【従来の技術】
炊飯器の蓋は、蓋本体と、その下面に着脱自在に取付けられた内蓋、内蓋と蓋本体の蒸気孔との間に介在された蒸気通路セットなどにより構成される。蒸気通路セットは、炊飯に伴って発生する、いわゆるおねばを捕捉する機能をもつように構成される。

上記の蒸気通路セットは、蓋本体の蒸気孔の下面に取付けられることが一般的に行われている（特開平１０−２０１６２０号公報、特開平１０−２１６０１１号公報参照）。

また、上記の蒸気通路セットの手入れをし易くするために、これを内蓋に取付けることも知られている。内蓋に取付けると、内蓋の手入れと同時に蒸気通路セットの手入れも同時にできるので便利である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記の蒸気通路セットを内蓋の放熱板上に取付けたものは、一般に内蓋セットと称されているが、従来の内蓋セットにおいては蒸気通路セットをビス又はリベットにより放熱板に固定していたので、これを取外して手入れすることが困難であった。蒸気通路セットの内部部品の一部を取外せるようにしたものもあるが、それでも内部まで十分に手入れが行き届き難い問題があった。

そこで、この発明は、内蓋セットを構成する蒸気通路セットの手入れが容易にできるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、内蓋セット本体と、その内蓋セット本体を構成する放熱板の蒸気入口上に取付けられた蒸気通路ケースとから成る炊飯器の内蓋セットにおいて、上記の蒸気通路ケースを磁石の吸着力により上記放熱板に取付けた構成を採用した。

上記の構成によると、磁石の吸着力より強い力を加えるだけで蒸気通路セットが簡単に外れるので、その内部まで手入れをすることができる。

なお、上記の蒸気通路ケースに放熱板に対する位置決め手段を設けた構成を採用すると、手入れ後にその蒸気通路セットを再取付けする時の位置が正確となる。

また、上記の蒸気通路セットの放熱板に対する吸着面にパッキンを装着した構成を採用すると、蒸気通路セットの吸着面のシールが確実となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。図１に示した炊飯器は、炊飯器本体１と、その炊飯器本体１にヒンジピン２により開閉自在に取付けられた蓋３とからなる。蓋３はその先端部に設けたフック４が炊飯器本体１のフックレバー５に係合されて閉止され、またフック４がフックレバー５から外されると、蓋３はヒンジばね６の弾力により開放される。

上記の蓋３は、蓋本体７とその下面に着脱自在に取付けられた内蓋セット８とからなる。蓋本体７には蒸気孔１３’が設けられる。内蓋セット８は、図２に示すように、リング部材９と、その内周に蓋パッキン１０を挟んでビス１１で取付けられた磁性金属板でなる放熱板１２、及び放熱板１２に設けられた蒸気入口１３上に着脱自在に取付けられた蒸気通路セット１４とにより構成される。蒸気通路セット１４は、炊飯に伴って生じる蒸気中のおねばを捕捉して一時的に溜めておくおねば溜りの機能を有する。

上記の蒸気通路セット１４は図２、図３に示すように、ケース１５と、その下端側に設けられた取付けつば１６と、ケース１５の上端面に着脱自在に嵌合されたつまみ１７付きの小蓋１８とにより構成され、その小蓋１８に排気口１９が形成される。上記の取付けつば１６の外側に嵌合する２本の円弧状の位置決めリブ２１、２１が、放熱板１２の蒸気入口１３の両側に設けられる。また、前記の取付けつば１６の下面に設けられた位置決め凸部２２に嵌合する位置決め凹部２３が放熱板１２に設けられる。

上記のケース１５の内部には、図４（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、円弧状の画壁２４が設けられる。この画壁２４は、一端がケース１５の内面に一体化されて三日月形の入側室２５を形成し、その前記の画壁２４の他端がケース１５の内面に接近し入側室２５の出口２６を形成している。排気口１９に通じた出側室２７は円筒形に形成される。

上記の入側室２５に入った蒸気は出口２６の部分で絞られて円筒形の出側室２７の内面に沿って旋回し、その旋回途中で気液の分離が行われ、気体成分は排気口１９から排出され、液体成分はおねばとなって出側室２７に溜まる。

上記の取付けつば１６の下面には、前記の入側室２５、出側室２７を取り囲んで環状の磁石２８が取付けられる。その磁石２８の取付け溝２９に環状のパッキン３１を挾着し、そのパッキン３１のシール部３２を取付けつば１６の下面に押圧しろをもって露出している（図４（ｃ）参照）。

なお、磁石２８は、図５（ａ）に示すようにパッキン３１の中に埋め込んでもよい。また、図５（ｂ）に示すようにパッキン３１を使用せず、取付けつば１６に埋め込んだ磁石２８の吸着力で取付けつば１６の面を相手面に押圧することでシールを図るようにしてもよい。

実施形態の炊飯器は、以上のようなものであり、内蓋セット８はその取付けつば１６を放熱板１２上の位置決めリブ２１、２１に合わせ、かつ位置決め凸部２２を位置決め凹部２３に嵌合させ、磁石２８を放熱板１２に吸着させて取付ける。その吸着面においてパッキン３１のシール部３２により、またパッキン３１が無い場合は取付けつば１６の下面の面接触によりシールを行う。

内蓋セット８の手入れを行う際に、磁石２８の吸着力より強い力を加えることにより蒸気通路セット１４を放熱板１２から取外し、内部の清掃等を行う。

なお、磁石２８の吸着力は、炊飯時等に生じる振動によっては蒸気通路セット１４が外れない程度に大きく、かつ取外しの際に支障にならない範囲の大きさに選定される。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明によると、内蓋セットに取付けた蒸気通路セットの着脱ができるので、蒸気通路セットの手入れを容易に行うことができる。また、位置決め手段やシール手段を採用することにより、再取付け時の位置ずれや、シール不良のおそれを無くすることができる。
