なり摺動性が劣化した、本来は不良品のスクリューシャ
フトが、有機系潤滑被膜処理を行うことにより、再使用
が可能となると共に突起部分が削られて摩耗粉となるこ
とが防止される。 (3)従来、高潤滑性が要求されていたスクリューシャ
フトや磁気ヘッド支持体の潤滑性が向上し、磁気ヘッド
の送り(位置決め)を極めてスムーズに行うことが可能
となった。 (4)また、近年特に要望されている磁気ヘッドの送り
速度高速化に対しては、従来のNi−Pめっきのみでは
対応できなかったが、スクリューシャフトや磁気ヘッド
支持体に有機系潤滑被膜処理を施すことにより、磁気ヘ
ッド支持体のすべりが非常に良くなり、ジッターを低減
