【従来の技術】
従来、キャビネットＡに棚板１を着脱自在に取り付ける場合には次のような構造を採用していた。図５、図６に示すようにキャビネットＡの両側の側板２の内面には円柱状のダボ３を突設するように取り付けてある。このダボ３は両側の側板２の前後に夫々設けてあって、合計４個設けてある。図７に示すように棚板１の下面の両側には夫々半円柱状の凹所５を設けてあり、棚板１を両側の側板２間に亙るように架け渡し、凹所５をダボ３に夫々嵌合してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように凹所５とダボ３の嵌合にて棚板１を取り付けることで棚板１を容易に着脱自在に取り付けることができるが、前側に位置するダボ３の位置より前端が前方に長く突出する棚板１の場合、棚板１の前端に図５の矢印ａのような押さえる力が加わった場合、矢印ｂのように棚板１の背部が矢印ｂのように跳ね上がってしまい、棚板１の上に安定して物を載せることができないという問題がある。

本発明は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであって、前端が長く突出する棚板でも着脱可能で且つ容易に脱落しないように取り付けることができるキャビネットの棚取り付け構造を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため本発明の請求項１のキャビネットの棚取り付け構造は、キャビ
ネットＡの両側の側板２間に架設した下板８の上に棚板１を載せて棚板１を着脱自在に取り付けたキャビネットの棚取り付け構造において、棚板１の両側の側端の背部に側端面及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝７を設け、キャビネットＡの両側の側板２の背部の内面に突設したダボ３を傾斜係止溝７に係止し、棚板１の下面から垂直方向に係止凹部９を凹設すると共に下板８の上面に突設したダボ１０を上記係止凹部９に係止して成ることを特徴とする。側端面に及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝７にダボ３を係止することで、棚板１の前端に前端を押し下げるように力がかかっても棚板１の背部が跳ね上がることがなく、棚板１が脱落しないように取り付けることができる。また傾斜係止溝７が側端面及び下面に開口していることでダボ３と傾斜係止溝７とが係脱できて棚板１を容易に着脱できる。さらに係止凹部９にダボ１０が係止していることにより、棚板１が不用意に前に移動するのを阻止できて傾斜係止溝７とダボ３との係止が外れないようにできて棚板１が一層脱落しないように取り付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本例のキャビネットＡは手洗い器１８を組み込んだものである。キャビネットＡは図１に示すように両側の側板２の上端間及び下端間に天板１２や底板１３を架設し、背面に背板１４を装着して前面を開口せる箱状に形成されている。キャビネットＡの上部には上部収納部１５を、下部には下部収納部１６を設けてあり、上部収納部１５と下部収納部１６との間でキャビネットＡ内に手洗い器１８を組み込んである。手洗い器１８の上でキャビネットＡ内には下板８を架設して装着してあり、下板８の上に棚板１を載せて着脱自在に装着してある。

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項１の発明は、棚板の両側の側端の背部に側端面及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝を設け、キャビネットの両側の側板の背部の内面に突設したダボを傾斜係止溝に係止し、棚板の下面から垂直方向に係止凹部を凹設すると共に下板の上面に突設したダボを上記係止凹部に係止しているので、側端面に及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝にダボを係止することで、棚板の前端に前端を押し下げるように力がかかっても棚板の背部が跳ね上がることがなく、棚板が脱落しないように取り付けることができるものであり、また傾斜係止溝が側端面及び下面に開口していることでダボと傾斜係止溝とが係脱できて棚板を容易に着脱できるものであり、さらに係止凹部にダボが係止していることにより、棚板が不用意に前に移動するのを阻止できて傾斜係止溝とダボとの係止が外れないようにできて棚板が一層脱落しないように取り付けることができるものである。
