Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for forming and decomposing a seedling pot using a flat film and a flat film used in the method .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, plant seedlings are put together with nourishment in a vinyl pot (hereinafter referred to as a pot) formed into a container shape with a soft resin material, and a plurality of pots are formed in a resin-formed tray. It is individually inserted into the open recess space and placed in a state of transportation / sales. When seedlings are planted in the alley, they are pulled out of the pot with the soil and the pot is used up.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when this conventional container-like pot is stored for reuse after use, it is bulky and takes up a lot of storage space. Moreover, since it is not suitable for reuse, it is often discarded, and in that case, it becomes garbage. Furthermore, it is necessary to prepare many types of pots having different diameters and heights in accordance with the size of the recessed space of the tray. Moreover, since it is difficult to take out the seedling from the pot, the root of the seedling is easily damaged. In addition, root rot may occur because drainage from the bottom of the pot is not always good.
[0004]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, requires less storage space for re-use after use, is suitable for reuse, and can accommodate a wide variety of trays with fewer types. A method for forming and disassembling a seedling pot using a flat film, which is difficult to damage the roots of the seedling because it is easy to remove the seedling from the pot, and has good drainage from the bottom of the pot. The purpose is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a method for forming and disassembling a seedling pot using a single flat film, which is formed on a perforated tray for inserting an existing seedling pot. A substantially fan-shaped or rectangular flat film is rolled up into a frustoconical or cylindrical shape at the upper end, and inserted into the frusto-conical or cylindrical recess space. The upper and lower edges have arcs or linear dimensions necessary for overlapping both ends in the circumferential direction, and have a height dimension that is equal to or greater than the depth dimension of the recess space, at the bottom of the recess space of the tray. By inserting a biodegradable or non-biodegradable sheet, the flat film and the sheet form a pot space for injecting seedlings of seedlings, and the flat film is flat when recovered for reuse. It returns to the shape .
[0006]
In the configuration of the present invention, the pot can be formed simply by inserting the flat film into the recessed space of the tray, and the pot is formed without being molded or welded, so the pot can be easily removed from the pot. It can be reused as soon as it is peeled off.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the configuration and method of forming a seedling pot using the flat film according to the present invention. FIG. 3 shows the pot being removed. 4 (a) and 4 (b) show two examples of flat film.
[0009]
In these drawings, the flat film 1 for forming a seedling pot is made of a soft and stiff resin film such as a polyethylene film, and is formed in a substantially fan shape (FIG. 4a) or a rectangular shape (FIG. 4b). Has been. As shown in FIG. 1, the flat film 1 is formed in a perforated tray 2 formed on a perforated tray 2 for inserting an existing seedling pot, or a cylindrical recess space 3 (a cylindrical one is not shown). ) Are rounded into a truncated cone shape or a cylindrical shape. The upper and lower edges 1a and 1b (FIG. 4) of the flat film 1 have an arc or linear dimension necessary for overlapping both ends in the circumferential direction when inserted into the recessed space 3 of the tray 2, and have a height 1c. , 1 d (FIG. 4) has a dimension equal to or greater than the depth dimension of the recessed space 3. In this embodiment, when the opening diameter of the recessed space 3 of the tray 2 is about 7 cm, the bottom surface diameter is about 5 cm, and the height is about 7 cm, the upper edge 1a of the flat film 1 is about 30 cm and the lower edge 1b. Was about 25 cm, and heights 1c and 1d were about 10 cm.
[0010]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a pot is formed simply by rolling and inserting the flat film 1 into the recessed space 3 of the tray 2, and newspaper or the like for preventing the spillage of the soil culture 4 on the inner bottom of the pot. A biodegradable sheet 6 (FIG. 3) containing the seedling is inserted, and the seedling 4 is injected and filled into the pot space formed by the sheet 6 and the film 1 to grow the seedling 5. When the seedling 5 is taken out from the pot and transplanted to an alley or a decorative pot, the film 1 is peeled off as shown in FIG. At this time, since the pot is formed without molding or welding, the pot can be easily peeled off, and at that time, the damage to the roots of the seedling is reduced compared with the conventional container-shaped pot, after transplanting It has a good effect on the growth of seedlings. When the biodegradable sheet 6 is used, it can be transplanted as it is after the seedling has grown. Further, the peeled film 1 can be easily reused by returning it to a flat shape, and the storage becomes compact. In addition, since the drainage from the bottom of the pot is good in terms of structure, the occurrence of root rot is suppressed. Moreover, the flat film 1 can respond to the tray 2 having the recessed spaces 3 having various radii and depths with few kinds.
[0011]
Moreover, since the bottom of the pot is opened by using the tray 2 while floating from the ground, the root touches the atmosphere as the root grows, and the root looping on the bottom does not extend further vertically. Occurrence is suppressed. Furthermore, many fine roots are generated from the roots at the bottom. In addition, the biodegradable sheet 6 uses a material having ventilation and water permeability. It is also possible to adjust the sheet disassembly rate depending on the period of transplantation, the thickness of the sheet, and the like. In addition, when the sheet inserted into the inner bottom surface of the pot uses a non-biodegradable material (polyester or the like), even if the film 1 is peeled off, it can be transported in the shape of the pot by root growth and transferred. Sometimes the sheet may be removed.
[0012]
Furthermore, when the flat film 1 is inserted and set in the recessed space 3 spreading toward the upper end of the tray 2, the flat film 1 can be set more stably in a substantially fan shape (FIG. 4a) than in a rectangular shape (FIG. 4b). Moreover, there exists an advantage which is easy to handle.
[0013]
In addition, this invention is not restricted to the structure of the said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of invention, For example, the shape and magnitude | size of the flat film 1 can take arbitrary forms.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a pot can be easily formed by using a flat film and a tray that are not molded or welded, and a storage space for storage after use is reduced. Easy to use. Moreover, it becomes possible to handle various trays with a small number of types. Further, since the seedlings can be easily taken out from the pot, the roots of the seedlings are hardly damaged. Moreover, drainage from the bottom of the pot is good, and the occurrence of root rot is suppressed.
