本発明は自動車等の車両用シートに係り、詳しくは、排尿，排便用の簡易トイレ機能を装備した車両用シートに関するものである。

一般に、この種の乗用車等の自動車にあって、その車中において運転車若しくは同乗者が排尿，排便用に供するための簡易トイレ機能が装備された車両用シートは皆無であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、自動車等の走行にあたって、運転車若しくは同乗者が該自動車の車中にてトイレに行きたくなり、走行中に近くにトイレがなくどうしても車中で排尿，排便等の用を足さなければならなくなった場合には、その事態に対処することができず、簡易トイレの必要性が要望されており、身体障害者、高齢者、幼児等が乗車して渋滞に遭遇した場合は、その必要性が強く希求されていた。
そこで、本発明は、車中において運転車若しくは同乗者が排尿，排便等の用に供する簡易トイレ機能を車両用シートに装備することによって、上記した要求を可及的に満足する車両用シートを提供することを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した目的を達成するために、本発明は、クッションシート３が、クッションカバー７により底面および各側面が被覆された所望形状の凹陥部６が形成されたクッションパッド５を備え、該凹陥部６の開口上部を取外し可能な座ふとんシート４で覆蓋せしめたことを要旨とするものである。

この場合、図５，図６に示すように、凹陥部６内にその周縁部に亘りビニールシート等の防水性シート１６を敷設して、その上におむつ等の吸水性部材１７を置いて前述の使用に供すれば、排尿，排便等に伴う汚水，汚物等の事後処置が簡便になし得るとともに、クッションカバー７の汚損を未然に防止できるものである。
なお、前記座ふとんシート４とクッションカバー７との間にあって、後側縁側のファスナー８のみを結合した状態でその座ふとんシート４を該ファスナー８を支点としてバックシート２側に傾動して凹陥部６の開口上部を開放するようにしてもよい。
