【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は折り合わせなどすることによって葉書が得られるようにした葉書用シートに関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ダイレクトメールとしてや各種の通知を行う場合に用いられる葉書においては、昨今、三枚のシートをＺ状に折り合わせるとともにそのシートの対向面を剥離可能に貼着したものが提案されている。図８はその一例を示していて、葉書用シート１は葉書本体２である葉書本体シート３と、この葉書本体シート３の表裏面に折り重ねできるように連接された二枚の貼着シート４とからなり、そして、折り重ね時の対向面となる面それぞれに弱接着力の接着剤が塗布されていて、この貼着シート４を葉書本体シート３に折り重ねて所要以上の圧力で全体をプレスすることにより貼着シートが葉書本体シートに剥離可能にして貼着する構造となっている。
また、上記葉書用シートにあっては、得られる葉書が郵便葉書としての条件をクリアするために各種の工夫が行われていた。即ち、葉書本体の重量を２ｇ以上とし葉書全体の重量を６ｇ以下として、さらに、葉書本体に設けた「郵便はがき」や「ポストカード」などの所要文字が見えるようにする必要がある。そのため、折り畳んだ時に中位置となる葉書本体の一辺側に前記所要文字を寄せて記載するとともに、葉書本体の片面に重ねる一方の貼着シートを短幅としたり切り欠くなどして前記所要文字が見えるようにしている。加えて、葉書本体シートを構成する紙材には葉書大での大きさで２ｇ強となるものを用いる必要があり（葉書本体を２ｇ以上とするため）、その結果として、三シートをそのまま葉書大の大きさとすると葉書の総重量が６ｇを越えてしまうことから、前記一方の貼着シートを短幅としたり切り欠きすることを利用して葉書の総重量が６ｇを越えないようにしていた。

上述した葉書用シートからは、折り合わせて所要の圧力でプレスすることにより対向面同士が剥離可能に貼り合わされて隠蔽した面を四面備えた葉書が得られ、葉書の受取人が葉書本体（葉書本体シート）と貼着シートとの間を見開くことで隠蔽情報を見ることができる。また、この葉書を一旦開くと、大きな力を葉書全体に加えてプレスしない限り葉書本体と貼着シートとは接着しないことから、他者が葉書を故意に開くのを抑える効果も有している。
ところで上述したように上記葉書用シートから葉書を得る上で、折り畳んだ葉書用シートをプレスロールに通すなどして加圧しているが、しかし、葉書本体の所要文字が表出する部分で一方の貼着シートが存在しない箇所があるため、プレスロールなどが葉書全体を均一な圧力の下でプレスできなくなり、よって、その葉書本体と他方の貼着シートとが部分的に適正に貼り合わされなくなるという問題があった。また、一方の貼着シートから葉書本体の表出部分にかけて段差が生じるため、葉書郵送時などでその段差部分に他の葉書や物品が引っ掛かり易くなり、不用意な剥がれを生じさせる原因ともなっていた。
そこで、本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたもので、葉書用シートを折り合わせた際に、シートの積層数が葉書の何れの箇所でも同じになるようにすることを課題とし、貼り合わせが適正に行えるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、葉書本体とこの葉書本体の表裏面に剥離可能に貼着される二枚の貼着シートとからなり、一方の貼着シートは、前記葉書本体の一辺に対応する一辺が葉書本体中心側に偏倚して葉書本体より小さいサイズに設けられ、葉書本体中心側に偏倚した前記一辺に、葉書本体補助シートを切取り部を境にして連接し、前記葉書本体補助シートは、偏倚した前記一辺が対応する前記葉書本体の一辺から側方に張り出るサイズに設けられて、葉書本体に強接着するための貼着部と前記張り出しからなる重量調整部とを備え、他方の貼着シートは、前記葉書本体と同形状に設けられていることを特徴とする葉書用シートを提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

このように本発明においては、葉書本体の一辺に対応する一方の貼着シートの一辺が葉書本体中心側に偏倚してその貼着シートが葉書本体より小さいサイズに設けられ、そして、その一辺を切取り部として、葉書本体の前記一辺より側方に張り出るようにした形状の葉書本体補助シートを連接していることから、この葉書本体を中位置となるように葉書用シートを折り畳んだ時には、少なくとも葉書本体に対応する領域内ではシートの積層数が同じになる。この構成の葉書用シートからは、一方の貼着シートに切取り部を境に連接される葉書本体補助シートを葉書本体に強接着させることで、その葉書本体補助シートを葉書本体の一部として一体化され、葉書本体補助シートにおける重量調整部での張り出し量の調整で葉書本体補助シートを含む葉書本体の重量を調整できるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図７に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、図８に示す従来例と構成が重複する部分は同符号を付してその説明を省略する。
図１は葉書用シート１が示されており、この葉書用シート１は、中央に葉書本体２となる葉書本体シート３が配置され、その両側には折り用ミシン目からなる折り部５を介して貼着シート４ａ、４ｂが連接され、さらに、一方の貼着シート４ａにあっては葉書本体シート３と反対側の辺に切り取り用ミシン目からなる切取り部６を境にして葉書本体補助シート７が連接されているものである。また、図示された葉書用シート１は機械送り可能なように両側にマージナルパンチ部８を備えており、図示の例では複数単位の葉書用シートが連接した状態のものの内の一つの葉書用シートを示している。
葉書用シート１は上述したように、一方側から葉書本体補助シート７、貼着シート４ａ、葉書本体シート３、貼着シート４ｂが連接している。そして、この葉書用シート１はＺ状に折り畳まれるものであって、前記葉書本体シート３を中位置にしてその葉書本体シート３の片面側に一方の貼着シート４ａが折り重ねられ、葉書本体シート３の他方の片面に他方の貼着シート４ｂが折り重ねられるものであり、この折り合わせ時の対向面それぞれには弱接着力の接着剤が塗布されており、折り畳んだ葉書用シートを所要の圧力以上でプレスすることにより、葉書本体シート３に対して前記貼着シート４ａ、４ｂそれぞれが剥離可能に貼り合わせることができるように設けられている。

上記葉書本体補助シート７、貼着シート４ａ、葉書本体シート３、貼着シート４ｂそれぞれは縦幅寸法９（葉書用シートが複数単位連接する方向）を同じにしている。そして、この内、葉書本体シート３と貼着シート４ｂとは同形状としている。これに対して、前記貼着シート４ａにあっては、葉書本体２と反対側の一辺１０、即ち、折り合わせした時の葉書本体シート３における貼着シート４ｂ側の折り部５である一辺１１に対応する一辺１０が、前記葉書本体シート３の中心側に偏倚していて、この貼着シート４ａの横幅寸法１２（葉書用シートの横方向）が葉書本体シート３の横幅寸法１３より小さくなっており、貼着シート４ａが葉書本体シート３より小さいサイズに設けられている。
また、上述したように上記貼着シート４ａの一辺１０にこれを切り取り部６として連接している葉書本体補助シート７の横幅寸法１４は、貼着シート４ａを折り部５から折って葉書本体シート３に折り合わせた時に、葉書本体シート３の上記一辺１１から側方に、即ち、貼着シート４ｂ側の折り部５より側方にこの葉書本体補助シート７が張り出るようになる大きさとしていて、前記貼着シート４ａとこの葉書本体補助シート７との横幅寸法１２、１４の合計が葉書本体シート３の横幅寸法１３より大きいものとしている。
このように葉書本体補助シート７は葉書用シート１の折り畳み時に張り出る部分を有していてこの部分を重量調整部１５とし、さらに、折り畳み時に葉書本体シート３に対応する部分を貼着部１６として備えている。前記貼着部１６は対応する葉書本体シート３に対して強接着状態にして固定される部分であり、後述するようにこの貼着部１６を葉書本体シート３に一体化すれば、上記貼着シート４ａを剥離する際にこの葉書本体補助シート７が葉書本体シート３側に残るようになる。そして、この葉書本体補助シート７と葉書本体シート３とが一体となって葉書本体２が構成されるため、前記重量調整部１５での張り出し量を調整することで葉書本体２の重量を２ｇ以上に調整できるようになる。

上記葉書用シート１から葉書を作成する工程が図２に示されている。図示された葉書用シート１では複数単位が連接された状態のものであり、上述したようにＺ状に折り合わせた時に対面する葉書本体シート３と貼着シート４ａ、４ｂとにおける少なくとも対向面に弱接着性の接着剤が施されているとともに、上記葉書本体補助シート７の貼着部１６とこれが対応する葉書本体シート３側とにも同じ弱接着性の接着剤が施されている。この接着剤は所要の圧力でのプレスによって葉書本体と貼着シートとを剥離可能に貼り合わせるためのものであるが、後述するように局所的にさらに高いプレス圧力を与えることで強接着作用を生じるものである。なお、所要の圧力を加えることで葉書本体と貼着シートとを剥離可能に貼り合わせる前記接着剤は、葉書用シートの表裏面全面に施すようにしてもよく接着剤塗布面に対して印字、印刷が行える条件の接着剤が選択される。
この葉書用シート１に対してその所定箇所に宛名や隠蔽情報の通知情報などを印字、印刷した後にＺ状の折り畳みが行われる。Ｚ状の折り畳みは複数単位が連接された状態で行われるものであって、その前段として、葉書本体２の片面側に一方の貼着シート４ａが葉書本体補助シート７を伴った状態で折り重ねる。そして、前記葉書本体補助シート７の貼着部１６とこれに対応する葉書本体シート３の折り部５（貼着シート４ｂ側の折り部）側の辺部とが重ねられている部分のみを高い圧力でプレス１７して貼着部１６を葉書本体シート３に対して強接着する。

つぎに、上記葉書本体シート３の他方の片面側に折り部５から他方の貼着シート４ｂを折り重ね、葉書用シート全体をＺ状に折り畳まれた状態にする。そして、この葉書用シート１における両側のマージナルパンチ部８をスリットして切り取り、複数単位の連接状態から単位ごとに葉書用シート１を分断する。
このスリットの段階では図示するように両側のマージナルパンチ部８それぞれがスリッター１８によって切り取られるが、折り畳み状態での葉書本体シート３と貼着シート４ａとの間の折り部５側に位置するマージナルパンチ部８はこの折り部５に近接する位置８ｂで切り取られる。そして、上記葉書本体補助シート７に連続しているマージナルパンチ部８を切り取る位置８ａは、葉書本体シート３と貼着シート４ｂとの間の折り部５から若干離れた箇所となる。よって、このマージナルパンチ部８を前記位置８ａからスリットすることで、上述したように側方に張り出る重量調整部１５が形成され、スリットする位置８ａを幅方向に変化させることで重量調整部１５の張り出し量を変化させることができる。

上記マージナルパンチ部が取り除かれた葉書用シート１は、つぎにプレスロールなどのプレス手段１９にかけられ、所要の圧力でもってプレスされることで図３に示すように葉書本体シート３の両面に貼着シート４ａ、４ｂが剥離可能に貼り合わされ、葉書２０が得られる。そして、前記葉書２０では上述したように葉書本体補助シート７が葉書本体シート３に強接着状態にあるとともに、葉書本体シート３の表裏面に貼着シート４ａ、４ｂが剥離可能に貼り合わされ、さらに、前記葉書本体補助シート７と前記一方の貼着シート４ａとが切り取り部６を境にして連接した状態となっていることから、図４に示すように貼着シート４ａの一隅に設けられているコーナーカット２１を指掛かりとしてその貼着シート４ａを見開くように剥げば、対向面それぞれが表出するとともに、前記葉書本体補助シート７は葉書本体シート３側に残るようになり、よって、この葉書２０は葉書本体補助シート７を一体にした葉書本体２を備えているものとなる。勿論、前記葉書本体補助シート７の表出面側に上述した「郵便はがき」などの所定文字が記載されている。同様にして他方の貼着シート４ｂにもその一隅にコーナーカット２１が設けられており、そのコーナーカットを指掛かりとして貼着シート４ｂを葉書本体シート３から見開き状に剥ぐことができるものとなっている。
なお、上記貼着シートそれぞれにコーナーカットが予め設けられているが、その切り欠き量は極めて小さいものであり、上記プレス手段でプレスを行う際に貼り合わせ不良を生じさせることはない。

このようにして得られた葉書２０にあっては、葉書本体補助シート７を葉書本体２の一部として一体化しているため、葉書本体補助シート７の重量調整部１５の張り出し量を調整することで葉書本体２の重量の調整が容易に行えるようになる。これは、一方の貼着シート４ａにおける一辺１０の位置、即ち、切り取り部６の位置を変更することなく葉書本体２の重量を調整できることを意味するものでもあり、よって、隠蔽したい面の面積を減少させずとも葉書本体の重量を増加させることができる。

上述の例は、葉書本体補助シート７と葉書本体シート３との間に弱接着性の接着剤を介在させながら貼着部に対して高いプレス圧力を加えることで、その葉書本体補助シート７を葉書本体シート３に強接着させるようにしたものであるが、これに代えて図５に示すように、葉書本体補助シート７の貼着部１６とこれが対応する葉書本体シート３側とのそれぞれに沿って、通常の状態では接着力を生じず加圧条件を与えることで接着を行う感圧接着剤２２を施すようにしてもよい。そして、この感圧接着剤を用いた場合には、上述した二つ折りの前段の時点で葉書本体補助シート７と葉書本体シート３とをプレスにより強接着させておくことは必ずしも必要はなく、折り畳み後段でのプレス手段に通す時点でこの葉書本体補助シート７と葉書本体シート３とを強接着させるようにしてもよい。
そして、この感圧接着剤を用いる場合、プレスによって剥離可能に葉書本体と貼着シートとを貼り合わせるための接着剤は、前記感圧接着剤が設けられている部分を除いた状態で葉書用シートの表裏面全面に施したり、また、葉書用シートの表裏面全面に弱接着力の接着剤を施してからその上の所定位置に前記感圧接着剤を施すようにしてもよい。

上述した例は複数単位で連接された葉書用シートから葉書が得られる工程を示したが、必ずしも葉書用シートが連接された状態である必要はなく、上記マージナルパンチ部を持たない一単位形式の葉書用シートも本発明に含まれるものである。また、葉書用シートとして一片の葉書本体シートの両側に貼着シートがそれぞれ連接されている例を示したが、図６に示すように、葉書本体２は二片の葉書本体シート３の貼り合わせからなるものであってもよいものであり、本発明の葉書用シートにあっては葉書本体シートを複数片で連接状態にすることも可能である。この場合、複数の葉書本体シートを貼り合わせる方法の一つとしては上述したように折りの前段の段階で高いプレス圧力で葉書本体シートが強接着状態となるようにする方法が挙げられる。さらに、葉書が構成された時点で葉書本体と葉書表裏に位置する貼着シートとが連接状態である必要は必ずしもなく、図７に示すようにそれぞれが分断状態で積層化されていてもよい（勿論、葉書本体補助シート７は葉書本体２に強接着状態とされ、切り取り部６を境にして一方の貼着シート４ａに連接され、両貼着シート４ａ、４ｂが葉書本体２に剥離可能に貼り合わされている条件を満足するものである）。加えて、作成される葉書の表裏面が前記二片の貼着シートで構成して、これらが葉書本体に剥離可能であればよいことから、葉書用シートが、前記二片の貼着シートを隣り合わせとした巻き折り式に折り畳むものとして構成することも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の葉書用シートは、葉書本体とこの葉書本体の表裏面に剥離可能に貼着される二枚の貼着シートとからなり、一方の貼着シートは、前記葉書本体の一辺に対応する一辺が葉書本体中心側に偏倚して葉書本体より小さいサイズに設けられ、葉書本体中心側に偏倚した前記一辺に、葉書本体補助シートを切取り部を境にして連接し、前記葉書本体補助シートは、偏倚した前記一辺が対応する前記葉書本体の一辺から側方に張り出るサイズに設けられて、葉書本体に強接着するための貼着部と前記張り出しからなる重量調整部とを備え、他方の貼着シートは、前記葉書本体と同形状に設けられていることを特徴とするものである。
これによって、葉書本体を葉書の中位置となるように折り畳んで葉書本体補助シートを葉書本体に強接着させれば、前記葉書本体補助シートを側方に張り出させた状態で葉書本体の一部として一体化でき、その葉書本体補助シートにおける重量調整部の張り出し量を調整することで、葉書の総重量を増加させることなく葉書本体の重量を２ｇ以上のものとすることが容易に行えるようになる。また、重量の調整が隠蔽される部分と関係のない前記重量調整部で行うようになるため、隠蔽する面の面積を削減する必要も生じない。さらに、重量調整部が葉書を形成した時点で張り出しを形成するため、張り出しに他の物品がぶつかってもこの張り出し部分が変形することで葉書の少なくともこの張り出し部分のある一辺側の保護を行うようになるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
