【従来の技術】
複数人が集まってクリスマス、誕生日、結婚、バレンタインデーなどを祝す場合に、その場の雰囲気を盛り上げるための手段としてクラッカーが汎用されている。

しかし、従来のクラッカーは、筒状の本体に火薬とテープあるいは花吹雪を装填したものであったので、それなりのインパクトはあるものの、出席者の祝賀の気持ちを表した物を以後に残せない難点があった。

この対策として、実開平５―１７３９６号公報には、クラッカーの筒状本体の側壁に、メッセージテープの一端を貼り付けたものが提案されている。
しかし、この先行技術は、第１に、クラッカーそのものを加工するので、煩雑であり、また安全性に懸念がある。すなわち、クラッカーの筒状本体の蓋を外し、メッセージテープを内部の壁に貼らなければならので、非常に面倒である。また、かかる作業の際に何らかの拍子で操作紐が引張られると、火薬が爆発してけがを負う危険があった。

第２に、前記理由からメッセージはあらかじめクラッカーメーカーが作成したありきたりなものにならざるを得なくなり、メッセージ送り主の独自の思いを綴った個性的なメッセージは実際上使用できない。
第３に、クラッカーを使用したときに、メッセージテープがクラッカーの筒状本体の側壁に付いたままであるので、爆風で切れてしまったりしやすい。切れないで残ったとしても、メッセージテープのついた火薬臭のする使用済みクラッカーを保存しなければならなくなり、煩雑きわまる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は前記のような問題点を解消するためになされたもので、その目的とするところは、音とテープや花吹雪を楽しみつつ、同時に集まっている個々人の個性的なメッセージを中空に飛ばして、飛翔・浮遊させることができ、パーティー会場などを大いに盛り上げることができるクラッカー利用型のメッセージ打ち上げ具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本考案は、火薬とテープ等を筒体に収蔵し後部に操作紐を有するクラッカーと、このクラッカーを収納し、下部に前記クラッカーの操作紐を導出する開口を有し、クラッカーの飛出し口より上部域にはメッセージ片の収納空間を有するメッセージ打上げ用筒体と、前記メッセージ片の収納空間上位のメッセージ打上げ用筒体部分を軽く閉止する蓋片を備えたことを特徴としている。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照して本考案の実施例を説明する。
図１ないし図４は本考案によるメッセージ打ち上げ具の一実施例を示しており、図１において、１はメッセージ打上げ用筒体であり、厚紙など廃棄の容易な素材により下部に向うほど径が細くなるようにテーパー状に構成され、下端と上端には開口１０，１１が設けられている。外面には所望の加飾が印刷的手法で施される。

【実施例の作用】
本考案の使用法と作用を説明すると、メッセージ打上げ用筒体１がテーパー状をなしているので、クラッカー２が円筒形、コーン形など各種であっても、これを挿入すれば操作紐２５がメッセージ打上げ用筒体１の開口１０から導出されるとともに、クラッカー筒体２ａそれ自体は、メッセージ打上げ用筒体１の傾斜した内壁に接触して摩擦により途中で引っかかる。したがって、みだりに抜け出さないように簡単に位置決め装填することができる。

ついで、メッセージ打上げ用筒体１の上端開口１１から、所望のメッセージ内容３０を記し、所望形状にしたメッセージ片３を装填する。
この装填は、あらかじめあるいはパーティ会場で即席的になど任意のときに行なえる。
メッセージ打上げ用筒体内では、クラッカー２が前記のように直径に応じた位置に保持されているので、メッセージ片３はクラッカー蓋の上確実に置かれる。

また、メッセージ片３に番号を振るなどしておけば、景品のあたり、外れにも使える。
落下して拾われたメッセージ片３は、クラッカー２とは完全に独立しているため、記念として保存することが容易である。
メッセージ打上げ用筒体１は紙で作ることができるので、使用後は一般ごみとして簡単に処分できる。

以上説明した本考案の請求項１によるときには、音とテープや花吹雪を楽しみつつ、同時に集まっている個々人の個性的なメッセージを中空に飛ばして、飛翔・浮遊させることができ、パーティー会場などを大いに盛り上げることができるクラッカー利用型のメッセージ打ち上げ具を提供できるというすぐれた効果が得られる。
