上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明は、下型及び上型でブランクを挟圧して絞り成形を行う際に、それら型のビード溝とビード突起とでブランクを挟圧することにより、絞り成形時におけるブランク周縁部の滑りを規制するようにした、折曲フランジを有する絞り成形品の成形方法において、前記絞り成形の際には、前記ビードが、成形品部位及び該成形品部位の周縁の非成形品部位に跨がるように成形されるドロー工程と、前記ビードの一部を成形品部位側に残して該成形品部位から非成形品部位を切断除去するトリム工程と、そのトリム工程で成形品部位側に残されたビードの残り部分を平坦に延ばすと同時に、該残り部分を含む成形品部位の周縁を折り曲げて折曲フランジを成形するベンド工程とを備えたことを特徴とする。
