操作手段が上記挿入部に挿入した後該開閉操作手段と上
記電池板とが相対的な回転運動をした際、上記開閉操作
手段及び上記電池板を係止し、該係止後は当該係止状態
を保持して上記開閉操作手段と上記電池板との互いの相
