Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a floor material used as a building material for a house or the like, and more specifically, to a cork material and a plywood formed in a plate shape. The present invention relates to a laminated cork flooring. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, floors of buildings such as houses are
12mm ~ 15 through concrete surface or joist
mm discarded plywood over the entire floor space and install a thin flooring on the top, or directly on the concrete surface or the top of the discarded plywood, carpet, carpet,
A floor structure in which a fiber floor material such as a needle punch is laid is generally used, and the floor structure is low in cost and has good workability. In recent years, a high-grade flooring material in which a cork thin material formed in a tile shape is spread with an adhesive in order to obtain a good stepping property and heat insulation property has been developed and put to practical use. [0003] However, each of the above flooring materials has various drawbacks that must be solved. That is, in a multi-storey wooden building using the above-mentioned discarded plywood, a walking sound or a living sound is easily transmitted to the downstairs through thin flooring, which is extremely undesirable.
Also, carpets, carpets, needle punches and other fiber flooring materials with some soundproofing properties improve the soundproofing properties of the floor structure, but have the drawback that they tend to absorb moisture and become a hotbed for small pests. They tend to be shunned. In addition, the high-grade flooring material in which the cork thin material is laid in a tile shape via an adhesive has a low sound generation and a good soundproofing property,
Since the cork thin material is a soft air bubble material, it tends to undergo a dimensional change due to an adhesive or a solvent or the like, and may cause problems such as lifting or gaps after construction. [0004] In view of the above drawbacks, the present invention maximizes the original excellent characteristics of cork, is strong against external influences,
It is intended to provide a cork flooring material having high soundproofing property and good workability. The present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a cork which is a floor material used for a building and is a crushed natural cork bark is shown in FIG. Plywood or synthetic resin board, using a high-density cork board material whose grains have been pressed and formed by high pressure as a surface flooring material (1) and a low-density cork board material having cork grains pressed and formed with a weak pressure as a base floor material (2) Thickness that can form tongue-and-groove processing (31)
The surface board (1) and the base floor (2)
And an adhesive is disposed on both sides of the substrate (3), and these are adhered to each other to form an integral body.
The invention is characterized in that a weather-resistant paint (8) is applied to (1), and a tongue-and-groove process (31) capable of engaging with each other is performed on the side surface of the substrate (3). According to the present invention, the above-mentioned structure makes it possible to draw out the function of the cork material without fail, obtain good workability, and provide a floor material effective for soundproofing. That is, in order to form the cork particles at a high or low density, a mold is filled with a large or small amount of cork particles, and a strong or weak pressure is applied to the mold to form a press, or a rolling mill such as a roll. Is used to squeeze the high-density surface flooring (1) and the low-density basement flooring (2). On the other hand, a substrate (3) serving as a central material is formed by bonding a plurality of veneers and forming a plywood or a synthetic resin material alone or by infiltrating a synthetic resin to form a substrate (3). Heave flooring (1)
And the base floor material (2) are bonded and integrated using, for example, a phenol resin adhesive or a urea resin adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In order to carry out the present invention, an embodiment in which a cork flooring material integrally formed as described above is constructed is shown. As shown in FIG. 2, a concrete panel (4) is placed on a joist (4). 5) and the cork floor material is adhered to the surface on which the waste plywood (6) is laid and, if necessary, fixed with an adhesive or nails to complete the floor surface. Next, as a construction method of directly pasting on a concrete slab (7) most suitable for floor reform or the like, as shown in FIG. 3, the cork floor material can be used as it is or with the base floor material (2) surface. Apply an adhesive in between and lay down. In this construction method, concrete slab (7)
The rough cork grains of the base flooring material (2), which are formed at a low density with respect to the irregularities, absorb each of the irregularities, show a perfect fit, and provide a flat and good walking feeling. . At this time, the cork flooring substrate (3) comprising the surface flooring (1), the substrate (3) and the base flooring (2) has a thickness capable of forming a tongue-and-groove (31).
On its side, a tongue-and-groove (3
When the cork flooring is laid and constructed, the tongue-and-groove (31) portion provided on the highly rigid substrate (3) is firmly engaged and the cork flooring is an integral structural material. It provides a firm floor without gaps and gaps. Also, the table
A weather-resistant paint (8) for preventing fading such as sunburn or fading is applied to the face flooring (1) . The actual dimensions of the currently installed cork flooring are shown below as one embodiment. (Note that these dimensions and values do not limit the present invention.) Overall dimensions: 9.5 mmt x 185 mm x 900 mm Surface flooring thickness: 1.5 mm Plywood thickness: 6.0 mm Base flooring thickness: 2.0 mm Surface Density of flooring material: 0.35 ± 0.03 Density of base flooring material: 0.24 ± 0.03 According to the above configuration, the following excellent effects can be obtained. In the cork floor material of the present invention, it is
Since a cork material of high hardness and low density having different hardness is provided on both sides of the substrate (3) having a sufficient thickness for forming the stripping process (31) , sound in a wide frequency range can be cut off. −60). In addition, the use of cork material has a high insulation and heat retention effect,
The walking feeling is also excellent. It also has the advantages of being lightweight, highly portable, and having good workability.
