Abstract
【解決手段】変換デバイス1は、揺動アーム6に連結されるとともに部分的に海中に沈められる浮揚体5を有する。符合8によって示される揺動アーム6の一方の端部は、海の外側に配列されていて海岸又は海底に固定される構造体10に対して概ね水平である軸線9の周囲にヒンジ留めされる。符合11によって示されるアーム6の他方の端部は、好ましくは、軸線9に対して平行をなす軸線回りの相対回転を可能にするヒンジ又は連結部によって、浮揚体5の頂部12に結合される。アーム6はレバー13の一部を形成しており、レバー13は、タイロッド16によってラック15に連結される取付部を端部において備えるように半径方向上向きに延在するアーム14を有している。ラック15は、水平軸線18を有するピニオン17に係合しており、ピニオン17自体の接線方向に沿って平行移動して往復運動を行う。

Description
図1において、符号1は、波動力を機械的エネルギに変換するとともに、シャフト2を軸線3回りの単一の回転方向(図2)に回転させる変換デバイスを示している。
特に、浮揚体5の上昇段階と下降段階との間において生じうるトルク差を補償するように、2つの経路21,22の歯車比は互いに相違しうる。
シャフト19は、軸線9回りに回転するように端部8に連結されうるし、又は上記したものとは異なる態様でアーム6に結合されうる。
Claims (15)
- 使用中において、波の運動に応じて重力加速度に反して運動可能である浮揚体(5,50)と、
それぞれの軸線(18,3)回りに回転可能である入力シャフト(19)及び出力シャフト(2)と、
前記浮揚体(5)の運動を、前記入力シャフト(19)の往復回転運動として伝達する第1伝達手段(6,13,15,16,17)と、
前記入力シャフト(19)から前記出力シャフト(2)にトルクを伝達する第2伝達手段(20)と、を有する、波動力を変換する変換デバイスであって、
前記第2伝達手段(20)は、前記トルクを2つのトルク経路(21,22)に分割するように形成されるとともに、前記トルク経路(21,22)に沿ってそれぞれ配列される2つのフリーホイール(23,24)を有しており、
前記フリーホイール(23,24)は、前記入力シャフト(19)の回転方向とは無関係に、前記出力シャフト(2)を単一方向に回転させるように形成されており、
キログラム単位で測定されるとともに少なくとも前記第1伝達手段(6,13,15,16,17)を考慮して算定される前記浮揚体(5,50)の全体的質量は、立方デシメートル単位で測定される前記浮揚体の体積部のうちの25%〜50%の範囲に含まれることを特徴とする変換デバイス。 - 前記浮揚体(50)は、不均一な密度を有していて、第1密度を有する第1部分(51)と、前記第1密度より小さい第2密度を有する第2部分(52)と、を備えており、
前記第1伝達手段は、前記第2部分(52)に対する前記第1部分(51)の反対側から前記浮揚体(50)にヒンジ留めされるアーム(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記第2部分(52)の最大横方向寸法は、前記第1部分(51)の最大横方向寸法の少なくとも4倍であり、
前記浮揚体(50)の質量は、前記第1部分(51)の体積部に集中しているとみなされうることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記第1部分(51)の最大高さは、前記第2部分(52)の最大高さの少なくとも1.5倍であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記第2伝達手段(60)は、2つのみの平行軸線(C,D)回りに回転する回転部材(62,63,65,66)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記入力シャフト及び前記出力シャフト(19,2)の前記軸線(18,3,C,D)は、互いに平行であり、
前記フリーホイール(23,24)は、反対の回転方向に作動されるそれぞれの入力部材(23a,24a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記フリーホイール(23,24,62,63)は、それぞれの出力部材(23b,24b)に、同一の回転方向においてトルクを伝達するよう形成されており、
前記出力部材(23b,24b)は、逆の方向において、それぞれの前記入力部材(23a,24a)に対して角度方向に解放されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記フリーホイール(23,24)は、前記出力シャフト(2)とは別個の平行なシャフトのそれぞれに取り付けられており、
前記第2伝達手段(20)は、前記トルク経路(21,22)の一部をそれぞれ形成していて前記出力シャフト(2)と対応する前記フリーホイール(23,24)との間にそれぞれ配置される2つの伝達部(26,27)を有することを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記伝達部の各々は、前記出力シャフト(2)と、対応する前記フリーホイール(23,24)と、の間において回転方向を反転させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記伝達部(26,27)が歯車伝達部であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記フリーホイール(23,24)は、前記入力シャフト(19)とは別個の平行なシャフトのそれぞれに取り付けられており、
前記第2伝達手段(20)は歯車列(30)を有しており、
前記歯車列(30)は、
前記入力シャフト(19)に対して同心に固定される第1歯車(31)と、
前記フリーホイールのうちの一方(24)の入力部材(24a)に対して同心に固定されるとともに前記第1歯車(31)に係合する第2歯車(32)と、
前記フリーホイールのうちのの他方(23)の入力部材(23a)に対して同心に固定されるとともに前記第2歯車(32)に係合する第3歯車(33)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記第1伝達手段は、前記浮揚体の頂部に結合される第1端部と、固定構造体にヒンジ留めされる第2端部と、を備えるレバーアームを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記変換デバイスが永久磁石式のダイナモ(69)を有しており、
前記浮揚体(5,50)は、前記ダイナモが10rpmの速度で回転するのに必要なトルクを少なくとも付与するように寸法決めされることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。 - 前記変換デバイスは、前記浮揚体(5,50)を予め設定された位置に固定するように前記伝達手段(6,13,15,16,17)に連結されるデバイス(70)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。
- 前記全体的質量が前記体積部のうちの25%〜30%に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の変換デバイス。
