【課題】手帳カバーのペンケースに手帳開閉ベルトの機能を付加することにより、手帳表面のベルトによる膨らみ感触を無くし、持ち運びと手帳の開閉を簡便にするペンケースを提供する。
【解決手段】手帳カバーの表紙裏側面５に凹状の面ファスナー２とペンケース１の側面に凸状の面ファスナー２´を一対装着する。ペンケース１に挿入したペン軸で、面ファスナー２および２´を操作することにより、手帳の開閉が簡便にできることを特徴とする。
