Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oily cosmetic, and more specifically, has a cosmetic effect of changing the texture of the site to be used and producing an attractive appearance and is excellent in its sustainability, and has good usability, safety, The present invention relates to an oily cosmetic with good stability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, oily cosmetics have been used as having excellent characteristics of long-lasting cosmetic effects, and their product dosage forms vary widely depending on the site of use, but typical examples include lipsticks, mascaras, eye shadows, eye shadows. Color, eyeliner, blusher, foundation, etc.
[0003]
In general, these oily cosmetics are mainly composed of solid oils such as waxes and waxes, powders and film forming agents. In order to provide comfortable use, feel, and functionality as cosmetics, waxes, powders, and film forming agents having various properties and properties have been selected, and their formulation is also studied. Has been done. In addition, in order to change the texture of the use site and create an attractive appearance, blending studies of glitter pigments such as pearl agents and lame agents have been made.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in these oily cosmetics, by adding a pearl agent, the texture of the part to be used can be changed and an attractive appearance can be produced, but it is necessary to add a large amount to obtain a sufficient cosmetic effect. was there. When a large amount of the pearl agent is blended, there is a problem that the stability of the cosmetic and the durability of the cosmetic film are lowered, and a satisfactory oily cosmetic cannot be obtained.
[0005]
In addition, by adding a lame agent, the cosmetic effect of changing the texture of the use site and producing an attractive appearance can be obtained, but the lame agent itself has a weak adhesion and tends to peel off over time. However, we were not able to obtain a satisfactory product in terms of sustaining the makeup effect.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, as a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors used a pearlescent pigment having a fixed shape in which the surface of glass flakes is coated with a metal oxide as a bright pigment, and this is an oil-soluble resin. Combined with ingredients, it has excellent cosmetic effects such as changing the texture of the site used and producing an attractive appearance. The makeup effect is highly durable, providing good usability, feeling of use and uniform cosmetic film. The present inventors have found that an oily cosmetic material can be obtained, and have completed the present invention.
[0007]
That is, the present invention comprises the following components (a) and (b)
(A) A nacreous pigment obtained by coating the surface of glass flakes with a metal oxide, having an average thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 μm, an average particle size of 1 to 700 μm, and an aspect ratio of 5 to 500 b) An oil-based cosmetic comprising an oil-soluble resin component.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The pearlescent pigment of component (a) used in the present invention has glass flakes as a base material and the surface thereof is coated with a metal oxide. The glass flake here is obtained by pulverizing a glass film containing about 45 to 75% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”) of silica (SiO 2 ). Examples of the glass flakes include those produced by the melting method, and more specifically, those produced by the methods described in Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 41-17148 and 45-3541. can do.
[0009]
Since the glass flakes obtained by the above method cool and solidify molten glass having a free surface, the surface is very smooth, and is amorphous and has no cleaving property. Does not occur. Moreover, since it has some flexibility compared with silica glass containing 80% or more of silica, it is difficult to be crushed and is suitable for blending into cosmetics.
[0010]
In terms of shape, a glass film having an average thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 μm is crushed and classified, and an average particle size of 1 to 700 μm, an average thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 μm, and an aspect ratio of 5 to 500 is obtained. Glass flakes can be obtained.
[0011]
The glass used as a raw material of the glass flakes may contain any composition as long as it contains silica in the above-described range and can be melt-molded. Examples include soda lime glass, S glass, E glass, and C glass. In particular, C glass is more preferable in that it is difficult to cause a step on the surface and it is easy to obtain smoothness.
[0012]
The pearlescent pigment of component (a) used in the present invention has an average thickness of 0.1 to 3.0 μm and an average particle size of 1 to 1 after the surface of the glass flake is coated with a metal oxide. 700 μm and the aspect ratio is 5 to 500. Regarding the average thickness, it is difficult to make glass flakes thinner than 0.1 μm in terms of manufacturing technology. On the other hand, when the glass flakes are thicker than 3.0 μm, a rough feeling is generated, which is not preferable in terms of touch.
[0013]
In addition, when the average particle size is less than 1 μm, sufficient glitter cannot be obtained, while when it is more than 700 μm, the graininess becomes strong and the gloss becomes too strong to be unnatural, which is also unsuitable. It is.
[0014]
Further, when the aspect ratio is less than 5, the feeling of spreading on the skin is poor, while when the aspect ratio is greater than 500, the fit to the skin is poor and the appearance of the metal coating is also highly glossy. This is not preferable for the present invention. The “aspect ratio” refers to a value obtained by dividing the average particle size of glass flakes by the average thickness.
[0015]
By coating this glass flake with a metal oxide, it is possible to obtain a pearl luster pigment having a luster similar to that of a pearl in appearance. Examples of the metal oxide used for this coating include titania (TiO 2 ) and zirconia. Examples thereof include metal oxides such as (ZrO 2 ) and iron oxide. As a method for forming a film with a metal oxide, a known technique may be used. For example, a method described in Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 43-25644 and 47-34529 can be used. Specifically, glass flakes are suspended in a titanyl sulfate solution or a titanium tetrachloride solution, and titania is precipitated by raising the temperature of such a solution, thereby providing a coating on the glass flakes. However, it is not limited to this method, and there is no particular limitation as long as it is a method capable of providing a thin film on glass flakes.
[0016]
In addition, in the pearl luster pigment of the component (a) used for this invention, the arbitrary colors by interference can be expressed by controlling the thickness of the film on glass flakes. The thickness of this coating is preferably 20 to 250 nm. When the thickness is less than 20 nm, it is difficult for the glitter to be exhibited. On the other hand, when the thickness is greater than 250 nm, a glittering appearance having an appropriate transparency may not be obtained. Since the coating has such a small thickness, the thickness of the glass flake and the pearlescent pigment is not much different. In addition, the component (a) can be used after surface treatment with a general oil agent, a silicone compound, a fluorine compound, a surfactant or the like, if necessary.
[0017]
On the other hand, the oil-soluble resin component which is the component (b) used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and any component can be used as long as it is usually blended in cosmetics. Specific examples of the component (b) include rosin acid resin, trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, acrylic-modified silicone, vinyl acetate resin, polyvinyl isobutyl ether, polyisobutylene, and the like. Among them, rosin acid resin, Polyisobutylene is preferable from the viewpoint of durability of the cosmetic effect. These resin components can be used alone or in combination of two or more as required.
[0018]
The oily cosmetic of the present invention can be produced by mixing the component (a) and the component (b) according to a conventional method. The blending amount of the component (a) in the oily cosmetic composition of the present invention varies depending on the usability, feeling of use and dosage form, and is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 50%, and 1 to 20% in the total composition. More preferred. Moreover, the compounding quantity of a component (b) also changes with usability, a usability | use_condition, and a dosage form, Although it does not restrict | limit, 0.1-30% is preferable as a solid content concentration in all the compositions, 1-20 % Is more preferable. If the blending amount of these components is in the above range, a better product can be obtained in terms of makeup effect, usability, and feeling of use, such as changing the texture of the part to be used and producing an attractive appearance.
[0019]
In addition to the above components, the oily cosmetics of the present invention include oily components, powders, fragrances, surfactants, antioxidants, preservatives, chemicals, moisturizers, and additives within the range not impairing the object of the present invention. In order to give various effects, a sticky agent, a cosmetic component, an aqueous component, and the like can be appropriately blended.
[0020]
Among the above components, the oil component is added for the purpose of producing various feelings or ensuring stability over time, and as an oil component other than the component (b) that can be blended in the oily cosmetic of the present invention.
