Recently, the weight of vehicles has been reduced by using lightweight and strong extruded aluminum as a structural material for the cargo bed. Since the extruded aluminum material has a beautiful surface and excellent corrosion resistance, it is suitable for transporting foods, chemicals, etc. in a clean state. When the floor surface of the loading platform made of extruded aluminum material is made easy to slide, it can be loaded at a predetermined position on the loading platform while sliding a loading pallet such as a resin pallet containing luggage, thereby facilitating loading operations. . The fact that the resin pallet or the like is slippery means that the cargo handling worker who moves on the carrier at the same time is also slippery. The loading platform is a narrow space in which various loads are loaded, and is located at a high position above the ground. For this reason, the slippery loading platform floor is a place hatred by the cargo handling worker.

However, on a cargo bed floor surface roughened by shot blasting, the slip of the cargo handling pallet becomes poor, which hinders the cargo handling work. In addition, abrasion occurs in a short period of time due to rubbing with a cargo handling pallet or the like, and the anti-slip function is reduced. The present invention has been devised in order to solve such a problem, and by attaching an extruded aluminum material forming a bed floor surface to a bed longitudinally and intermittently projecting, a resin pallet or the like is provided. It is an object of the present invention to provide a truck floor structure having a function that is inconsistent with slippage prevention and slippage of a cargo handling worker.

A floor surface in which a plurality of main components are connected by fitting the locking portion with an engaging portion of an adjacent main component, and a plurality of ridges extending in a longitudinal direction are formed on an upper surface of the main component. The ridges are partly crushed and crushed. Separate top and bottom members can also be used as primary components. When a heat insulating material is interposed between the upper surface member and the lower surface member, the heat flow path between the upper surface member and the lower surface member is shut off, and an insulated floor suitable for a freezer car, a warm car, and the like is obtained. Further, it is preferable that a sealing material is interposed between the engaging portion and the engaging portion of the adjacent main component member so that no gap is generated in the fitting portion. As the sealing material, rubber, soft synthetic resin, or the like having the same length as the main constituent members is used.

It is preferable that the pallet has a substantially semicircular cross-section in order to make the pallet for cargo handling such as a resin pallet containing the luggage easy to slide. By attaching the ridge 21, the sliding of the resin pallet or the like is improved, but the cargo handling worker may also slide. Therefore, a portion of the ridge 21 is crushed by knurling or the like to form a crushed portion 22 as shown in FIG. The crushing part 22 is about 1 m in the length direction of the ridge 21.
The protrusions 21 are formed at a length of about m and a pitch of 5 to 10 mm. By forming such crushed portions 22, 22,... When the cargo handling worker works on the carrier, the shoe sole is elastically deformed and meshes with the crushed portions 22, 22,. This prevents the cargo handling worker from slipping. On the other hand, since the pallet for cargo handling has a large installation area, the ridges 21, 21 irrespective of the crushed parts 22, 22,.
