Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a plastic bottle having a handle separately attached to the bottle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
If the plastic bottle becomes large, handling becomes inconvenient. Therefore, a bottle in which a part of the main body is formed into a handle shape is used for beverages and the like. However, in the case of a bottle made of polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, etc., it is difficult to integrally form the handle with the bottle main body. Therefore, as shown in the front view of FIG. A bottle fitted with a separate handle 3 is used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional bottle, since the concave portion 2 is largely recessed inside the bottle, the entire bottle has an asymmetric shape, and the lower portion 24 of the handle attaching portion below the concave portion for attaching the handle is easily stretched greatly at the time of blow molding. 24 has a small thickness and is easily deformed by stress from the handle, easily deformed by external force, decompression, heat, etc., and is inclined or the concave portion 2 is distorted to produce a gap between the mounting portion of the handle 3 and the main body 1. However, there is a problem that the handle 3 is easily detached.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem by forming an uneven surface in a portion where the wall thickness is easily stretched, and the gist of the present invention is to form a recess for attaching a handle on an upper side surface and to form a recess in the recess. In the blow-molded bottle with the handle attached, the fittings protruding from both ends of the handle grip are bitten into the deepest portions of the upper and lower surfaces of the handle attachment recess, and are fixed from the lower end of the handle attachment recess. Forming a circumferential concave rib, forming a circumferential convex rib adjacent below the concave rib, and forming a circular arc-shaped section extending in the circumferential direction on the lower wall of the handle mounting portion within the width of the concave rib. The concave groove and the convex ridge are formed, and the concave and convex surface in which the adjacent concave groove and the convex ridge are connected by a smooth curve is formed, and the circumferential length of the concave and convex surface is equal to or larger than the width of the handle. characterized in that it is formed in such slightly smaller It is an earnest plastisol poke bottle.
[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a plastic bottle with a handle of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, FIG. 3 is a partially cross-sectional front view of the plastic bottle with a handle, and FIG. 4 is an example of a conventional plastic bottle with a handle. FIG.
[0006]
According to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in a blow-molded bottle 1 in which a handle mounting recess 2 is formed in an upper side surface and a handle 3 is mounted in the recess 2, the lower end of the handle mounting recess 2 is used. A circumferential concave rib 21 is continuously formed, and a circumferential convex rib 22 is formed adjacent to and below the concave rib 21, and the handle mounting portion lower wall 23 within the width of the concave rib 21 has irregularities. A plastic bottle with a handle, characterized in that the surface 4 is formed.
[0007]
A handle mounting recess 2 is formed in the upper side surface of the blow-molded bottle 1, and a handle 3 is mounted in the recess 2 by an appropriate means such as mechanical fitting and adhesion. In the examples of FIGS. 1 to 3, a method is used in which a handle 3 previously formed by injection molding or the like is set in a blow mold, and the bottle wall is tangled with the handle at the same time as blow molding.
[0008]
The depth of the recess 2 for attaching the handle is preferably 把 to 3 of the diameter of the upper part of the blow-molded bottle 1.
[0009]
The handle 3 is formed by injection molding a plastic such as polypropylene or polyethylene.
[0010]
The circumferential concave rib 21 is formed continuously and continuously with the handle mounting concave portion 2 having the same concave shape, and is reinforced in a balanced manner so as to surround the periphery of the bottle body 1. Together with the circumferentially protruding ribs 22 formed adjacent to and below the concave ribs 21, they serve to prevent deformation of the entire bottle.
[0011]
These concave ribs 21 in the circumferential direction and the convex ribs 22 in the circumferential direction perform a well-balanced resistance action under the grip mounting recess 2 during blow molding, and prevent the thickness from being uneven, thereby reducing the thickness at the lower portion of the grip mounting portion. Has the effect of preventing the formation.
[0012]
The uneven surface 4 is formed on the lower wall 23 of the handle attachment portion within the width of the concave rib 21 so as to disperse the stress applied to this portion and to exert a reinforcing effect in shape.
[0013]
The uneven surface 4 is formed , for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 by a concave groove having a circular cross section extending in the circumferential direction from the center of the lower wall 23 of the handle attaching portion to the left and right surfaces, and a convex groove. It has a shape in which the ridges are connected by a smooth curve (as shown in FIG. 3). Further , as shown in FIG. 1, the circumferential length of the uneven surface 4 is formed to be equal to or slightly smaller than the width of the handle 3.

[0014]
The uneven surface 4 is formed in a shape corresponding to the surface of the blow molding die, and can be provided simultaneously when the bottle 1 is blow molded.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the handle 3 includes a grip portion 31 and fitting portions 32 and 33 protruding laterally from both ends of the grip portion 31, and has a substantially U-shape as a whole. Protrusions 34 and 35 that stand up and down are provided at the tips of the fitting portions 32 and 33, respectively, so that they can easily bite when fitted to the bottle and prevent the handle 3 from rattling.
[0016]
When the handle 3 is attached to the bottle body 1, the protrusions 34, 35 are buried in the bottle wall surface at the innermost portions of the upper and lower surfaces of the handle attachment concave portion 2 (closer to the center axis of the bottle). I have. Since the innermost portion has a large wall thickness and is easily formed, the protrusions 34 and 35 can be reliably embedded. The buried portion causes resistance during blow molding and causes eccentricity. However, eccentricity is small due to the effect of preventing the concave ribs and convex ribs from being thinned.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in a blow molded bottle having a handle mounting recess formed in an upper side surface and a handle mounted in the recess, fittings protruding from both ends of a grip portion of the handle at the deepest portions of the upper and lower surfaces of the handle mounting recess. wearing part and fixed by bite into, also continuously from the lower end of the handle mounting recess forms a circumferential concave ribs, to form a concave ribs circumferential direction continuously from the lower end of the concave portion, the concave rib A convex convex rib in the circumferential direction is formed adjacent to the lower side, and a plastic bottle with a handle characterized in that an uneven surface is formed on the lower wall of the handle mounting portion within the width of the concave rib. Concave ribs and circumferential ribs are used to balance and reinforce the shape of the bottle body so that it surrounds the bottle body.It also provides a well-balanced resistance when molding the bottle, and prevents uneven wall thickness as well as unevenness. With handle mounting In addition to dispersing the stress applied to the lower wall, a reinforcing rib effect is generated in the shape, and it is difficult for not only empty bottles but also bottles filled with beverages to be deformed by external force, decompression, heat, etc. There is an effect that a gap is not generated between the attachment portion of the handle and the main body due to distortion, and the fixation of the handle is further stabilized.
