Description

【0001】

【0090】

[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In order to prevent rainwater on the outer wall of the building from entering the building or causing dirt, as a draining member attached to the building wall at the lower end of the outdoor wall of the building or at the joint of the outer wall finishing material, for example, 8 is known.
[0003]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the draining member 100 attached to the lower end of the wall surface of the first floor of the building constructed by the wood panel method. The draining member 100 is formed by bending a metal plate, for example, and is integrally formed with a mounting piece portion 102 for a building and a draining piece portion 104 that protrudes from the mounting piece portion 102 and inclines downward.
[0004]
A semi-base 114, which is a base member, is placed on an upper surface on the outer side of the base 110 via a resin base 112 laid on the base 110. A floor panel 116 is laid on the inner side of the semi-base 114, and a wall panel 118 is erected on the upper surface of the semi-base 114 and the floor panel 116 across the semi-base 114 and the floor panel 116. . The wall panel 118 includes a waterproof sheet 120 on the outer surface thereof, and the waterproof sheet 120 extends to the outer surface side of the semi-base 114. The draining member 100 is attached with a nail or the like with the attachment piece 102 in contact with the lower side of the outer surface of the semi-base 114. When the draining member 100 is attached, the draining member 100 is turned over the waterproof sheet 120 in order to prevent the waterproof sheet 120 from being damaged by attaching the draining member 100 from above the waterproof sheet 120 and damaging the waterproof sheet 120 with a nail or the like. The waterproof sheet 120 is placed on the outer surface of the attachment piece 102 of the draining member 100.
[0005]
And the siding 122 is attached to the outer surface of the wall panel 118 and the semi-base 114, and the outer wall is constructed | assembled.
[0006]
The above-described attachment of the conventional draining member 100 to the semi-base 114 is an on-site work, which is against the so-called industrialization requirement.
[0007]
On the other hand, the wall panel 118, the semi-base 114, and the siding are preliminarily used in factories or the like for the purpose of promoting industrialization and achieving cost reduction and quality improvement by shortening the construction period by further simplifying the work on site and improving accuracy. A so-called siding-equipped outer wall panel in which 122 is integrally formed has come to be used. However, in the above-described conventional method, it is necessary to attach the draining member 100 before attaching the siding 122 to the outer surface of the wall panel 118 and the semi-base 114. In the case of the outer wall panel with siding, the draining member 100 is installed on the site. It cannot be installed with.
[0008]
Therefore, it is conceivable to simplify the on-site work by attaching the draining member 100 to the outer wall panel with siding in advance in a factory or the like and transporting it to the site. However, as shown in FIG. 8, the draining member 100 is a member in which the draining piece 104 protrudes from the lower end of the semi-base 114 and protrudes from the outer surface of the siding 122. There was a problem that there was also.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, can be installed even after the construction of the outer wall, can simplify the field work, and respond to the demand for industrialization.waterCutting structureTheIt is to provide.

Then, the draining piece member 230 of the draining member 210 is engaged with and attached to the attachment piece member 220 attached to the lower surface of the outer wall panel 250 with siding. That is, the attaching part 232 of the draining piece member 230 is inserted into the engaging part 226 of the attaching piece part 220 from the opening side. Then, the attachment piece 220 is elastically deformed, and the attachment portion 232 is fitted into the engagement portion 226, so that the draining piece member 230 can be attached to the attachment piece member 220 with one touch. After the mounting, as shown in FIG. 5, the rising portion 228 of the mounting piece member 220 and the protrusions 234 a and 234 b of the draining piece member 230 are prevented from coming off, thereby preventing the draining piece member 230 from being detached. Further, the water stop portion 235 prevents rain or the like from entering the notch portion 54.
[0085]
According to the draining structure according to the third embodiment, the draining piece member 230 can be attached to the mounting piece member 220 by moving in the horizontal direction from the building exterior side. Therefore, the foundation 240 does not get in the way, and it is not necessary to perform a process such as notching, so that it does not take time. Further, even after the outer wall portion is constructed, the draining piece member 230 can be easily attached to the attachment piece member 220 without being obstructed by the building-side members such as the foundation 240.
[0086]
Moreover, since the attachment piece member 220 is continuously attached to the lower surface of the outer wall panel with siding 250 along the width direction of the panel, the attachment of the attachment piece member 220 and the draining piece member 230 becomes strong. .
[0087]
The siding 60 is attached with its lower end 61 aligned with the notch 54 so as not to interfere with the attachment of the drain piece member 230, but into the notch 54 such as rain blown by the water stop 235. Prevent the intrusion.
[0088]
The other functions and effects are the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
[0089]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
[0090]
For example, the attachment piece member and the draining piece member only need to have engaging portions that can be engaged with each other. It is not limited to, but can take various shapes.
[0091]
In the first embodiment, the foundation does not necessarily have a notch. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when the foundation is a normal foundation 80 not having a notch, a siding is provided. When the outer wall panel 50 is lifted by a crane or the like before standing on the foundation, the draining piece member 30 may be fitted into the mounting piece member 20. In this case, it is not necessary to form a notch in the foundation 80.
[0092]
In Example 1 and Example 2, the attachment piece member may be formed continuously along the length direction of the semi-base or the trunk difference corresponding to the draining piece member. A plurality of members may be attached at predetermined intervals.
[0093]
The draining member of Example 3 can be used not only at the lower end portion of the outer wall of the first floor of the building but also at the joint portion of the finishing material in the middle of the outer wall surface.
[0094]
The building-side member to which the attachment piece member is attached is not limited to the outer wall panel with siding, and may be a semi-base or a trunk difference that is a single component member that is not integrally formed. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to buildings other than the wood panel method.
[0095]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the invention of claim 1,The operation of attaching the draining piece member can be easily performed without being obstructed by the building side member by using the cutout portion. Further, since the attachment piece member does not protrude from the outer wall panel with a finish material, the workability during transportation is good and there is no fear of damage during transportation.
