However, since it is difficult to perform a winding operation in a state where the pole piece is integrated with the stator yoke, in recent years, the stator yoke and the pole piece are separately provided. A method has been practiced in which the magnetic pole pieces are wound around the magnetic pole pieces, and then the magnetic pole pieces are fitted and mounted on a stator yoke to be integrated. An example of a child core is shown.

That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the components of the stator yoke 1 and the components of the pole piece 2 are taken out of the iron core plate in a manner that their central axes are aligned. Here, the material removal is performed by punching using a press. At this time, while the fitting concave portion 1a and the fitting convex portion 2a forming the fitting portion 3 are formed by punching, the structure of the stator yoke 1 is formed. The part is separated from the constituent parts of the pole piece 2.

While the opening having the width Wa is formed, the blank material B is formed to have a width Wb obtained by adding the clearance 2c to the inner diameter Da of the die D, in other words, the outer diameter Pa of the punch P.

When the stator yoke 1 and the pole piece 2 are assembled, it is difficult to fit the fitting convex portion 2a into the fitting concave portion 1a, thereby causing a disadvantage that the working efficiency is significantly reduced. Unreasonable concentration of stress occurs at the fitting portion between the stator yoke 1 and the pole piece 2, and as a result, a stress acting in the center direction of the pole piece 2 is generated as shown by an arrow F in FIG. As a result, there is a disadvantage that the inner diameter of the laminated stator core is distorted.

を達成している。(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, the stator yoke constituent part and the magnetic pole piece constituent part are separated from each other while forming a fitting projection on the magnetic pole piece constituent part by punching and forming the magnetic pole piece constituent part on the center axis. When rotated about a predetermined angle around the stator yoke, a fitting concave portion having a shape corresponding to the fitting convex portion is formed at a predetermined portion in the stator yoke component portion where the fitting convex portion is located, and mixing at the stator yoke is performed. The above object is achieved by fitting the fitting yoke of the pole piece into the recess and integrally connecting the stator yoke and the pole piece.
