However, in this case, when repairing or replacing the hydraulic pump or the electric motor, the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are taken out of the tank together with the holding frame.
The hydraulic pump and electric motor must be removed and installed in a suitable place around the tank, and depending on the installation state of the tank, it is difficult to secure the space for the holding frame for such repairs around the tank. There was a problem that was inconvenient to use.

Therefore, in the present invention,
A tank is formed in a box shape with an upper opening closed by a lid and stores hydraulic fluid sucked and discharged by a hydraulic pump inside, and a hydraulic pump and an electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump are mounted inside and outside the tank through the upper opening. A holding frame formed so as to be able to enter and exit, and an upward receiving portion is provided on the side wall of the tank, and the holding frame has a mounting portion mounted on the receiving portion for mounting the holding frame on the tank. Yes,
The mounting part is formed on the holding frame, and is formed at a position lower than the immersion mounting part on the holding frame, in which the holding frame is mounted on the tank while the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are immersed in the working fluid. And a lifting mounting portion for mounting the holding frame to the tank in a lifting state in which the hydraulic pump and the electric motor protrude out of the tank.

According to such a construction, after the lid is removed and the upper opening of the tank is opened, the immersion mounting portion is mounted on the receiving portion of the tank, and the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are immersed in the working fluid to thereby remove the tank. When the holding frame attached to the holding frame is pulled out of the tank, and then the lifting receiver at a position lower than the immersion receiver is placed on the receiving part and the holding frame is mounted on the tank, the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are activated. A lifting state protruding out of the tank is obtained. Then, at this time, the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are all or mostly located outside the tank, and even if there is a part partially located in the tank, the position is easily reached near the upper opening of the tank. Therefore, the repair work can be performed without placing the holding frame around the tank, and there is no need to secure a space for disposing the holding frame around the tank.

When the hydraulic pump 16 or the electric motor 17 needs repair such as repair or replacement, the electric motor 17 is stopped and the holding frame 15 is pulled out of the tank. That is, the mounting screw 10 is removed, the lid 9 is removed, and the upper opening 8 is opened. Then, in each of the receiving portions 11 and 12, the nut 30 is removed, the lifting pieces 25 and 26 are removed, and then the hydraulic pump 16 and the electric motor 1 are moved by a hoist or other appropriate means.
7 and the holding frame 15 is pulled out of the tank 1. When the lifting placing pieces 25 and 26 are attached to both ends of the mounting portion 18 with the mounting screws 27 and mounted on the holding frame 15, the lifting placing pieces 25 and 26 form the lifting placing sections 25 A and 26 A on the holding frame 15. This hole 2
When the holding frame 15 is pulled down by inserting the mounting screw 14A of the vibration-proof rubber 14 through the mounting member 9, the lifting mounting portions 25A, 26
A is placed on the vibration isolating rubbers 14 of the receiving portions 11 and 12, and the holding frame 15 is mounted on the tank as shown in FIG. You. At this time, the nut 30 is screwed onto the mounting screw 14A of the vibration-proof rubber 14, and the
5 and 26 may be fixed to the anti-vibration rubber 14. At this time, since the hydraulic pump 16 and the electric motor 17 are exposed outside the tank 1, they can be removed and attached without any trouble.
It is not necessary to prepare a separate receiving member,
Repair work can be performed well. For this reason, even if it is difficult to secure a space for arranging the holding frame 15 around the tank 1 for repair due to the installation state of the tank 1, repair can be easily performed.

1. A tank having an upper opening closed by a lid and formed in a box shape and storing therein a hydraulic fluid sucked and discharged by a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic pump and an electric motor for driving the hydraulic pump are mounted on the tank. A holding frame formed so as to be able to move in and out of the tank through the opening, an upward receiving portion is provided on a side wall of the tank, and the holding frame is placed on the receiving portion for mounting the holding frame to the tank. An immersion mounting part formed on the holding frame and mounting the holding frame on the tank in a state where the hydraulic pump and the electric motor are immersed in the hydraulic fluid; and an immersion mounting part on the holding frame. And a lifting mounting portion formed at a position lower than the mounting portion and mounting the holding frame to the tank in a lifting state in which the hydraulic pump and the electric motor protrude out of the tank.
