However, such a sheet has drawbacks such as the inability to follow the resilience of the deformation under load and the expansion and contraction of the surface material after removing the load, and the like. Therefore, in recent years, nonwoven fabrics have been put on the market as another material in place of the above-mentioned foam sheet in order to improve these drawbacks, but many of them are intended to provide soundproofing performance. In addition, when a nonwoven fabric is used, when the floor material is fixed to the base material via an adhesive, the floor material may be slid on the adhesive during the construction work to align the real material and the real part. However, at this time, there was a problem that a great deal of time was required for the construction because the slip on the bonding surface was bad. Therefore, as a means of solving this,
For example, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 5, a material obtained by bonding a nonwoven fabric 2 to a floorboard 1 is applied to a floor substrate 6 to which an adhesive 5 has been applied.
There is a means for attaching a polyester film or a corona-discharge-treated polyolefin-based film as the film material 3 to the surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 when the non-woven fabric 2 is attached. After laminating a nonwoven fabric and a film in a two-layer structure in which a material having a low melting point is formed into a film, and heat-treating with a calender roller, any one of means is used. However, in the former case, there is a disadvantage that the adhesive is impregnated into the nonwoven fabric and the buffering property is impaired. Had.

First, FIGS. 1 and 3
In the embodiment of the present invention, reference numeral 6 denotes a floor substrate, which is composed of a floor plate 1, a nonwoven fabric 2, and low-melting-point polyester fibers 4 randomly scattered on one surface of the nonwoven fabric 2 via an adhesive 5. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the floor material is directly attached. FIGS. 2 and 4 are perspective views for further explaining the configuration of the flooring material of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, respectively, with the surface on which the floor substrate is directly attached facing upward for convenience of explanation. It is. In FIG. 2, the low-melting polyester fiber 4 has an aspect in which polyester fibers are irregularly scattered on one surface of the nonwoven fabric 2, and in FIG. It has an aspect as if a polyester fiber sheet was attached.

When the floor material of the present invention is directly adhered to a floor substrate with an adhesive, the sliding on the adhesive becomes very good, so that the real part can be aligned very efficiently at the time of construction, and the workability is improved. Is significantly improved. In this case, as the material of the non-woven fabric, various materials such as synthetic resin fibers such as nylon, polypropylene, polyester, and polyethylene, and natural fibers such as cotton and pulp can be considered. Although it is not particularly stipulated except that the conditions are satisfied, use polyester fibers in consideration of cost and good adhesion with epoxy adhesives commonly used for floor construction. Is desirable. Although the basis weight is not particularly specified, it is preferably about 200 to 1000 g / m 2 .

That melts at a temperature lower than that of the polyester fiber, and melts and fuses at 100 ° C to 230 ° C.

First, a low-melting polyester fiber having a basis weight of 20 to 200 g / m 2 is laminated on a resin fiber to form a two-layer structure, and then needling is performed from both sides or one side to form a nonwoven fabric as a whole. At this time, if it is less than 20 g / m 2 , the slidability on the adhesive surface cannot be sufficiently exhibited. Also,
If it exceeds 200 g / m 2 , it is not possible to expect improved hardening corresponding to the amount used, and it is disadvantageous in terms of cost.

As a result, the low-melting-point polyester fiber is melted except for the portion constrained by needling, and exhibits an aspect in which the portion constrained by needling is scattered around the nonwoven fabric surface, or a fiber sheet. Is exhibited as if it were attached. At this time, the set temperature conditions and the holding time are arbitrarily set within a range in which the low-melting polyester fiber melts and the non-woven fabric does not undergo thermal deterioration, and depends on the blending amount of the low-melting polyester fiber and the thickness of the non-woven fabric. Is also adjusted appropriately.

All wooden floorboards were made by applying a decorative veneer to 9 mm plywood and painting and finishing, and the nonwoven fabric was a polyester nonwoven fabric finished to a thickness of 6 mm with a basis weight of 600 g / m 2 . The floorboard conditions were determined by attaching the nonwoven fabric to the back of a wooden floorboard, and changing the processing conditions of the surface of the nonwoven fabric facing the floor substrate. In addition, the processing conditions in the examples are as follows. After the polyester non-woven fabric and the low melting point polyester fiber were overlapped and needling under the usual conditions, only the lower melting point polyester fiber of 170 ° C. hot air was melted.

The workability referred to herein is a floor material bonding epoxy-based adhesive used for bonding the floor material to the concrete surface of the floor substrate, applied with a comb iron at 300 g / m 2 , and then the above-mentioned floor material is placed thereon, and the floor substrate is placed on the floor substrate surface. This refers to the ease with which the male and female trusses of the flooring can be aligned when pressed strongly and then shifted laterally. (Margins below this page)
