したところ、カリウムの濃度を一定の低い濃度の範囲内
とし、且つカリウムとナトリウムを一定の濃度以下とし
た場合に、酸化皮膜の欠陥部を減少させ、酸化皮膜にお
ける亀裂の発生を防止でき、これによって、漏れ電流を
格段に低減でき、耐電圧劣化を防止できることが判明し
た。本発明は、このような実験結果に基づき、提案され
