従来、キャビネットAに棚板1を着脱自在に取り付ける場合には次のような構造を採用していた。図5、図6に示すようにキャビネットAの両側の側板2の内面には円柱状のダボ3を突設するように取り付けてある。このダボ3は両側の側板2の前後に夫々設けてあって、合計4個設けてある。図7に示すように棚板1の下面の両側には夫々半円柱状の凹所5を設けてあり、棚板1を両側の側板2間に亙るように架け渡し、凹所5をダボ3に夫々嵌合してある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のように凹所5とダボ3の嵌合にて棚板1を取り付けることで棚板1を容易に着脱自在に取り付けることができるが、前側に位置するダボ3の位置より前端が前方に長く突出する棚板1の場合、棚板1の前端に図5の矢印aのような押さえる力が加わった場合、矢印bのように棚板1の背部が矢印bのように跳ね上がってしまい、棚板1の上に安定して物を載せることができないという問題がある。

上記課題を解決するため本発明の請求項1のキャビネットの棚取り付け構造は、キャビ
ネットAの両側の側板2間に架設した下板8の上に棚板1を載せて棚板1を着脱自在に取り付けたキャビネットの棚取り付け構造において、棚板1の両側の側端の背部に側端面及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝7を設け、キャビネットAの両側の側板2の背部の内面に突設したダボ3を傾斜係止溝7に係止し、棚板1の下面から垂直方向に係止凹部9を凹設すると共に下板8の上面に突設したダボ10を上記係止凹部9に係止して成ることを特徴とする。側端面に及び下面に開口し且つ上程前に行くように傾斜した傾斜係止溝7にダボ3を係止することで、棚板1の前端に前端を押し下げるように力がかかっても棚板1の背部が跳ね上がることがなく、棚板1が脱落しないように取り付けることができる。また傾斜係止溝7が側端面及び下面に開口していることでダボ3と傾斜係止溝7とが係脱できて棚板1を容易に着脱できる。さらに係止凹部9にダボ10が係止していることにより、棚板1が不用意に前に移動するのを阻止できて傾斜係止溝7とダボ3との係止が外れないようにできて棚板1が一層脱落しないように取り付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本例のキャビネットAは手洗い器18を組み込んだものである。キャビネットAは図1に示すように両側の側板2の上端間及び下端間に天板12や底板13を架設し、背面に背板14を装着して前面を開口せる箱状に形成されている。キャビネットAの上部には上部収納部15を、下部には下部収納部16を設けてあり、上部収納部15と下部収納部16との間でキャビネットA内に手洗い器18を組み込んである。手洗い器18の上でキャビネットA内には下板8を架設して装着してあり、下板8の上に棚板1を載せて着脱自在に装着してある。
