Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compression hemostat used for stopping bleeding from a catheter puncture portion immediately after removing a catheter, for example, in blood vessel catheter inspection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the case of a blood vessel catheter inspection performed by puncturing a blood vessel with a catheter, blood is ejected from the catheter puncture portion immediately after the catheter is removed, so that it is necessary to press the catheter puncture portion for a considerable period of time to stop bleeding. .
[0003]
In order to stop the catheter puncture portion after the vascular catheter test, the applicant of the present application disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-20793 etc., a fluid at a predetermined position of a belt made of non-stretchable or low-stretchable fiber or film. A compression hemostasis belt has been proposed in which a balloon that is inflated by injecting is provided and the catheter puncture portion is compressed using the expansion of the balloon. According to this compression hemostasis belt, since the catheter puncture portion is compressed using the inflation of the balloon, only the catheter puncture portion can be compressed, and the compression force can be adjusted, and the compression force can be adjusted. Can be held for a long time.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the compression hemostasis belt mainly focuses on hemostasis at the puncture site after the vascular catheter inspection of the thigh. However, there is a case where the blood vessel catheter test is performed not only on the thigh but also on the inner side of the elbow, and if the compression hemostasis belt is used for hemostasis of the puncture portion after the blood vessel catheter test on the inner side of the elbow, the balloon is informed when the elbow is bent. However, there is a problem that the balloon is displaced from the puncture part or the balloon is displaced and the puncture part is not sufficiently compressed.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a compression hemostatic device capable of reliably compressing an affected area to be hemostatic inside an elbow or a knee for a long time.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention includes a fixing holder that can be wound around the elbow part of the arm or the knee part of the leg by exposing the affected area inside the arm elbow or leg knee to be hemostatic. A fixing member attached to the fixing holder and extending in the longitudinal direction of the arm or leg through the elbow or knee; and a locking cover detachably locked to the fixing holder facing the affected part to be hemostatic And a balloon disposed inside the locking cover and inflated by injecting a fluid to squeeze the affected part to be hemostatic.
[0007]
According to the present invention, bending of the elbow or knee is prevented by the fixing member, and the balloon can be prevented from being lifted or displaced from the affected area to be stopped, and the affected area to be stopped can be reliably compressed over a long period of time. it can.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the fixing holder and the locking cover are locked by a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the fixing holder and the locking cover. The area of the engagement cover is larger than the area of the hook-and-loop fastener of the engagement cover, and the engagement position of the engagement cover can be finely adjusted. In addition, the compression plate for effectively applying the pressure of the balloon provided on the inner surface of the locking cover to the affected part to be hemostatic is transparent.
[0009]
Further, according to the present invention, since the balloon, the locking cover, and the compression plate are transparent, the balloon can be brought into contact with the affected part to be hemostatic while observing the affected part to be hemostatic. Since the locking position can be finely adjusted, the balloon can be attached with its center portion in contact with the affected area accurately, and effective compression can be performed.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
FIG. 1 shows an example of a compression hemostatic device of the present invention applied to hemostasis inside the elbow. The compression hemostatic device is associated with a fixing holder 1 detachably attached to an elbow portion of an arm, and the fixing holder 1. The locking cover 2 is stopped, and the balloon 3 is inflated by injecting a fluid attached to a predetermined position on the inner surface of the locking cover 2.
[0012]
The fixing holder 1 is formed of a non-stretchable or low-stretchable fiber cloth, and is desirably formed of a mesh fabric, for example, a silon mesh fabric, in order to ensure air permeability. The fixing holder 1 has both side portions so that when the side shown in FIG. 1 (a) is an outer surface, the openings are formed at the butted portions of the both sides when mounted on the arm elbow portion. The notches 1a and 1a are provided at the center of each. In addition, the inner surface of the fixing holder 1 (the side opposite to FIG. 1A) is a smooth surface as it is. At the center of the outer surface of the fixing holder 1, a fastening means, for example, a hook-and-loop fastener 4 in which fine fiber hooks are densely attached, is attached to the full width, and a metal (for example, aluminum), bamboo The fixing member 5 having rigidity such as wood or synthetic resin is attached in a state of being covered with the attachment cloth piece 16. Furthermore, the upper and lower ends of the outer surface of the fixing holder 1 are provided with hooking means 6 and 6 which are densely formed by mixing a hook and loop of fine fibers on the outer surface on one side. The provided bands 7 and 7 are attached, and buckles 8 and 8 through which the bands 7 and 7 can be inserted are attached to the other side.
[0013]
The locking cover 2 is formed of a non-stretchable or low-stretchable sheet, but is preferably formed of a transparent vinyl chloride sheet so that the affected area inside the elbow can be observed. At the center of the inner surface of the locking cover 2 is attached a compression plate 9 for effectively exerting the pressure of the balloon 3 on the affected part to be hemostatic inside the elbow, and on both sides of the inner surface. Locking means for the surface fastener 4 of the holder 1 for fixing, for example, surface fasteners 10 and 10 in which fine fiber loops are densely attached, are respectively attached. The compression plate 9 is made of a hard material such as a synthetic resin, but is preferably formed of a transparent acrylic plate so that the affected area inside the elbow can be observed. The hook-and-loop fastener 4 of the fixing holder 1 is wider in the vertical direction in FIG. 1A than the hook-and-loop fasteners 10 and 10 of the locking cover 2, and in FIG. Fine adjustment of the vertical locking position is possible.
[0014]
The balloon 3 is made of, for example, rubber, vinyl chloride, polyethylene or the like, but is preferably made of transparent vinyl chloride using a polyester plasticizer so that the affected area inside the elbow can be observed. The balloon 3 is provided with an injection pipe 11 for injecting a fluid therein, and a check valve 12 is detachably attached to the injection pipe 11. A pressure pump 14 having a pressure gauge 13 is detachably connected to the check valve 12, and fluid such as air is injected by the pressure pump 14 into the check valve 12. The balloon 3 is inflated by being injected into the balloon 3 via the tube 11.
[0015]
Next, in order to stop the affected area inside the elbow with the compression hemostatic device of the present invention, first, the fixing holder 1 is attached to the elbow portion of the arm. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, the fixing holder 1 is wound around the elbow portion of the arm from the outside of the arm to the inside of the arm, and the bands 7 and 7 are inserted into the buckles 8 and 8 and are folded back while being tightened. Thus, the bands 7 and 7 are locked to the buckles 8 and 8 by the hook-and-loop fasteners 6 and 6 provided on the outer surface thereof, and the fixing holder 1 is attached to the elbow portion of the arm. At this time, the fixing member 5 is positioned along the longitudinal direction of the arm, and the center portion thereof is positioned corresponding to the elbow portion. In addition, an opening is formed in the abutting portion on both sides of the fixing holder 1 by notches 1a and 1a provided on the both sides, and the affected part to be hemostatic inside the elbow is exposed from this opening. It is in a state. In addition, after the primary hemostasis is given to the affected part which should be hemostatic inside the elbow, gauze is applied and this gauze is lightly stopped with the paper adhesive plaster.
[0016]
When the fixing holder 1 is attached to the elbow portion of the arm in this way, after the balloon 3 is attached to the compression plate 9 of the locking cover 2, as shown in FIG. While fixing both ends of the locking cover 2 around the elbow portion from the inner side of the arm to the outer side of the arm so as to contact the affected part to be hemostazed inside the elbow, the hook and loop fasteners 10, 10 on both sides are fixed to the holder 1 The locking cover 2 is locked to the fixing holder 1 and the balloon 3 is attached to the fixing holder 1.
[0017]
In this way, the balloon 3 is attached to the fixing holder 1 and, as shown in FIG. 2C, after the check valve 12 is attached to the injection tube 11 of the balloon 3, as shown in FIG. In addition, a pressure pump 14 having a pressure gauge 13 is connected to the check valve 12, and a fluid, for example, air is passed through the check valve 12 and the injection pipe 11 by the pressure pump 14 while looking at the pressure gauge 13. By injecting into the balloon 3, the balloon 3 is inflated to the affected part to be hemostatic inside the elbow while suppressing the expansion to the opposite side to the affected part inside the elbow by the compression plate 9. Press inside the affected area to be hemostatic. At this time, by adjusting the amount of fluid injected into the balloon 3 by the pressurizing pump 14 while looking at the pressure gauge 13, the compression force can be freely adjusted, and the adjusted compression force is non-returnable. The valve 12 can be maintained for a long time.
[0018]
In the compression tourniquet according to the present invention, the fixing member 1 is attached to the elbow portion of the arm, so that the rigid fixing member 5 is positioned along the longitudinal direction of the arm and the center portion thereof is positioned corresponding to the elbow portion. Therefore, bending of the elbow is prevented by the fixing member 5. As a result, the balloon 3 can be prevented from being lifted or displaced from the affected area on the inner side of the elbow, and the affected area on the inner side of the elbow can be reliably compressed for a long time.
[0019]
The compression hemostatic device described above is applied to the hemostasis after the vascular catheter test inside the elbow, but can also be applied to the hemostasis after the vascular catheter test inside the knee, for example, inside the knee.
[0020]
The compression hemostatic device of the present invention can also be used for hemostasis of insertion wounds such as kidney dialysis and various injection needles, which are concerned only with blood vessel catheter inspection.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even if compression hemostasis is performed for a long time, the balloon can be prevented from being lifted or displaced from the affected area to be stopped. Can be squeezed. As a result, effective compression is performed, and the recovery of the affected area can be accelerated.
[0022]
In addition, the balloon, the locking cover, and the compression plate are made transparent, and the locking position of the locking cover can be finely adjusted, so that the center of the balloon can be accurately brought into contact with the affected area to be hemostatic. Effective compression can be performed.
