【産業上の利用分野】
この発明は、番組の主情報に番組に関する情報を多重して送信されるテレビジョン放送を受信して、この番組に関する情報に基づいて表示画面上に番組表を表示し、この番組表を用いて番組の選択及び予約をするテレビジョン放送受信装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、テレビジョン放送において、番組の主情報（映像，音声等）に番組表を作成するために必要な情報（番組表情報）を多重化して放送し、受信装置側でこの番組表情報を基に番組表を作成しこれを画面上に表示し、視聴者が画面上において番組の選択，予約を行なうＥＰＧ（Electronic Program Guide）が実用化されている。

たとえばＭＰＥＧ２を用いたディジタル放送では、伝送信号の規格の一つとして、欧州ＤＶＢ（Digital Video Broadcasting）があるが、このＤＶＢ規格では、視聴者が番組を選択，予約する際の手助けとなる情報として、ＳＩ（Service Information)が伝送される。これはサービス（放送局）毎に、一定時間毎に送出される情報であり、サービスを識別するためのサービスｉｄ，番組を識別するための番組ｉｄ，番組のタイトル，番組の放送開始時刻，番組の放送時間長が含まれる。また、番組の情報として、ＤＶＢ−ＳＩに、番組が属するグループを識別するグループｉｄを追加することも考えられている。

ここで、グループとは、連続ドラマ，シーズンを通しての野球中継，毎日の天気予報のように関連のある複数の番組を一まとめにした番組の集合体を示す単位である。一つの番組は一つのグループに属するとは限らず、複数のグループに属する場合もある。これを天気予報を例にとって説明する。図８に示すように、日本が西日本と東日本を含み、西日本が近畿地方，中国地方，四国，九州を含み、近畿地方が大阪，京都，和歌山を含む、というように分けると、「大阪の天気」という一つの番組は、「大阪の天気」のグループ，「近畿の天気」のグループ，「西日本の天気」のグループ，「日本の天気」のグループに属する。

一つの番組が複数のグループに属する場合における上記グループｉｄの付け方としては、(1) 番組に複数のグループｉｄを付ける，(2) 番組には一つのグループｉｄを付け、グループｉｄの包含関係の情報を別途送る、という２種類が考えられる。上述の天気予報を例にとれば、(1) の方法では、「大阪の天気」の番組が「大阪の天気」の番組グループを示すグループｉｄ，「近畿の天気」の番組グループを示すグループｉｄ，「西日本の天気」の番組グループを示すグループｉｄ，及び「日本の天気」の番組グループを示すグループｉｄを持つものであり、(2) の方法では、「大阪の天気」の番組は「大阪の天気」の番組グループを示すグループｉｄだけを持ち、このグループｉｄを持つ番組は「近畿の天気」の番組グループ，「西日本の天気」の番組グループ，及び「日本の天気」の番組グループに含まれることを示す情報が別途送られるものである。

次に、従来のＥＰＧに対応できるテレビジョン放送受信装置の動作について説明する。
映像，音声，データを含む番組、及び受信装置側で表示画面上に表示する番組表を作成するために必要な番組表情報が多重化されて伝送された放送信号を受信した受信装置は、放送信号から番組表情報を分離してこれを処理し、たとえば図９に示すような各チャンネルの番組とその放送開始時刻を表示した番組表を作成し、これを表示画面上に表示する。視聴者はこの番組表を見て、現在放送中の番組のうちから見たい番組を選択することにより選択した番組を表示画面上に表示させることができ、また、番組表中のまだ放送されていない番組のうちから所望する番組を選択して視聴予約することができる。

番組の視聴予約が行なわれたときは、受信装置内に設けられた予約メモリに、視聴予約された番組の放送開始時刻，番組ｉｄ等の番組に関する情報が記憶され、受信装置内に設けられた時計と記憶された放送開始時刻を比較して、当該番組の放送開始時刻になると記憶された番組に関する情報に基づいて放送信号中から番組を取得してこれを表示画面上に表示する。

また、グループの選択／予約に際しては、受信装置は、このような番組毎を表示する番組表のかわりに、番組表情報のうちのグループに関する情報を用いて、たとえば図１０に示すようなグループ一覧表を作成し、これを表示画面上に表示する。視聴者はこのグループ一覧表を見て、見たいグループを選択／予約することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のＥＰＧに対応できるテレビジョン放送受信装置は、上述のように、視聴者が番組の視聴予約を行なったときに、受信装置内に設けられた予約メモリに、視聴予約された番組の放送開始時刻，番組ｉｄ等の番組に関する情報を記憶し、当該視聴予約された番組の放送開始時刻になると記憶された番組に関する情報に基づいて放送信号中から番組を取得してこれを表示画面上に表示する構成としているため、視聴予約をした後に、視聴予約した番組の放送開始時刻が変更された場合に、番組が視聴者の所望どおりに表示されないという問題があった。

また、従来のＥＰＧに対応できるテレビジョン放送受信装置は、番組を選択／予約する場合には、番組表から１つの番組を選択するか、グループに対してはグループ一覧からグループに含まれる総ての番組を一括して選択することしかできず、ある番組からその番組が属するグループを選択したい場合や、グループのうちから所望する番組だけを選択したい場合等には対応できないという問題があった。

この発明は、上記のような問題を解消するためになされたものであり、予約の後に番組の放送開始時刻が変更された場合にも、視聴者が予約した番組を誤りなく予約実行できるテレビジョン放送受信装置を提供することを目的とする。
また、この発明は、番組及びグループの選択／予約をしやすいテレビジョン放送受信装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明（請求項１）に係るテレビジョン放送受信装置は、映像，音声を含む番組、及び受信装置側で表示画面上に表示する番組表を作成するために必要な、グループ情報もしくはグループ識別子のうち少なくとも一方を含む番組表情報が多重化されて伝送された放送信号を受信するものにおいて、受信した放送信号から上記番組表情報を分離する信号分離部と、分離された上記番組表情報を格納するデータベースと、上記データベースに格納された番組表情報に基づいて、番組単位で選択及び予約操作のための番組表画面を表示し、さらに選択または予約された番組が属する番組グループの一覧表であって上記番組グループ単位で選択及び予約の操作をするためのグループ一覧表画面を表示する番組表表示／操作部とを備えたものである。

また、本発明（請求項２）に係るテレビジョン放送受信装置は、請求項１の発明において、上記番組表表示／操作部は、選択された番組グループに属する複数の番組を表示する一覧表であって番組単位で選択及び予約の操作をするためのグループ番組一覧表画面を表示画面上に表示するものである。

また、本発明（請求項３）に係るテレビジョン放送受信装置は、請求項１の発明において、上記番組表画面または上記グループ一覧表画面から番組単位あるいはグループ単位で予約された番組の情報を格納する予約情報データベースと、上記予約情報データベースに格納された情報に基づいて、表示された番組が番組単位で予約された番組である場合は番組単位で、表示された番組がグループ単位で予約された番組である場合はグループ単位または番組単位で予約取り消しの操作のための予約番組一覧表画面を表示画面上に表示する予約表表示／操作部とを備えたものである。

また、本発明（請求項４）に係るテレビジョン放送受信装置は、請求項１の発明において、上記番組表画面または上記グループ一覧表画面から番組単位あるいはグループ単位で予約された番組の情報を格納する予約情報データベースと、上記予約情報データベースに格納された情報に基づいて、番組単位で予約取り消しが可能な予約番組一覧表を表示画面上に表示し、かつグループ単位で予約したグループに属する複数の番組を表示する一覧表であって視聴者が表示画面上で番組単位で予約取り消しの操作をするためのグループ予約番組一覧表画面を表示画面上に表示する予約表表示／操作部とを備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態１．
図１は本発明の第１の実施の形態によるテレビジョン放送受信装置の構成を示す図である。
図において、１はディジタル放送の電波を受けるためのアンテナ、２は周波数を選択することによりディジタル放送の電波を受信し、ディジタル信号に復調するチューナ部である。３はチューナ部２で受信されたディジタル信号から、パケット識別子を選択することにより、映像／音声や番組／グループ情報を分離して取り出す信号分離部である。４はＭＰＥＧなどでディジタル圧縮された映像／音声をデコードして再生する映像／音声再生部、５は映像／音声再生部４で再生された音声を出力する音声出力部、６は映像／音声再生部４で再生された映像と、番組表などのグラフィックスを合成する映像合成部、７は映像合成部で合成された映像を表示する映像表示部である。また、８は信号分離部３で取り出された番組情報から必要な番組情報をフィルタリングする番組情報取得部、９は番組情報取得部８で取得された番組／グループ情報をデータベースに格納して管理するとともに、各部からの番組／グループ情報の要求を受け付け、必要な番組情報を番組情報取得部８に要求する番組情報管理部である。１０は１つの番組に関する様々な情報（サービス識別子，番組識別子，放送開始時刻，放送時間長，番組のタイトル，あらすじや出演者などの番組の詳細情報，グループ識別子など）を格納する番組情報データベース（ＤＢ）である。また、１１は複数のグループ間の包含関係，グループに含まれる番組の識別子などのグループ情報を格納するグループ情報ＤＢである。１２はリモコン１８からの入力を受け付け、各部に通知するリモコン入力部である。１３は画面に表示する番組表を作成し、リモコン入力部１０からの通知により表示内容の変更，番組の選局／予約／グループ予約の処理を行なう番組表表示／操作部であり、番組の選局の場合は、チューナ部２，信号分離部３，映像／音声再生部４に対して番組の提示を指示し、番組予約／グループ予約の場合は、後述する予約情報管理部１５に予約情報の追加を指示するものである。１４は番組予約およびグループ予約の予約情報が格納される予約情報ＤＢである。

予約情報管理部１５は、番組予約およびグループ予約の予約情報を予約情報ＤＢ１４に格納して管理するとともに、番組表表示／操作部１３から予約情報の追加要求を受け付け、また、後述する予約実行部１７または予約表表示／操作部１６から予約情報の削除要求を受け付ける。また、グループ予約については、予約情報管理部１５は、一定時間毎に予約情報ＤＢ１４の内容と番組情報ＤＢ１０及びグループ情報ＤＢ１１の内容とを比較して、新たに番組情報を受信していないかを確認し、新しい番組情報があればこれを予約情報ＤＢ１４に追加する。

予約表表示／操作部１６は、画面に表示する予約一覧表を作成し、リモコン入力部１２からの通知により、番組予約／グループ予約の表示，番組単位での予約の解除を行なう。また、予約実行部１７は、予約情報ＤＢ１４の内容を基に、放送開始時刻の最も近い番組に対し、放送開始時刻の少し前からその番組情報を読み出して、番組情報ＤＢ１０の内容と比較して放送開始時刻が変更されていないかを確認し、変更されている場合は予約情報ＤＢ１４の内容を更新する。そして、放送開始時刻になると、チューナ部２，信号分離部３，映像／音声再生部４に対して番組の提示を指示する。予約実行の終了した予約情報は予約情報管理部１５に指示して削除する。但し、グループ予約の場合は、予約実行した番組の情報のみを削除し、次の番組の情報が最も近い番組となる。

次に、本実施の形態１によるテレビジョン放送受信装置の動作について説明する。
チューナ部２は周波数を選択することによりアンテナ１を介してディジタル放送の電波を受信し、これをディジタル信号に復調する。チューナ部２で受信された復調されたディジタル信号は信号分離部３に入力される。信号分離部３はディジタル信号をパケット識別子に基づいて分離し、映像／音声を映像／音声再生部４に出力し、番組／グループ情報を番組情報取得部８に出力する。ここで番組情報は、ディジタル放送信号が欧州ＤＶＢ規格に準拠する場合は、ＥＩＴ（Event Informatio Table）の内容であり、サービス識別子，番組識別子，放送開始時刻，放送時間長，番組のタイトル，あらすじや出演者などの番組の詳細情報などが含まれる。番組情報として、ＤＶＢ−ＳＩにグループｉｄを追加することも考えられている。また、グループ情報はＤＶＢ−ＳＩの一つとして新規テーブルで伝送されるもので、グループ間の包含関係，グループに含まれる番組の識別子などの情報が含まれる。

映像／音声再生部４は信号分離部３から渡された、たとえばＭＰＥＧなどでディジタル圧縮された映像／音声をデコードして再生し、映像についてはこれを映像合成部６に出力し、音声についてはこれを音声出力部５に出力する。

一方、番組情報取得部８では、信号分離部３で分離，抽出された番組情報を受け取ると、その番組情報が番組情報管理部９から要求されている番組情報であるかどうかのフィルタリングを行ない、必要な番組情報，及びグループ情報のみを番組情報管理部９に送出する。番組情報管理部９に送られた番組情報，及びグループ情報は、それぞれ番組情報ＤＢ１０，及びグループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納され管理される。番組情報ＤＢ１０には、実際に送出されている番組よりも約１〜２週間先までの番組情報が格納される。

ここで、番組情報管理部９は、受け取った番組情報と既に番組情報ＤＢ１０に格納されている対応する番組情報とを比較し、番組放送開始時刻等の内容が更新されていれば、番組情報ＤＢ１０に格納されている情報を更新し、また、受け取ったグループ情報と既にグループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納されている対応するグループ情報とを比較し、その内容が更新されていれば、グループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納されている情報を更新する。

番組表表示／操作部１３は、上述のようにして番組情報ＤＢ１０，グループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納された番組情報，及びグループ情報に基づいて、画面に表示する番組表を作成し、視聴者によるリモコン１８の操作に応じ、表示内容の変更，番組の選局／予約／グループ予約の処理を行なう。この動作をより詳細に説明する。

まず、番組表による番組の選局／予約操作について説明する。視聴者のリモコン１８の操作により、番組表表示／操作部１３は、たとえば図２に示すような、現在時間と現在選局中のサービス（放送局）を含む番組表を番組情報管理部９から必要な番組情報を求めて作成し、映像合成部６を介して映像表示部（映像表示画面）７に番組表を表示する。ここで、上述のように番組情報管理部９が番組／グループ情報を受け取るたびに、これと既に番組情報ＤＢ１０，グループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納されている対応する番組等の情報とを比較して、内容が更新されているときに番組情報ＤＢ１０，グループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納されている対応する番組等の情報を更新するようにしているので、この番組情報ＤＢ１０，グループ情報ＤＢ１１に格納されている情報に基づいて作成される番組表を常に最新の情報に基づいたものとすることができる。視聴者はリモコン１８を操作して番組を指すカーソルを移動させ、選択ボタンにより番組を選択する。この番組の選択に応じて番組表表示／操作部１３は、たとえば図３に示すような、「表示」，「番組予約」，「グループ予約」の項目を含む番組表を番組情報管理部９から必要な番組情報を求めて作成し、映像合成部６を介して映像表示部７にこの番組表を表示する。なお、この番組表には番組のタイトルの他に、出演者，あらすじ等の番組の説明を表示することにより視聴者の利便性をより向上させることができる。選択した番組が現在放送中の番組であれば、視聴者による「表示」の項目の選択に応じて、番組表表示／操作部１３が対応する番組情報を基に、チューナ部２，信号分離部３，映像／音声再生部４に対応する番組の提示を指示する。これにより、受信したテレビジョン放送信号から選択した番組が抽出され表示画面上に表示される。

一方、選択した番組が将来放送される番組であれば、視聴者による「番組予約」の項目を選択に応じて、番組表表示／操作部１３が対応する番組情報を基に、予約情報管理部１５へ番組予約情報の追加を指示する。この指示を受けて予約情報管理部１５は予約情報ＤＢ１４へ番組予約の情報を追加する。ここで予約情報管理部１５は追加することを指示された番組予約情報と、既に予約情報ＤＢ１４に格納されている番組予約情報とを比較して、重複を発見した場合はこれを番組表表示／操作部１３に対し通知し、通知を受けた番組表表示／操作部１３が表示画面上に重複予約であることの警告を表示するようにしてもよい。これにより、視聴者が既に予約した番組を重複して予約することを回避することができる。

予約実行部１７は、番組予約情報を放送開始時刻の順番で保持し、最も近い番組の放送開始時刻になると、予約情報データベース１４に格納された対応する番組予約情報を基にチューナ部２，信号分離部３，映像／音声再生部４に対応する番組の提示を指示することにより予約を実行する。ここで、上述したように、予約実行部１７は、予約情報ＤＢ１４の内容を基に、放送開始時刻の最も近い番組に対し、放送開始時刻の少し前からその番組情報を読み出して、番組情報ＤＢ１０の内容と比較して放送開始時刻が変更されていないかを確認し、変更されている場合は予約情報ＤＢ１４の内容を更新する構成としており、これにより視聴者が視聴予約した番組を誤りなく表示することができる。

次に、番組表によるグループの予約操作について説明する。視聴者のリモコン１８の操作により、番組表表示／操作部１３が、たとえば図２に示すような番組表を作成し、映像合成部６を介して映像表示部７に番組表を表示し、視聴者がリモコン１８を操作して番組を指すカーソルを移動させ、選択ボタンにより番組を選択することにより、番組表表示／操作部１３が、たとえば図３に示すような、「表示」，「番組予約」，「グループ予約」の項目を含む番組表を作成し、映像表示部７にこの番組表を表示するところまでは上記番組表による番組の選局／予約操作と同様である。ここで視聴者が選択した番組が属する番組グループをグループ単位で予約したい場合、図３の番組表において「グループ予約」の項目を選択する。視聴者による「グループ予約」の項目の選択に応じて、番組表表示／操作部１３は、その番組が属する複数のグループを番組／グループ情報から求め、図４に示すような、その番組が属する複数のグループの一覧画面を作成／表示する。なお、このグループ一覧表にはグループ名の他に、各グループに含まれる番組の簡単な説明を表示するようにしてもよく、これにより視聴者の便利をより向上することができる。視聴者は、リモコン１８を操作してグループを指すカーソルを移動させ、選択ボタンによりグループを選択することでグループ予約を行なう。この場合、番組表表示／操作部１３は、番組情報管理部９から対応するグループ情報を、さらにそのグループに含まれる番組情報を求め、予約情報管理部１５へグループ予約情報の追加を指示する。指示を受けた予約情報管理部１５は予約情報ＤＢ１４へグループ予約の情報を追加する。

また、図４に示すグループ一覧表でグループを選択した時点で、番組表表示／操作部１３が、番組情報管理部９からそのグループに含まれる全ての番組情報を求め、図５に示すようなグループの番組一覧表を作成／表示し、カーソルにより番組を選択、更に番組単位で予約を行なうようにしても良い。

予約実行部１７は、番組予約情報およびグループ予約情報を放送開始時刻の順番で保持し（グループ予約の場合は、グループの中で最も放送時刻の近い番組の放送開始時刻で比較する）、最も近い番組の放送開始時刻になると、対応する番組予約情報を基にチューナ部２，信号分離部３，映像／音声再生部４に対応する番組の提示を指示することにより予約を実行する。

次に、予約表表示／操作部１６による予約一覧表の表示の動作、及びこの予約一覧表による予約の取消操作について説明する。
視聴者のリモコン１８の操作に応じて、予約表表示／操作部１６は、予約情報管理部１５から番組およびグループの予約情報を取得し、たとえば図６に示すような予約一覧表を作成／表示する。この予約一覧表では、番組の予約に対してはその番組の予約内容が表示され、グループ予約に対しては最も放送開始時刻の近い番組の予約内容が表示される。

視聴者は、リモコン１８を操作して予約一覧表上でカーソルを移動させ、予約の取り消しを所望する予約番組（番組名）または予約グループ（グループ予約）を選択し、リモコン１８の取消ボタンにより予約の取り消しを行なう。この取消ボタンの押下に応じて予約表表示／操作部１６は予約情報管理部１５に対して対応する予約情報の削除の要求があったことを通知し、通知を受けた予約情報管理部１５は予約情報ＤＢ１４に格納された対応する予約情報を削除する。カーソルでグループ予約の項目（グループ１）を選択して取消ボタンを押した場合は、グループ単位で予約が取り消しされる。一方、カーソルでグループ予約の項目（グループ１）を選択して選択ボタンを押すと、これに応じて予約表表示／操作部１６は、予約情報管理部１５から予約番組情報を取得し、たとえば図７に示すようなそのグループ予約によって予約されている番組の一覧表を作成／表示する。この番組の一覧表において、視聴者は予約の取り消しを所望する予約番組にカーソルを合わせて取消ボタンを押下することにより、番組単位で予約の取り消しを行なう。この取消ボタンの押下に応じて予約表表示／操作部１６は予約情報管理部１５に対して対応する予約情報の削除の要求があったことを通知し、通知を受けた予約情報管理部１５は予約情報ＤＢ１４に格納された対応する予約情報を削除する。

このように、本実施の形態１においては、受信した放送信号から番組表情報を分離する信号分離部３と、分離された上記番組表情報を格納する番組表情報データベース１０，１１と、新たに受信した番組表情報と既に上記番組表情報データベース１０，１１に格納された対応する番組表情報とを比較し、内容が更新されているとき、上記番組表情報データベース１０，１１に格納された対応する番組表情報を更新する番組情報管理部９と、上記データベース１０，１１に格納された番組表情報に基づいて表示画面上に表示するための番組表を作成する番組表表示／操作部１３とを備えた構成としたから、この番組表情報データベースに格納されている情報に基づいて作成される番組表を常に最新の情報に基づくものとでき、さらに、視聴者により予約された番組の情報を格納する予約情報データベース１４と、上記予約情報データベース１４に格納された情報と上記番組表情報データベースに格納された対応する番組表情報とを比較し、内容が更新されているとき、上記予約情報データベース１４に格納された予約された番組の情報を更新する手段１５，１７を備えた構成としたから、視聴者が予約した番組を誤りなく予約実行できる。

また、本実施の形態１においては、受信した放送信号から番組表情報を分離する信号分離部３と、分離された上記番組表情報を格納するデータベース１０，１１と、上記データベース１０，１１に格納された番組表情報に基づいて、視聴者が表示画面上で番組単位で選択，及び予約が可能な番組表を作成しこれを表示画面上に表示し、かつ視聴者の操作に応じて，視聴者が選択した番組が属する番組グループの一覧表であって視聴者が表示画面上でグループ単位で選択，及び予約が可能なグループ一覧表を作成しこれを表示画面上に表示する番組表表示／操作部１３とを備えた構成としたから、番組表から番組を選択／予約する以外に、その番組の属する複数のグループのうちから１つのグループを選択／予約することができ、番組の選択／予約をしやすくできる。さらに、上記番組表表示／操作部１３が、視聴者の操作に応じて，視聴者が選択した番組グループに属する複数の番組を表示する一覧表であって視聴者が表示画面上で番組単位で選択，及び予約が可能なグループ番組一覧表を作成しこれを表示画面上に表示するものとしたから、グループに含まれる番組を番組単位で選択／予約することができ、番組の選択／予約をしやすくできる。

また、本実施の形態１においては、視聴者により番組単位あるいはグループ単位で予約された番組の情報を格納する予約情報データベース１４と、上記予約情報データベース１４に格納された情報に基づいて、視聴者が表示画面上で番組単位で予約取り消しが可能な予約番組一覧表を作成しこれを表示画面上に表示し、かつ視聴者の操作に応じて，視聴者がグループ単位で予約したグループに属する複数の番組を表示する一覧表であって視聴者が表示画面上で番組単位で予約取り消しが可能なグループ予約番組一覧表を作成しこれを表示画面上に表示する予約表表示／操作部１６とを備えた構成としたから、グループで選択した番組を番組単位で予約の取り消しをすることができ、番組予約の取り消しを容易にできる。
