Description
【0001】
[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a penetrating mark that can be easily produced.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The permeation mark that can be continuously printed by incorporating ink in the porous body of the olefin resin is to melt and seal unnecessary portions on the surface of the porous body as disclosed in JP-A-6-127102. It is known that an infiltration mark is formed.
However, in order to create the permeation mark, an intaglio mold engraved with figures and characters and a heat generating plate equivalent to it are required, and in addition, equipment for creating the mold and a device for creating the permeation mark are separately required. For example, various devices are required, which are expensive and complicated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above-described drawbacks, the present invention discloses a method for easily creating a penetrating mark without requiring various devices.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
On the porous body of the olefin resin, draw a figure or the like with an aqueous solution of a water-soluble resin having a higher melting point than the porous body, evaporate water to fix the water-soluble resin, and warm the porous body with a heat source A method for producing a penetrating seal, which is prepared by sealing the surface of a porous body other than a portion such as a figure and re-dissolving and removing a water-soluble resin.
[0005]
The present invention will be described in detail.
An olefin-based resin porous body is used for the stamp base material to be the stamp surface. This may be made by kneading and sintering raw materials such as polyethylene resin and polypropylene resin together with sodium chloride powder and then desalting to make a porous body, or kneading the raw materials and foaming agent together and sintering. It may be a porous body. Further, the porous body may be a two-layered porous layer and non-porous layer.
In the present invention, a water-soluble resin having a melting point higher than that of the porous body, such as a water-soluble acrylic resin and a water-soluble styrene-maleic acid resin, can be used, and when used, it is used in the state of an aqueous solution previously dissolved in water. To do.
The production method of the present invention is as follows.
First, a figure or character to be stamped is created, and then this figure or the like is drawn on the olefin resin porous body with an aqueous solution of the water-soluble resin. This can be done by using a water-soluble resin aqueous solution as a substitute for ink and performing normal printing on the porous material. The method of imprinting with a letterpress, the method of printing with a stencil, and creating figures and characters on a personal computer etc. In addition, a method of printing this with an ink jet printer can be employed. Of course, the water-soluble resin aqueous solution may be incorporated in a writing instrument and drawn directly on the porous body. At this time, since the porous body is used as it is as a stamp face, the figure to be created is preferably a mirror image.
If left as it is for a while, the water evaporates and the water-soluble resin is fixed to the porous body.
Next, when this is heated with a heat source, the surface of the porous body is dissolved, and bubbles other than the figure are sealed. As the heat source at this time, a dryer, an oven, an incandescent lamp, or the like can be used.
Next, the porous body sealed with bubbles is washed in water. Then, the water-soluble resin is redissolved and removed, and bubbles remain in the portion where the water-soluble resin is fixed. And if this is dried, the penetration mark with which parts other than a figure etc. were sealed can be obtained.

【effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, it is possible to easily create an olefin resin porous permeation mark without requiring an expensive and complicated apparatus.
