シャッター6が閉じるのが遅れると次のワーク穴に入っ
ている電子部品が混入落下することになる。以上の理由

ソレノイド20に連動するシャッター22及びバネ21からな
る分類ユニットがワーク穴37と同数だけ分類ディスク24

置である発信用発光ダイオード19はベース25に分類数取
り付けられている。16はソレノイドの動作信号受信装置
であるフォトトランジスタであり回転する分類ディスク
上に各ソレノイド20に対応した位置に取り付けられてい
る。23はソレノイド20を駆動させる電気回路が組み込ま
れたソレノイド駆動回路格納庫、14は分類された電子部
品が落下するホースで15の良品受け箱につながってい
る。第2図に示す34はソレノイド駆動電源で電源供給ブ
ラシ35、受電用アーマチュア32、大容量の充電用コンデ
ンサ33、メインシャフト39内の配線を経てソレノイド駆

る。測定回路38によって測定された電子部品の判定結果

うとする位置に取り付けられた発信用発光ダイオード19
を発光させ信号を送る。分類ディスク24に取り付けられ
た受信用フォトトランジスタ16で受光された光は電気信
号に変換されソレノイド駆動回路格納庫23に送られソレ
ノイド20を動作させシャッターをX方向に開く。分類さ
れた電子部品はホース14を通り良品受け箱15へ落下す
る。X方向に開いたシャッター22は次の電子部品が供給
されるまでにバネ21によりX′方向に復帰させられる。

ディスク等が破損したりすることが防げ、部品交換周期
が10倍以上に改善された。更に従来の電子部品の電気特
性分類装置と比較してシャッター開閉の時間設定にゆと
りが持てるため電子部品の電気特性分類装置の分類スピ
ードを約50%向上させることが可能となった。また別の
ワーク穴に入っている電子部品の混入落下という従来の

クの回転を早くしても、シャッター開閉タイミングはル
ーズにでき、電子部品をシャッターによって挟んでしま
うことがない高速度の電子部品分類装置を提供すること
