Description of the Related Art As a first prior art for enhancing the tactile sensation of paper products, there is known a method in which a cationic surfactant softener is internally added to a pulp raw material and adsorbed. Further, as a second conventional technique, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. Hei 3-900,
As described in Japanese Patent No. 224626, there is a method of giving a soft and silky flannel-like feel to tissue paper using a silicone softener. Furthermore,
As a third prior art, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No.

As a result, there is a problem that the fiber bonding strength is reduced, the falling off of the fiber is increased, and the paper dust is increased. In addition, the lipophilic base gives the paper water repellency, and impairs the water absorption required for household paper such as tissue paper and toilet paper. In addition, the cationic surfactant type softener cannot be added in a large amount because of the problem of safety, and a sufficient softening effect cannot be obtained.

A moisturizing component is required and the amount of addition is inevitably increased, resulting in an increase in cost. In addition, a change in moisture content due to a change in environmental humidity and a change in tactile sensation associated therewith are inevitable.

It is in. Another object of the present invention is to provide a paper product that requires a small amount of a processing solution, is low in manufacturing cost, is not easily affected by environmental changes, and can stably maintain a favorable tactile sensation such as smoothness and moistness. Is to do. Another object of the present invention is to provide a paper product which does not have an oily feeling represented by a sticky feeling and has high safety.

It is manufactured by an external addition method of impregnating a treatment liquid containing the above oil substances, a water-soluble wax, fatty acids, and if necessary, water as a solubilizer. Specific examples of the external addition method include spraying a processing liquid on a wet web in papermaking, spraying a processing liquid on a dried base paper after papermaking, and applying a processing liquid to a basepaper by a gravure printing roll. And immersing the base paper in a treatment liquid.

Unlike the first prior art method using a cationic surfactant type softener, there is no restriction of ionicity, and the lipophilic group does not coat the cellulose fiber, so that the hydrogen bonding of the fiber is not hindered. Also, there is little decrease in strength and generation of paper dust. At the same time, while retaining the moist feeling without impairing the water absorption, the sticky oily feeling is eliminated. Furthermore, it is possible to obtain a desirable textured touch only by impregnating a relatively small amount of the processing liquid.

The base paper may be impregnated with a treatment solution containing a fatty acid salt in parts by weight . When the content of the processing solution with respect to the base paper is too small, the effect of improving the tactile sensation does not occur. On the contrary, when the content is too large, the effect is saturated and uneconomical. It is better to make
When the content was 1 to 30% by weight, remarkable improvements in tactile sensation such as smoothness, moist feeling, and softness were observed, and sufficient values were obtained for strength, water absorption, and slip resistance.

The amount of addition is smaller than that of the one, which contributes to cost reduction. At the same time, it is less susceptible to environmental changes such as the humidity of the outside air, and can maintain a stable tactile sensation.

Both the strength and the water absorption show values exceeding the JIS standard. Regarding the degree of flexibility, in Examples 2, 4 , and 5 , better softness was obtained than in all the comparative examples. Regarding the feeling of friction, particularly with respect to MMD, numerical values lower than those of the comparative examples were obtained in all the examples, and the smoothness was improved. In the sensory test, none of the panelists felt oiliness in each of the examples, and both the smoothness and the moistness were evaluated to be higher than those of the comparative examples. In addition, as a comprehensive evaluation, in the comparative example, it is distributed in a range of 3.0 to 3.8 (a range from “slightly good touch” to “not good touch”), but in Examples, it is 1.2 to 3.8. 2. 7 (a range from “very good touch” to “somewhat good touch”), and a high evaluation was obtained for the tactile sensation.

Thus, a paper product having physical strength and water absorption characteristics equal to or higher than JIS standards can be realized. At the same time, the flexibility of the paper product is high, and there is no unpleasant oiliness due to stickiness or the like. Moreover, humectants coconut recone such, the combined use of such surfactants can have more excellent touch. Furthermore, there is an advantage that it is hardly affected by an environmental change and a stable tactile sensation can be maintained, and it can be manufactured at low cost because the amount of the processing liquid added is small. In particular, if a food additive or a substance for cosmetics is used, high safety can be obtained. In this onset bright, for impregnating the treating solution by the outer addition method in the base paper, the occurrence of reduced strength and paper dust of the paper product is less than the method of internal addition of cationic surfactant type softening agent, The water absorption is not inhibited.
