結片と溝部の底板とをかしめ手段により結合するもので
ある。

ないし第6図に示すように、この連結片11は基端部を両
側板6,7が突出している方向とは反対の方向へ直角に折
り曲げ形成している。また、底板10の他端部には、この
連結片11の幅分と板厚に相当する切欠き凹部12を形成し
ている。このように構成された溝形材5は切込み8,9位
置で山折りされて、第2図に示すような、L字形の枠部
材13が形成される。そして、このL字形の枠部材13を一
対用意する。一対の枠部材13,13はそれぞれの一端部に
形成した連結片11,11をこれら枠部材の互いの他端部の
溝部から挿入させ、これら連結片11,11の基端部を互い
の切欠き凹部12,12に嵌合せしめるとともに各連結片11,
11と溝部の各底板部10,10とがかしめ手段で結合され
る。このかしめ手段は、例えば、第10図および第11図に
示すようなかしめ装置31でくり抜きかしめ14されること
により行われる。15は中桟であり、枠体1に窓などを設
