The aconite as a raw material used in the present invention is a Ranunculaceae (Ra
nunclaceae) is a plant of the genus Aconitum (Aconitum) and its main variety is Aconitum (Aconitum japonicum T.
HUNB ., Aconitum subcuneatum N AXAI ), Aconitum japonicum T HUNB .var.montanum, Aconitum carmichaeli D EBX , Ezo aconite (Aconitum yesoense N AKAI ), and many others are known. In the area of Oriental medicine, only tuberous roots (Fushi and Ozu) are used, and stems and leaves are discarded. The foliage is slightly used for appreciation with the flower, but at present, they are discarded after the appreciation period. In the present invention, what has been conventionally treated as waste can be utilized, and also useful as an effective use of resources. As a raw material used for the hair growth and hair growth-promoting agent of the present invention, stems or leaves of aconite or any combination selected therefrom is used. As a method for producing the hair growth and hair growth-promoting agent of the present invention, the above-mentioned raw material is extracted with water or alcohol, and the extract is used. In general, aconite, not only the roots but also the stems or leaves may contain highly toxic alkaloids,
The water or alcohol extract requires special handling. From that point of view, it is preferable to use a stem or leaf which has been previously heat-treated and toxinized. This raw material is preferably minced, and water or an alcohol, for example methanol or ethanol, is added and extraction is carried out at room temperature or by heating. A mixed solvent of water and alcohol may be used as the extraction solvent. The extraction operation may be performed while stirring using a stirrer. When heating using alcohol, it is preferable to carry out by heating to reflux. The extract used in the present invention uses an appropriate base, and is used after being diluted with the base. The extract remains liquid, or concentrated to dryness, using any necessary carriers, emulsifiers, suspending agents, and fragrances commonly used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and other industries,
It is formulated in a conventional manner. These materials include oleic acid, triethanolamine, beeswax, cetyl alcohol, sodium lauryl sulfate, glycerin, sodium alginate, gum arabic, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose,
Bentonite, vaseline, liquid paraffin, alcohols and esters thereof, for example, ethanol, propylene glycol, cetostearyl alcohol, sorbitan monostearate and the like can be used,
It can be provided in various other forms such as hair lotion and hair shampoo. It is also provided in the form of an ointment composition or a plaster composition, and these are well-known pharmaceutical carriers, for example, vaseline, paraffin, lanolin hydrolyzate, plastibase, hydrophilic vaseline, macrogol,
It may contain wax, resin, purified lanolin, rubber and the like.

[Experimental Example 1] (Hair-growth effect) Std: ddY male mice (body weight 25 to 30 g) were used in the experiment. The animals were housed at room temperature 24-25 ° C., with free access to water, food, and 12-hour light / dark conditions. On the day before the start of the experiment, the mice were partially depilated with a depilatory cream and used. Each 1 g of the extract obtained in each of the above Examples and Reference Examples was dissolved in 20 ml of ethanol to prepare a sample solution. 0.1 ml of the sample solution was applied twice daily in the morning and evening to the hair-removed site. In the control group, 0.1 ml of ethanol was applied to the site where the hair was removed. The judgment was made by visual observation, and the criterion was based on the following criteria.

On the 4th, sampling was performed on the new hair generated from the hair loss site, and the body hair length was measured. The measurement of the body hair length was performed using a stereomicroscope. Five of the longest hairs were selected from any of the 20 sampled hairs, and the average value was determined to be the mouse hair length. The results are shown in Table 2.
