Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article storage device used when storing and storing a large number of articles or transporting the articles to a predetermined place.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of article storage device, there is, for example, one shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-151375. That is, the movable panel portion 30 is fitted inside the upper portion of the side panel body 20, the lower portion of the movable panel portion 30 is swingably connected to the side panel body 20, and the upper portion of the movable panel portion 30 and the side panel body 20 are connected. A fixing device 36 is provided between the fixing device 36 and the fixing device 36.
[0003]
The fixing tool 36 has a slide body 38 that moves in the front-rear direction while being guided by a guide 37 attached to the movable panel section 30. An outer end of the slide body 38 has a vertical rod section of the side panel body 20. A hook portion 38a which can be freely engaged and disengaged is formed at 22b. A cam lever 40 is mounted on the slide body 38 via a pin 39 so as to be vertically movable. The cam lever 40 has a cam surface 40a, and the cam surface 40a is freely contactable with a cam receiver 41 provided on the movable panel unit 30.
[0004]
According to this, by sliding the slide body 38 from the outside to the inside, the hook portion 38a is engaged with the vertical rod portion 22b, and the cam lever 40 is rotated to bring the cam surface 40a into contact with the cam receiver 41. The movable panel section 30 is fixed flush with the side panel body 20. At this time, since the cam surface 40a of the cam lever 40 is in contact with the cam receiver 41, the movement of the slide body 38 in the removal direction (that is, from the inside to the outside) is restricted by the cam lever 40. This prevents a problem that the slide body 38 is inadvertently moved in the removal direction and the hook portion 38a is removed from the vertical rod portion 22b.
[0005]
Further, after the cam lever 40 is rotated upward to separate the cam surface 40a from the cam receiver 41, the slide body 38 is moved in the removal direction (that is, from the inside to the outside), and the hook 38a is turned into a vertical rod. By detaching from the movable panel 22b, the movable panel 30 is released from being fixed to the side panel body 20, and the movable panel section 30 can be swung outward and downward to follow the lower part of the side panel body 20.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional type, when the hook portion 38a is engaged with the vertical rod portion 22b, the slide member 38 is connected to the slide member 38 via the pin 39 in order to restrict inadvertent movement of the slide member 38 in the removal direction. Although the cam lever 40 is vertically movable, the pin 39, the cam lever 40, and the cam receiver 41 are required in such a configuration, resulting in a problem that the number of parts increases and the configuration becomes complicated.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an article storage device having a fixing member with a small number of parts and a simple configuration.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the article storage device of the present invention is provided with a bottom body between lower portions of a pair of opposed side bodies,
A closing body that closes at least one of the front surface or the rear surface between the two side bodies is detachably attached to the side body via a fixing member,
The fixing member is held by a holding member on a side portion of the closing body, and is attached to be able to move back and forth in the left-right direction,
The holding member includes a first holding member that holds a free end of the fixing member, and a second holding member that holds a base end of the fixing member,
At the free end of the fixing member, a locking portion is provided which is detachable from the outside on a locked portion formed on the side body,
When the fixing member retreats to an engagement position where the locking portion engages with the locked portion, the fixing member engages with the second holding member to restrict the movement of the fixing member in the removal direction. A regulating piece is formed to protrude downward from the base end of the fixing member ,
When the fixing member protrudes to the removal position where the locking portion is removed outside the locked portion, the fixing member contacts the first holding member and regulates the movement of the fixing member in the removal direction. A regulating member is provided on the fixing member .
[0009]
According to this, the closing member is attached to the side body via the fixing member by retracting the fixing member to the engagement position and engaging the locking portion with the locked portion. At this time, since the restricting piece is engaged with the second holding member to restrict the movement of the fixing member in the removal direction, the fixing member is inadvertently moved from the engagement position in the removal direction by vibration or the like. Thus, it is possible to prevent a problem that the locking portion is detached from the locked portion.
[0010]
As described above, with a simple configuration in which the restricting piece is provided on the fixing member, it is possible to restrict the inadvertent movement of the fixing member in the removal direction at the engagement position. Can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, after the engagement between the regulating piece and the second holding member is released, the fixing member is protruded to the disengagement position, and the locking portion is disengaged to the outside of the locked portion, so that the closing body is in the side position. Removed from the body. At this time, since the regulating member contacts the first holding member to regulate the movement of the fixing member in the removal direction, the fixing member can be accurately projected to the removal position, and the fixing member can be removed. It is possible to prevent the projection from being excessively protruded from the removal position and falling from the holding member.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, reference numeral 1 denotes an article storage tool, which is disposed between a pair of left and right side frame bodies 2 and 3 (an example of a side body) and a rear portion of the side frame bodies 2 and 3. [0026]
At the outer end of each fixing member 22, a hook portion 49 (an example of a locking portion) that can be detachably attached to the front vertical frame member 11 (an example of a locked portion) of the both side frames 2 and 4 from outside. Example) is formed.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 1, at the inner end of each fixing member 22, when the fixing member 22 is retracted to an engagement position A where the hook 49 is engaged with the front vertical frame member 11. A restricting piece 50 for restricting the movement of the fixing member 22 in the removal direction B is integrally formed. That is, the restricting piece 50 protrudes downward from the inner end of the fixing member 22, and engages with the lower end horizontal plate 60 of the second holding member 46 from the inside at the engaging position A to fix the fixing member 22. The movement of the member 22 in the removal direction B is restricted. The vertical height H of the second insertion hole 48 is formed larger than the vertical height h of the regulating piece 50.
[0028]
At the center of each fixing member 22, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the fixing member 22 is extended to a disengagement position C where the hook portion 49 is disengaged outside the front vertical frame member 11. When it protrudes, a regulating member 51 for regulating movement of the fixing member 22 in the removal direction B is provided. That is, the restricting member 51 is composed of a screw member 52 inserted through the fixing member 22 and a cap nut 53 screwed to the screw member 52, and the first holding member 51 is held from the inside at the removal position C. By contacting the member 45, the movement of the fixing member 22 in the removal direction B is restricted.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 2, at the disengagement position C, the fixing members 22 are first and second holding members 45 and 46, with the outer end side (that is, the hook 49 side) being lower and the inner side being lower. It is held in an inclined posture with the end side (that is, the regulation piece 50 side) as the upper rank. At the lower end of the regulating piece 50, an inclined surface 54 inclined in the same direction as the above-mentioned inclined posture is formed.
[0030]
Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
In order to attach the front frame 5 between the two side frames 2, 3, first, the two engaging members 42 of the lower front frame 5b are engaged with the lower ends of the front vertical frame members 11 of the both side frames 2, 3. Then, the lower horizontal frame member 32 is placed on the front end of the bottom body 6.
[0031]
Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the fixing members 22 are retracted to the engagement position A, and the hook portions 49 are engaged with the front vertical frame members 11 of the side frame members 2 and 3 from the outside. The front frame 5 is attached and fixed between the side frames 2 and 3 as shown in FIGS.
[0032]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, the regulating piece 50 of each fixing member 22 engages the lower end horizontal plate portion 60 of the second holding member 46 from the inside at the engaging position A, and the fixing member 22 The movement in the removal direction B is restricted. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a problem in which the fixing member 22 is inadvertently moved from the engagement position A in the removal direction B due to vibration or the like and the hook portion 49 is removed from the front vertical frame member 11. it can.
[0033]
As described above, with the simple configuration in which the restricting piece 50 is integrally formed on the fixing member 22, it is possible to restrict the inadvertent movement of the fixing member 22 in the removal direction B at the engagement position A. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced as compared with the related art.
[0034]
Then, the inner ends of the left and right fixing members 22 of the upper front frame 5a are lifted to position the regulating piece 50 above the lower end horizontal plate portion 60 of the second holding member 46. As shown, the both fixing members 22 are projected from the engagement position A to the disengagement position C, and the hook portions 49 are disengaged from the outside of the front vertical frame member 11, so that both sides of the upper front frame member 5a are removed. Since the fixing to the frames 2 and 3 is released, the upper front frame 5a is pivoted forward about the horizontal axis 38 to move outward from the lower front frame 5b as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. Can be attached. As a result, almost the upper half of the front surface of the article storage device 1 is opened, and articles can be taken in and out through the opened portion.
[0035]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the fixing member 22 is protruded to the removal position C, the regulating member 51 contacts the first holding member 45 from the inside and moves in the removal direction B of the fixing member 22. Is restricted, the fixing member 22 can be accurately projected to the disengagement position C, and the fixing member 22 protrudes too far from the disengagement position C and drops off from the second holding member 46. Can be prevented.
[0036]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, at the disengagement position C, the inclined surface 54 of the regulating piece 50 rides on the lower horizontal plate portion 60 of the second holding member 46, and the fixing member 22 is moved to the outer end side (that is, the hook). The fixing member 22 is urged obliquely downward by its own weight, and is thus liable to be vibrated or the like. The fixing member 22 does not inadvertently return from the removal position C to the engagement position A (see FIG. 1).
[0037]
Further, similarly, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the left and right fixing members 22 of the lower front frame 5b are projected from the engagement position A to the disengagement position C, and the hook 49 is moved to the front vertical frame. By detaching the outer frame member 11 from the outside, the fixing of the lower front frame member 5b to the both side frame members 2 and 3 is released. The front frame 5 can be removed from the side frames 2 and 3 as shown by the phantom lines in FIGS.
[0038]
At the time of non-use, after removing the front frame 5 as described above, the bottom 6 is rotated upward as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. By rotating one side frame 2 and folding it inside the rear frame 4 as shown by the imaginary line, the article storage device 1 can be folded and stored in an L shape in plan view, and thus stored. Space can be reduced.
[0039]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the front frame 5 is detachably provided via a plurality of fixing members 22, but with the same configuration, the rear frame 4 also uses the fixing members 22. It may be provided detachably via a connector. Further, in the above embodiment, the rear frame 4 and the front frame 5 are provided, but only one of them may be provided.
[0040]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper front frame 5a and the lower front frame 5b are connected by the connecting device 37 to form the front frame 5, and the upper front frame 5a can be opened and closed. However, the front frame 5 may be a single sheet having no opening / closing function. Although the upper front frame 5a is openable and closable, the lower front frame 5b may be openable and closable.
[0041]
In the above embodiment, the article storage device 1 having the flat bottom body 6 and the plurality of caster wheels 20 has been described. However, the pallet carried by a forklift as the bottom body 6 without the caster wheels 20 is used. The article storage device 1 may be used, in which the pallets are provided with the side frames 2 and 3, the rear frame 4 and the front frame 5.
[0042]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention , when the fixing member is retracted to the engagement position, the regulating piece engages with the second holding member to regulate the movement of the fixing member in the removal direction, Further, when the fixing member is protruded to the disengagement position after the engagement between the restricting piece and the second holding member is released, the restricting member abuts on the first holding member and moves in the disengaging direction of the fixing member. Restrict movement. Thereby, the fixing member can be accurately moved back and forth to the engagement position and the removal position.
[0043]
Therefore, it is possible to restrict inadvertent movement of the fixing member in the removal direction at the engagement position with a simple configuration in which the restricting piece is provided on the fixing member. Can be. In addition, it is possible to prevent the fixing member from protruding too far from the removal position and dropping from the holding member.
