Description
【0001】
【0019】
【実施例】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a solid powder cosmetic that is transparent in appearance, excellent in aesthetic sense, and excellent in usability such as removal when a puff or the like is used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, many cosmetics that are transparent in appearance have been developed for the purpose of appealing the natural beauty of the skin in a natural taste. For example, it is applied to lotions, pomades, hair sticks, lipsticks and the like. However, these transparent cosmetics are limited to cases where a large amount of moisture or oil is blended. It is very difficult to apply the clearing technology to solid powder cosmetics because of the formulation of the solid powder cosmetics, in terms of blending pigments with a high refractive index or low oil content as a binder. It was.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel solid powder cosmetic that is transparent in appearance, can appeal to the original beauty of the skin even after applying the powder cosmetic, and is excellent in usability.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found that (A) component elastic powder is 45 to 97% by weight, and (B) component average particle diameter is in the range of 0.1 to 50 μm. It has been found that the inclusion of 1 to 25% by weight of the silicone resin powder and 2 to 30% by weight of the (C) oil agent makes it possible to obtain a solid powder cosmetic having transparency in appearance and excellent usability. Was completed.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0006]
The (A) elastic powder used in the present invention is a resin powder having rubber elasticity that is an aggregate of primary particles having an average primary particle diameter of 0.01 to 1000 μm, for example, as observed with an electron microscope. Examples include elastomers, fluorosilicone elastomers, modified silicone elastomers, synthetic rubbers such as acrylic rubbers, polyurethane rubbers, polyethylene rubbers, and polyester rubbers, and natural rubber elastomers.
Among these, a silicone elastomer having an average primary particle diameter in the range of 0.1 to 20 μm is preferable. Examples of silicone elastomers include Toray Fill E series manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone, for example, Trefill E-505C, Trefil E-506C, Trefill E-507, and the like. The silicone elastomer may contain silicone oil such as dimethylpolysiloxane and methylphenylpolysiloxane.
In addition, although the compounding quantity of a silicone elastomer changes with dosage forms to be used, generally 45-97 weight% (henceforth abbreviated as wt%) is preferable from the point which is excellent in touch and can obtain transparency.
[0007]
Also, elastic powder, mechanochemical treatment, plasma treatment, etc., where the surface of the elastic powder is treated with a conventionally known compound such as trimethylsiloxysilicic acid, silane coupling agent, metal soap, N-acylated lysine, perfluoroalkyl phosphate ester salt, etc. The elastic powder that has been subjected to the above treatment is also applied to the present invention.
At the time of use, it may be used as it is, but it is more preferable to use the bead mill, a pulverizer or the like after releasing the aggregation.
[0008]
The inelastic spherical powder of the component (B) used in the present invention is an inelastic spherical silicone resin powder having an average particle size of 0.1 to 50 μm, and usability such as a powder cosmetic scrap when a brush is used. From the viewpoint of
[0009]
The average particle size of the non-elastic spherical powder needs to be 0.1 to 50 μm when taking into account the “nodding” and “adhesion to the skin” of the cosmetics. Preferably, it is 1-10 micrometers.
[0010]
Moreover, although the compounding quantity changes with kinds of inelastic spherical powder to mix | blend, 1-25 wt% is preferable, More preferably, it is 5-20 wt%. Within this range, the final product is excellent in “transparency on appearance” and “useability in puff”.
[0011]
As the oil agent of component (C) used in the present invention, a semi-solid liquid oil agent can be used at room temperature which is usually used for cosmetics. For example, hydrocarbons such as petroleum jelly and liquid paraffin; fatty acids such as stearic acid and oleic acid; triglycerides such as glyceryl tricaprate and glyceryl tristearate; higher alcohols such as cetanol; esters such as isopropyl myristate; Lanolin derivatives; silicone compounds such as methylpolysiloxane and phenylmethylpolysiloxane; polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and 1,3-butylene glycol; and fluorine-based oils such as perfluoropolyether. Moreover, solid oil agents, such as waxes, can be used by melting and mixing with other liquid oil agents to form a solution state.
In the present invention, these oily components can be used in combination of one or more.
[0012]
The blending amount is preferably 2 to 30 wt% in consideration of usability as a powder cosmetic. If it is this range, it is excellent in a touch and transparency.
[0013]
The “transparent” cosmetic referred to in the present invention is a paper on which a black character with a size of 26 points on a white background is placed on the bottom of a metal plate, and the sample is placed on the metal plate with a thickness of 4.5-5. A tool that can be cast to 0 mm and that can visually recognize the characters on the bottom.
[0014]
In order to obtain a more beautiful appearance, it is also possible to mix and color a dye, a colored pigment, a white pigment, etc. to such an extent that the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
[0015]
For example, red 104, red 226, yellow 4, blue 1, blue 404, etc., yellow 4 Al lake, yellow 203 Ba rake, etc., yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, black Colored pigments such as iron oxide, chromium oxide, carbon black, ultramarine, and bitumen, white pigments such as zinc oxide, titanium oxide, and cerium oxide, pearl pigments such as mica titanium, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, aluminum silicate, etc. A metal salt etc. are mentioned.
Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the shape and magnitude | size of these powders, What is in the range of 0.01-20 micrometers as an average primary particle diameter is preferable.
Further, the blending amount is 0.1 wt% or less, preferably about 0.01 wt% or less.
[0016]
Furthermore, in addition to the above powder, components generally added as necessary can be blended to such an extent that the effects of the invention are not impaired. These components include ultraviolet absorbers, preservatives, fragrances, antioxidants, humectants, physiologically active ingredients such as vitamins, blood circulation promoters, ceramides, and plant extracts.
[0017]
In order to obtain a transparent solid powder cosmetic having beautiful transparency and good usability according to the present invention, a special production apparatus is not required, and it has been used for producing conventional foundations and pressed powders. What is necessary is just to follow the manufacturing method which exists.
[0018]
As an example of the transparent solid powder cosmetic of the present invention, the dosage form is not particularly selected as long as the powder is solidified. For example, as a material filled in a container and solidified, foundation, pressed powder, cheek color, eye shadow and the like can be mentioned. Moreover, powder sticks etc. are mentioned as what solidified and molded the powder itself.
[0019]
【Example】
Next, although an example and a comparative example are given and the present invention is explained, the present invention is not limited to these.
[0020]
A pressed powder was prepared according to the formulation shown in Table 1 for Examples and Table 2 for Comparative Examples. As the elastic powder of the component (A), a silicone elastomer (prefill E-505C) is used. As the non-elastic spherical powder of the component (B), a spherical silicone resin [Tospearl 145A (average primary particle size, manufactured by Toshiba Silicone Co., Ltd.) is used. 4.5 μm)] or spherical silica [Fuji Edevison, Silo Pure 30 (average primary particle size: 5.0 μm)] was used.
[0021]
[Table 1]
[0022]
[Table 2]
[0023]
In the method for producing samples of Examples and Comparative Examples, the powder components were mixed uniformly, then the oil component was added, and mixing was further performed until a uniform state was achieved. The obtained mixed powder was punched into a metal pan (thickness 4.5 mm, punching pressure 1 to 3 kg / cm 2 ) to prepare a sample.
[0024]
Evaluation methods of “transparency” and “usability” used in the present invention are as follows.
[0025]
(1) Transparency evaluation method A sample is visually observed,
If the letter on the bottom of the pan is recognized: ○,
If the letter on the bottom of the pan could not be recognized: x,
Went as.
[0026]
(2) Usability evaluation method Ten subjects were allowed to use a puff and evaluated in three stages: "can be taken uniformly", "normal" and "cannot be taken uniformly". According to the number of panelists who answered "
[0027]
[Table 3]
[0028]
The evaluation results of “transparency” and “usability” are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
[0029]
From Table 1, Examples 1-4, 6, and 7 of this invention obtained the evaluation result which was excellent with respect to each item of "transparency" and "usability".
On the other hand, the comparative example of Table 2 has a problem in any item. Comparative Examples 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are combinations of the (A) component silicone elastomer and the (C) component oil. In this case, “transparency” was obtained, but “usability” was poor. Met. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 2 and 3 are a combination of the (B) component inelastic spherical powder and the (C) component oil. In this case, “transparency” was not obtained, and “usability” was a good result. It was.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
From the above, it is apparent that the present invention provides a solid powder cosmetic that is transparent in appearance and excellent in usability such as removal in a puff or the like.
