本発明は、折り重ねて圧潰注出するツイン圧潰容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
コーヒー飲料等に注入するミルク等を収容した使い捨ての小容器は既に周知てあり、通常、ミルク等を収容した合成樹脂製の小さなカップの口部をアルミシール等のシール材で閉塞しており、そのシール材を剥がして内容物を注出するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、この種の小容器では、そのシール材の引き剥がしが容易でなく、剥がす際に指を汚すこともある。
そこで、本発明は、折り重ねて潰すだけで簡単に内容物を注出できるようにして、従来のそれらの問題点を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的達成のため、請求項1の発明は、左右一対の圧潰容器体1a,1bを左右相互に折り重ね得るよう折り線2を介して一体に連設するとともに、両圧潰容器体1a,1bの各上端からそれぞれ注出筒3a,3bを伸出させて先端相互を上記折り線2の延長線上にて前記折り重ねに伴い折破開口可能に連結4させたことを特徴とする。

請求項2の発明は、請求項1記載のツイン圧潰容器にあって、上記両圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至両注出筒3a,3bにつき、上記折り重ね面に相当する面を開放させて成形した合成樹脂成形部材5と、該合成樹脂成形部材のその開放面を閉塞する折曲可能なシール材6とで形成して成る。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面は、請求項1及び請求項2の発明に係る実施の形態を示している。
図において、1a,1bは、左右一対の圧潰容器体、3a,3bは、両圧潰容器体の各上端から伸出させた左右一対の注出筒である。
両圧潰容器体1a,1bは、左右相互に折り重ね得るよう折り線2を介して一体に連設しており、また、両注出筒3a,3bは、両圧潰容器体1a,1bの各上端から同一平面内にてそれぞれL字状にかつ左右対称に突出させ、先端相互を両圧潰容器体間の折り線2の延長線上にて前記折り重ねに伴い折破開口可能に連結4させている。該折破開口可能な連結及び上記折り線2は、適宜深さのV溝等で形成すればよい。

両圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至両注出筒3a,3bは、相互の折り重ね面に相当する面を開放させてスチレン系合成樹脂等のフィルム乃至シートにより真空成形、圧空成形、マッチ・フォーミング成形等で成形した肉厚が1mm以下の薄肉の合成樹脂成形部材5と、該合成樹脂成形部材のその開放面を閉塞する折曲可能なアルミシール等のシール材6とで形成しており、シール材6は、両圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至両注出筒3a,3bに内容物を充填した後に、超音波融着手段、加熱溶着手段等により融着一体化させて封止する。

充填する内容物は、両圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至両注出筒3a,3bで同一のものでも或いは異なるものでもよい。異なる内容物の場合、両内容物の粘度と両注出筒3a,3bの断面形状等から、互いに混ざり合わないよにすることができる。

如上の構成であるから、両圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至両注出筒3a,3b内の内容物を注出するときは、左右相互を折り線2で折って重ね、かつ、これに伴い両注出筒3a,3bの端部を折破開口させ、重なっている両圧潰容器体1a,1bを一緒に圧潰して各注出筒3a,3bから押し出せばよい。

【発明の効果】
請求項1、請求項2の発明によれば、既述構成であるから、その注出の際には、左右一対の圧潰容器体1a,1b乃至注出筒3a,3bを、単に中間の折り線2で折り重ねて、両圧潰容器体1a,1bを圧潰すればよく、その折り重ねで注出筒3a,3bの折破開口を、また、圧潰で内容物の押し出しを得ることができて、注出が極めて簡単かつ容易に行え、手や指を汚すようなことはない。
構造並びに製作が簡単で安価に提供できる。
