Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a catheter tube is used to be inserted into a blood vessel of a human body and deliver a liquid drug to an affected part through the tube, and is usually made of resin. However, when a catheter tube is inserted into a blood vessel of a human body, there is a problem that buckling is easily caused and operation is difficult because of low strength. Therefore, when inserting the catheter tube into a blood vessel, a guide wire is used to reach the affected part.

Therefore, in order to give the tube an appropriate strength, the outer diameter of the tube is increased, but the blood vessel may be damaged. In addition, since a guide wire is required for insertion into a blood vessel, not only the cost is increased but also the operation is complicated.

Further, by providing a taper (4) having a predetermined length at the distal end portion as shown in FIG. 3, the strength of the waist, which does not exist in the conventional catheter tube, and the buckling when inserted into the blood vessel of the human body are reduced. In addition, the catheter tube is less likely to damage the blood vessel to be inserted, and the catheter tube can be made compact. Further, since the catheter tube has superelastic properties, the same operability as a guide wire can be provided.

A Ti-based alloy wire (3) is provided in a spiral shape, and this is resin (2).
3 and a taper (4) having a predetermined length at the distal end portion as shown in FIG. 3 to form a catheter tube, or a nickel tube having superelastic properties (not shown). -By using a Ti-based alloy wire as a hollow stranded wire, coating this in a cylindrical shape with a resin, and further providing a taper (4) of a predetermined length at the distal end as shown in Fig. 3 to form a catheter tube. In addition, since a high-pressure liquid can be sent into the tube, further downsizing can be achieved, a conventional guide wire is required, complicated operations are simplified, and blood vessel damage can be reduced.
