産業上の利用分野
本発明は、パチンコ球とパチンコ球通路の摩擦によっ
て生じた静電気を除去するパチンコ機における静電気除
去装置に関するものである。
従来の技術
球タンクから排出されたり、上皿から打ち出されたパ
チンコ球が、合成樹脂製の賞球通路,セーフ球通路,ア
ウト球通路等の様々なパチンコ球通路を通過する間に、
該通路との摩擦によってパチンコ球には13000V程度の電
圧が生じる。このため、球皿内にたまったパチンコ球を
取り出そうとしたお客の手が痺れたり、パチンコ球に帯
電した電荷によるノイズで、パチンコ機の制御基板に影
響がでたりする。
パチンコ機に帯電している静電気を除去するための導
電部材をパチンコ球通路に設けた遊技機は、例えば、特
開昭61−29377号及び実開昭60−13174号として知られて
いる。
特開昭61−29377号に記載の遊技機や、実開昭60−131
74号に記載のパチンコ機の放電装置は、パチンコ玉通路
においてパチンコ玉と接触する部分に導電材を設け、例
えば、パチンコ球が貯留される玉タンクの底部に導電材
としての鉄板を設けたり、賞球の払出し通路の下部にお
ける賞球緩衝桶に導電材としてのL形鉄板を設け、リー
ド線の一端を導電材に接続する一方、リード線の他端を
外枠または取付金具に接続し、パチンコ球に帯電してい
る静電気を除去するものである。
発明が解決しようとする課題
本発明の目的は、球受皿に溜まっているパチンコ球
を、開閉蓋を操作して球抜き孔を開口するだけで排出す
ることができ、球受皿の球受凹部に溜まっているパチン
コ球に帯電している静電気を除去してパチンコ球への接
触時に生じる不快感を解消することができ、開閉蓋以外
に合成樹脂製の球受皿に静電気除去用の導電部材を別途
設ける必要のないパチンコ機における静電気除去装置を
提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段
本発明のパチンコ機における静電気除去装置は、上記
課題を解決するために、合成樹脂製の球受皿の球受凹部
に、前記球受皿上のパチンコ球をパチンコ機外へ排出す
る球抜き口を形成し、開閉蓋を導電材により構成すると
共に前記球抜き口に対して開閉自在に設け、前記開閉蓋
に導線の一端を接続すると共に、前記導線の他端を接地
と接続したことを特徴とする構成を有する。
作用
パチンコ機より払い出された賞球または戻り球は、パ
チンコ機内の誘導桶を経由してパチンコ機全面に配備さ
れた合成樹脂製の球受皿の球受凹部に排出されて貯留さ
れる。
賞球または戻り球は、球受皿に至る途中で衝突等によ
り静電気を帯びる。
球受皿の球受凹部に形成された球抜き口に対して開閉
蓋を開閉自在に設けた構成は、球受凹部に溜まったパチ
ンコ球に触れることなく、開閉蓋を操作して球抜き口を
開口してパチンコ球を排出することを可能とする。
開閉蓋を導電材により構成すると共に、開閉蓋に導線
の一端を接続し、導線の他端を接地と接続した構成は、
球受皿の球受凹部に溜まっているパチンコ球に帯電して
いる静電気を、開閉蓋及び導線を通じて接地に放電して
除去することを実現し、パチンコ球への接触時に生じる
不快感を解消することを可能とする。
開閉蓋が導電材を兼ねる構成により、合成樹脂製の球
受皿に静電気除去用の導電部材を別途設ける必要性をな
くす。
実施例
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明す
る。
第3図は、パチンコ機1(第2図参照)の前面下方に
取り付けられた合成樹脂製の球受下皿2を示したもので
あり、球受下皿2の上面には灰皿3と球受凹部4が設け
られ、背面にはパチンコ機1に取り付けるためのボルト
5,5が後方に穿設されている。
球受凹部4の底面には適宜形状の球抜き口6が穿設さ
れており、球受下皿2の球抜き口6部分の下面には、蓋
受板7が重合される。蓋受板7は、鉄等の導電部材より
成り、四隅にビス孔8,8を穿設し、球抜き口6に対応す
る位置に球抜き口6とほぼ同形の球排出口9が穿設され
ている。
そして、球排出口9の周縁と、蓋受板7の前縁を除く
外周には立ち上り壁10を形成し、蓋受板7の底面には左
右方向の摺動溝11を設ける。
12は球受下皿2と蓋受板7の間に挿入され、球抜き口

開閉蓋12の下面には、蓋受板7の摺動溝11内を摺動す

付けるためのバネ取り付けビス16を固定し、突片14の先
端には合成樹脂製の取手17を設ける。
そして、第1図に示すように開閉蓋12を間に挾んで蓋
受板7を球受下皿2の下面に重合し、ビス孔8,8にビス1
8,18を挿通して固定する。この時、第1図に示すよう
に、開閉蓋12の突片14及び取手17は蓋受板7の前縁の開
口部19から外部に露出され、突片14のバネ取り付けビス
16と、球受下皿に固定されたバネ取り付けビス20との間
にはバネ15が架設される。
以上のように組み立てられた球受下皿2は、ボルト5,
5によってパチンコ機1の前面に取り付けられる。そし
て、蓋受板7を球受下皿2に固定するビス18に導線21を
接続し、この導線21の他端を、パチンコ機1の底面に付
設した鉄板22に接続し、鉄板22を導線23を介して接地す
る。
このような構成により、取手17を操作することにより
開閉蓋12をバネ15の付勢に抗して摺動移動して球抜き口
6を開口することができ、球受下皿2内のパチンコ球42
に触れることなくパチンコ球を下方に排出することがで
きる。また、球受下皿2内のパチンコ球42に帯電した静
電気は、開閉蓋12、蓋受板7、導線21、パチンコ機1の
底面に付設した鉄板22、導線23を通って接地に放電され
て除去される。
なお、上記の実施例においては蓋受板7全体を導電部
材により形成したが、球排出口9の周縁にのみ導電部材
を設け、これに導線21を接続することも可能である。
以上、球受下皿2における静電気除去装置について述
べたが、パチンコ機1内の他のパチンコ球通路24におい
ても静電気を除去する必要があり、第4図に示すよう
に、球タンク25,タイクレール26,賞球ケース27,賞球通
路28,セーフ球通路29、アウト球通路30,球抜き路31,球
受上皿32の排出口等のパチンコ球通路24の、少なくとも
パチンコ球42との接触面には、導電部材33が付設されて
おり、この導電部材33には導線21が接続されている。導
線21の他端は鉄板22に接続され、更にこの導線23を介し
て接地されている。
導電部材33は、第5図,第6図に示すように、パチン
コ球通路24の底壁内面34に敷設され、導電部材33と電気
的に接続されたビス35の先端には端子36がナット37によ
り固定されており、この端子36には導線21が接続され、
このようにして、導電部材33と導線21とは電気的に接続
されている。
また、導電部材33は、パチンコ球通路24の全長に亘っ
て付設してもよいが、各通路に一ケ所ずつ設ければ充分
である。
次に、球タンク25を例にとって、静電気を除去する装

第7図は、パチンコ機1の制御基板43のブロック図で
ある。
制御基板43はその上にCPU,ROM,RAM,スイッチ検出部,
クロック回路,リセット回路,電源,LED表示回路,モー
ター制御部,2つのソレノイド駆動部,3つのランプ駆動
部,音声駆動部及びアナロググランドを備え、スイッチ
検出部はチャンネルCN6を介して第1種始動口検出スイ

発明の効果
本発明のパチンコ機による静電気除去装置によれば、
開閉蓋を操作して球抜き孔を開口するだけで、球受皿の
球受凹部に溜まっているパチンコ球に触れなくともパチ
ンコ球を排出することができ、開閉蓋を開閉操作しなく
とも、球受皿に溜まっているパチンコ球に帯電している
