一端側に、前記ネック部が挿通される貫通孔が設けられ、
他端側に、前記本体部にステムを抜き取る方向への衝撃力を与える衝撃付与手段が取付けられる取付部を有し、
前記屈曲部と前記貫通孔との間の外周面には、雄ねじが形成され、
前記雄ねじが形成される部分には、前記貫通孔と同一方向に貫通する長孔が形成される本体部と、
