2. Description of the Related Art In general, commercial and industrial buildings, especially doorways of factories, warehouses, etc., often have seat shutters that can be opened and closed at high frequency and at high speed because traffic such as trucks and forklifts frequently enter and exit. . The seat shutter used in such a place is equipped with, for example, an ultrasonic sensor that detects that a passing object has come near the seat shutter in order to allow the passing object to pass smoothly, and according to a detection signal of the sensor. The seat shutter is opened in conjunction with it and automatically closed after a certain time. This allows a passing object to pass smoothly without stopping in front of the seat shutter.

However, when the passing speed of the passing object is high, the passing object collides with the sheet member and tries to pass through the opening before the sheet member of the seat shutter is opened by detecting from the sensor. It may be damaged.
Therefore, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-558, when a large pressing force is applied to the sheet body due to collision, the end of the sheet body is separated from the guide rails located on both side ends of the sheet body to guide the opening and closing of the sheet body. There is one that is configured. This prevents the sheet body from being damaged.

However, in the above-described method, the end of the sheet is separated from the guide rails located at both ends of the opening, and the sheet is easily separated from the guide rail. Since such a configuration is required, there is a danger that the sheet body may be detached from the guide rail even during normal opening and closing when it is applied to a seat shutter used for such high frequency and high speed opening and closing.

[0005] Further, in the case where a passing object does not stop and passes by even after the sheet is separated from the guide rail, the above-mentioned method tends to pass the passing object in a state of being wrapped in the sheet body. There is a possibility that the sheet body may be damaged even though the sheet body has detached from the guide rail.

When a predetermined force or more acts on the sheet member, the engagement of the connecting member of the slit formed in the sheet member is released. Since a slit having a connecting member is formed in the sheet body in which the passing object directly collides in the opening and closing direction, the locking of the slit is released to form a space through which the passing object can pass after the collision. The unlocked slit portion automatically returns to the original locked state by rolling up the sheet body.

The sheet member 1 is formed by a pair of connection return members 9 having the slit portions 6 attached to the magsa as shown in FIG. 5 in a state where the locking members 7 of the slit portions 6 and the locked members 8 are connected. Opening / closing is performed by forward / reverse driving of the motor 2 while passing through the space 9g. In normal times, the opening and closing of the sheet body 1 is performed without opening the slit portion 6. However, when a passing object collides during closing of the sheet body 1 and a vertical force is generated on the sheet body 1, the force acts in a direction of separating the locking member 7 and the locked member 8. The locking member 7 and the locked member 8 maintain the connection until the force generated in the sheet body by the collision exceeds a certain magnitude. However, when a tensile force of a predetermined magnitude or more acts on the sheet body 1, the bulging portion 7d tries to pass between the locking projections 8c and elastically deforms the locked piece 8a, as shown in FIG. Eventually, as shown in FIG. 2C, the connection between the locking member 7 and the locked member 8 is released, and the closing of the slit portion 6 is released.

As a result, when a predetermined tensile force or more is applied to the sheet member 1, the connection between the locking member 7 and the locked member 8 of the slit 6 near the center in the width direction of the sheet member 1 is released. No large force is generated that would cause the 1 to break. Also, once the lock is released at a part of the slit portion 6, the other portion is released with a smaller force than the force at which the lock is initially released. When the force is further applied to the sheet body 1 after the release, the engagement of the other portions is released in a chain from the released portion, and the engagement of the slit portion 6 is released over substantially the entire opening. .

Therefore, even in the case where a passing object collides when the sheet body 1 is closed and passes without being stopped completely, the locking of the slit portion 6 of the sheet body 1 is released over substantially the entire area of the opening, and the passing object is released. Is formed, so that a large force does not act on the sheet member 1 and the sheet member 1 is not damaged. The locking member 7
By changing the thickness of the bulging portion 7d or by forming the bulging portion 7d at a constant pitch in the opening and closing direction, the magnitude of the pulling force that can release the connection between the locking member and the locked member is changed. It is possible to do.

Next, in order to return the sheet body 1 from which the slit 6 has been unlocked due to collision of a passing object or the like to the original locked state, the sheet 1 is held in a state where the slit 6 is unlocked. This is performed by winding the body 1 around the winding shaft 4. This is because when the sheet body 1 is wound up, the unlocked slit portion 6 passes through the space 9g formed by the pair of connection return members 9 installed in the magsa located just before the sheet body 1 is wound up. As shown in FIG. 6, the positions of the locking member 7 and the locked member 8 are forcibly approached by the first inclined surface 9e formed on the connection returning member 9, and the locking piece of the locking member 7 is formed. Since the locking member 7c deforms and locks the locked piece 8a of the locked member 8, the sheet body 1 is wound around the take-up shaft in a state where the locking is restored when passing through the connection returning member 9. become.

FIG. 7 is an overall front view of the second embodiment of the present invention, in which three slit portions 6 are formed at a central portion in the opening and closing direction of the sheet member 1 and one at the left and right. This second embodiment is preferably used particularly when the opening width is large. The seat plate 1a is divided at the lower end of the slit portion 6, and a weight bar for urging the lowering of the seat body 1 is provided on each seat plate. Further, a pair of connection return members 9 are provided at positions where the slit portion 6 passes in the magsa portion in front of the winding of the sheet 1, respectively.
To re-lock the unlocked slit portion 6, it is sufficient to simply wind up the sheet body 1. The seat shutter of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
In short, the present invention relates to the sheet body 1 against which a passing object directly collides,
The sheet body 1 is provided with a slit portion 6 that is unlocked in the opening and closing direction when a predetermined force or more is applied, and the slit portion 6 that is unlocked by winding up the sheet body 1 is also provided. Any function having a function of automatically returning to the locked state with the sheet member 1 may be used, and one having two slits in the opening and closing direction of the sheet body 1 or four or more slits may be formed.

The structure for preventing the breakage of the sheet of the seat shutter according to the present invention is constructed as described above. Therefore, when a large force acts on the sheet 1, the engagement of the slit formed in the sheet is released, There is no need to replace the sheet because the sheet is not damaged. In addition, even when a passing object collides at the time of closing the sheet body and passes without being able to stop completely, since the slit portion is provided in the sheet body against which the passing object directly collides, the slit of the sheet body covers almost the entire opening. Since the locking of the portion is released to form a space through which a passing object can pass, a large force does not act on the sheet member, and the sheet member is not damaged.

Further, since the slit portion passes through the space formed by the pair of connection return members provided on the magsa, the locking of the slit portion is restored only by winding up the sheet member. It does not require any special restoration work, and does not hinder the passage of other traffic because it does not take much time to restore. Furthermore, unlike the structure in which the end of the seat body is separated from the guide rail as in the past, the seat breakage prevention structure of the seat shutter of the present invention does not use a special guide rail, so the existing structure can be simply replaced by replacing the seat body.
