又梁材13の中央には左右の斜材16をピン結合で連結するヒンジジョイント部17が設けられ、このヒンジジョイント部17からテント中央に向って屋根リンク部材18が取付けられ、それらが集合する中心部には図示しない天幕の中央部分を支承する中央支柱19を配設する。天幕はこの骨組構造体に対して上部より取り付けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、この折り畳み式テントで骨組構造体に天幕を付けたまま収納する場合には、特に梁材13の交差する部分に天幕の生地を挟み込みやすかった。従来の折り畳み式テントにおける梁材13では、一般に断面長方形の角パイプ又は板材を斜材16として用いていたため、天幕の生地を斜材16の角で挟みやすく、しかも角部が鋭利であったため生地が破損してしまう恐れがあった。

又ボルトナットにて斜材16の端部を回動可能に締結する従来の連結部材は、平行な2枚の支持板か、あるいは1枚の支持板であったが、ボルトの締め付け具合で支持板と斜材との間に遊びが生じてしまうことが多く、梁材13としての機能に安定性がかける欠点があった。

この発明は、上記課題を解決し、天幕を付けたまま収納する場合でも、梁材のシザース状に交差する部分に天幕の生地を挟み込み難く、仮に挟んでも生地が破損してしまう恐れのない折り畳み式テントを提供することを目的としている。又梁材と連結部材との間に遊びが少なく梁材を安定的に支えることができ強固でガタツキの生じない折り畳み式テントを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、この発明の折り畳み式テントは、地表に立設する柱材に連結部材を介してシザース状に動作する梁材を有する折り畳み式テントにおいて、前記梁材は、軸方向に切込部を有する充填部材を端部に収納する断面八角形の斜材と、交差する斜材同士が離隔するよう間隙を保持しながら連結するピンを有するものであって、前記連結部材は、回動する斜材端部の両側面に接する外部支持板と、この切込部に貫入する中央支持板を有し、これら3枚の支持板と充填部材を収納する斜材端部を回動可能に締結する締結部材を有することを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次にこの発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。図1は柱材と梁材の連結部分を示す正面図であり、図2は図1のII−II断面を示す拡大断面図である。テントの柱材1同士を連結する梁材2は、2本の斜材3,3をピン4でシザース状に連結する。柱材1の頂部には端部ジョイント5を冠着し、その下方にスライドジョイント6を遊挿する。このスライドジョイント6を上下動させることで、斜材3の交差角度を変化させることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、この発明の折り畳み式テントは、斜材の断面を角部が落とされた八角形とするので、交差する斜材同士の間隔が広がり天幕を挟み込み難くなる。又挟み込んでも広がりがあるため生地が破損する恐れがなくなる。斜材端部に切込部を有する充填部材を収納すると共に、連結部材に3枚の支持板を設けるので、斜材と連結部材との間に遊びが少なくなり、梁材を安定的に支えることができ、強固でガタツキが生じ難くなる。
