【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、平型体重計の載台とベースとを取り付けるばねとその取付金具の構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、平型体重計としては図3の平面図に示す構造がよく知られている。この図において、図示しない載台に荷重がかかると、同じく図示しない載台の4箇の固定足と重点刃5を介して2本の主レバー3と2本の補助レバー4に上記荷重が伝達され、各レバーはそれぞれ支点2を中心としてアーク運動をする。従って主レバー3の先端に取り付けられている計量ばね(図示しない)が伸びてバランスし、同時にリンク機構、ラック7、ピニオン6を経由して上記ピニオン6に固定された目盛り板8が上記荷重に比例して回転し、荷重値が指示される。このような体重計の載台とベース1とは一般的に2本のコイルばね9によって取り付けられ保持されている。このコイルばね9が取り付けられた状態を図4Aに示し、取り付け前の状態を図4Bに示す。この図において、載台10側に一体となったコイルばね取付部11にコイルばね9の一方のフック部を引っかけておき、載台10側を下にして引っかけ工具13でもう一方のコイルばねのフック部をつり上げてベース1に設けられた2つの孔12に引っかけることになる。しかしコイルばねが倒れていることが多く、組み立て作業がやり難い上に平型でありながら厚みが比較的厚いという問題点があった。

そこでこの問題を解決すべく考案されたものが実公昭56−4180に開示されている。この考案は、前述のように従来のコイルばねが倒れて取付工具で引っかけ難いのを解消するもので、コイルばねの一方をフック状とせずコイルばね径より大きい径部を端に設け、載台に設けた係止片で上記の大きい径部を固定することによりコイルばねの倒れを防止している。もう一方の端は前述の形状と同様なフック部とし、取付工具でそのフック部を引っかけベースに設けられた2つの孔に引っかけることは前述の従来例と同様である。しかしここでもコイルばねの形状が加工し難く、厚さが依然として解消しえないという問題点が残る。

又前述のコイルばねを使用しない構造を考案されたものが実公昭56−4179に開示されている。この考案は、ベースの左右又は前後に板ばねの一端をかしめる等で固定し、上記板ばねのもう一方の端に角孔を設け、この角孔を載台の下向きに突起して設けた係止片に治具で押し込むようにしたものである。しかしこの構造も板ばねを金型等で3ヶ所の孔をあける必要がある上、ベースにかしめる作業が必要となり又計量精度に問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のように両端にフック部を設けたコイルばねでは、取付工具を使用しても倒れているコイルばねを起こしてベースに取り付ける作業がし難く、片側のみフック部を設けたコイルばねでもコイルばねの加工がし難く、更に孔をあけた板ばねを使用する構造でも板ばねの加工と取り付けに手間がかかるという問題点があった。そこでこの発明は、針金を曲げただけの線細工ばねを2本用い、載台及びベースがプレス加工されるときにそれぞれ同時に加工された突起部や当て金及び突起部に、簡単な取付工具で上記線細工ばねを押し込むだけで載台とベースとが容易に取り付けられるという安価で確実に載台とベースが保持できる厚みの薄い平型体重計を提供しようとするものである。

【問題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、ベースの両側に内部に向かって間隔をおいて2箇の突起部をベースと一体として設け、その内側に上記同様内部に向かって2箇のはずれ防止用当て金をベースと一体として設け、載台には上記ベースの突起部とはずれ防止用当て金の線のほぼ中央に対応する位置に突起部を載台と一体に設け、一方、線材の両端を折り曲げ、中央に突起部を設け調質して線細工ばねとし、ベースの突起部にこの線細工ばねの両端折り曲げ部を引っかけた上、載台を下にして取付工具を線細工ばねの中央突起部にあてて押し込み、載台の突起部にこの線細工ばねの突起部を引っかけることにより、載台とベースとの間に張力が与えられて取り付くように構成したことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
調質された2本の線細工ばねの両端折り曲げ部のベース側の両側のそれぞれ突起部に引っかけ、この線細工ばねの中央突起部を取付工具で押し込みながら載台の突起部に引っかけることにより、上記線細工ばねにより載台とベース間が一定の張力をもって取り付けられるようになる。なお、上記線細工ばねの両端折り曲げ部をベースの突起部に引っかけたとき、ベース側に設けられたはずれ防止用当て金により、その線細工ばねがはずれないようになっている。従って載台とベースが確実に保持でき且つ組み立て作業が容易な厚みの比較的薄い平型体重計が実現できる。

【実施例】
この発明の実施例を図1、図2に示す。図1Aは載台を取り外した全体平面図で、図1Bはこの発明の要部である線細工ばねを載台とベースとに取り付けた状態を示す図であり、突起部等の斜視図を示している。又図2は上記線細工ばねが載台に取り付けられる前の図で、一部突起部の斜視図を示している。これらの図において、ベース1、支点2、主レバー3、補助レバー4、重点刃5、ピニオン6、ラック7、目盛板8及び載台10は従来例で述べたものと同じでありその機能も同様のため説明を省略する。14は例えば1mmφ〜2mmφの線材を図に示すように中央部に突起部14aを、両端に折り曲げ部14bをプレス等で成形し、調質してばね効果をつけた線細工ばねである。1a及び1bはそれぞれベース1がプレス加工されるときに同時に加工されるはずれ防止用当て金と線細工ばねの両端を引っかける突起部であり、10aは載台10がプレス加工されるときに同時に加工され、線細工ばねの中央突起部14aが引っかけられる突起部である。これら線細工ばねとその引っかけ突起部は図に示すようにベース1及び載台10の両側に設けられている。そこでこれらを取り付けるときは、まず図1Aに示すように主レバー3をはじめとして計測機構を組み立てた後、図1Bに示すように線細工ばね14の2ヶ所の折り曲げ部14bをベース1の突起部1bに引っかけた後、図2に示すように載台10を下にして取付工具15の切欠き部15aをベースに設けられた孔1cから上記線細工ばね14の突起部14aにあてて矢印の方向に押しつけることにより、載台10の突起部10aに容易に取り付けられ、載台10とベース1とが一体として取り付けられる。なお、ベース1に設けられた当て金1aは線細工ばね14がベース1に取り付けられたとき、線細工ばねの折り曲げ部14bがベースの突起部1bからはずれるのを防止するものである。さらに、上記線細工ばね14の突起部14aを上記の取付工具とは別の工具で載台の突起部を形成したときの穴から引っ張って上記載台の突起部に引っかけることもできる。

【発明の効果】
線材をプレス等で簡単に曲げられ、調質することで線細工ばねができ、一方載台及びベースをプレス加工するとき簡単な行程でそれぞれ内部方向に突起部等を形成することができ、組み立てるに際しては上記の線細工ばねを簡単な取付工具で載台とベースに取り付けることができる。又ベース側にはずれ防止用当て金を設けているので、線細工ばねの組立途中でのベース突起部からのはずれを防止できる。従って安価に製作できる上に使用時には載台がベースより外れたり浮き上がることもなく確実に保持でき薄い形状の平型体重計でありながら従来と同等若しくはそれ以上の計量精度と安定性が得られるなどの効果がある。
