe and the like, and the molding is simple and easy and economical. It is possible to prevent jumping and the like.
[0025]
In the present invention, the elastic member 10 has an H-shaped cross section, but the thickness of the blocking portion 11e between the upper concave portion 11 and the lower concave portion 14 is close to the depth between the upper concave portion 11 and the lower concave portion 14. Although related, therefore, the thickness of the blocking portion 11e is determined between 0.3 and 3 mm. If the thickness is less than 0.3 mm, it is not preferable because the liquid or blood can easily be oozed out and the air can be easily sucked. On the other hand, when the thickness exceeds 3 mm, it is difficult to insert a tapered tip of a syringe or the like, and it is difficult to insert the slit in forming the slit of the blocking hole 10a. Therefore, the thickness of the blocking portion 11e can be determined while appropriately testing between 0.3 and 3 mm depending on the type of insertion member such as a syringe and shunt joint and the type of application such as a medical device. it can.
[0026]
FIG. 12 is a view in which the mixed injection tube 1 is filled with the elastic member 10 of FIG. 11, and the lid 5 used at this time has a structure in which the side wall 52 of the insertion hole 51 covers a part of the elastic member 10. Yes. As a result, the elastic member 10 can be reliably fixed to the mixed injection tube 1 and also serves as an insertion guide for a tapered tip portion of a syringe or the like.
[0027]
The closing hole 10a provided in the rubber member 10 used in the present invention is preferably V-shaped, cross-shaped, Y-shaped or single-shaped, and more preferably V-shaped, cross-shaped, Y-shaped ( Claim 3). Examples of the material of the rubber member 10 include silicone rubber, natural rubber (for example, purified natural rubber), polyurethane, soft polyvinyl chloride, styrene-butadiene copolymer, polyisoprene, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, and the like. A purified natural rubber or polyisoprene is preferable.
[0028]
The needleless mixed injection tube 1 of the present invention is connected to an infusion side injection tube or a syringe, and it is better to use the tip of this syringe as it is or preferably provided with a cylindrical tube having a taper. The tip of this taper portion should have a rounded shape. The needleless co-infusion tube 1 of the present invention is used for an appropriate application. For example, the needleless co-infusion tube 1 is used for an infusion / transfusion set, a blood circuit, a lid of a bag, a lid of a chemical bottle, an inspection instrument, and the like.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
In the needleless mixed injection pipe according to the present invention, the elastic member blocks the flow between the main pipe and the side pipe, and has a closing hole at the center of the elastic member, and a concentric circle above the elastic member. It is easy to insert a syringe or the like into the obstruction hole because the inner wall of the cylindrical part is covered with a tongue piece of the lid. In addition, an excellent effect is obtained that the molding is simple, easy and economical. Further, the needleless mixed injection tube of the present invention has a cylindrical shape having an H-shaped cross section having an upper concave portion and a lower concave portion, the upper concave portion has a stepped taper with a narrow lower portion, and the upper wall of the concave portion has a mortar shape. By using a slanted elastic member, it is easy to insert a syringe or the like, and it is easy and easy to mold and economical. It is possible to prevent jumping and the like.
[0030]
Further, the needleless mixed injection tube of the present invention has a recess on the side surface of the elastic member, or has a recess on the side surface and has an annular protrusion around the upper surface and the lower surface, or the elastic member is larger than the inner diameter of the lid. By having an annular convex portion having a small diameter and having a diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the lid on the side surface of the elastic member, or having an annular convex portion around the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces having the annular projection. An airtight hole or space is formed, and an airtight hole or space is formed between the side wall of the lid and the concave surface and the convex surface of the elastic member by the airtight chamber constituted by the airtight hole or space. Therefore, it is possible to very easily open a sealing hole such as a syringe, and there is an excellent effect that it is not necessary to insert with an excessive force.
