【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建築物の天井裏等に設けられる吊りボルトに簡単に取り付け、電気配線やスイッチボックス、安定器等の取り付けに供する吊りボルト用支持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ケーブル支持具として、例えば、図13〜図15に示すものが用いられている。このケーブル支持具48は、左右に腕部53、54を備えたポリプロピレン樹脂製のU形体49の後部に、電線挿入部50を形成し、U形体49の半円形部52に薄鋼板バネ51の半円弧部60を嵌め込んでいる。電線挿入部50は、上部を開口部55にし、前後の内壁部に電線を抜け止めする段部56、57を形成し、縦断面がほぼU形のポケット状になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したケーブル支持具48は、軽量かつ安価で、吊りボルトAに簡単に着脱できるものである。しかしながら、吊りボルトAに取り付ける場合に、次のような欠点があった。すなわち、作業員が床上に脚立を立て、その台板上にのり、図12に示す空間Cから上半身を出し、吊りボルトAにケーブル支持具48を取り付け、脚立から下りる。次に、脚立を次の取り付け箇所に移動し、再び脚立にのり空間Cから上半身を出し、吊りボルトAにケーブル支持具48を取り付ける。このことを繰返し吊りボルトAにケーブル支持具48を取付けるが、これは煩雑で多くの労力を必要としていた。

前記の課題を解決するために、本発明の請求項1の吊りボルト用支持具は、側面視が長方形で横断面U形のU形体と、前記U形体よりも高さを低くし、吊りボルトに半円弧部が外嵌し前記U形体に上下動自在に嵌入した薄鋼板バネとで形成し、前記U形体とリング部とをプラスチックで一体に形成した。そして、前記U形体の左右の腕部に上部を閉塞し下方に拡開する左側および右側の傾斜角溝底にした左、右の角溝部を設け、前記薄鋼板バネの左側板および右側板の先端部をそれぞれ左方折曲げ部および右方折曲げ部にし、これをさらに手前に折曲げて下方に拡開する左側傾斜板および右側傾斜板に形成するとともに、前記左側および右側の傾斜溝底に摺接させた。また、前記薄鋼板バネの半円弧部に設ける上方および下方の中間部突片と、前記左右の側板に設ける上部および下部突片とを、それぞれれ吊りボルトのねじ山に当接するものに形成した。
