第3図に洗浄装置の圧胴に圧接した状態を側断面図とし
て示してあるように、洗浄布4のマガジンロール5、巻
取ロール6は枠体3に取り付られており、洗浄布の線圧
着装置として、同じく枠体3に取付けられた山形状支持
体7の一端にブレード8を設けてマガジンロール5より
送出された洗浄布4を圧胴1に線状に圧接し、巻取ロー
ル側に位置する他端をガイド部9とし、ブレード8によ
り圧胴1に線状に圧接された洗浄布4を圧胴円周に沿っ
て弧状10に圧接部が生ずるよう押え付けて案内した後、
巻取ロール6で巻取るよう構成されている。即ち、圧胴
1の汚れを直接除去するための洗浄布4と、洗浄布4が
そこから歩進的に巻きほどかれるマガジンロール5と、
洗浄布を巻き取り且つ保持するための巻取ロール6と洗
浄布を圧胴に圧着するブレード8と、洗浄布近傍で湿ら
せる手段としての洗浄液供給パイプ11に設けたノズル12
と、ブレード8及び洗浄液供給パイプ11を保持するとと
もに、巻取られる側の洗浄布を圧胴面に接触状態に保持
するガイド部9を設けた山形状支持体7と、マガジンロ
ール5、巻取ロール6及び支持体7を支持するための枠
体13から構成され、圧胴1の爪機構取付凹部1aには爪軸
2とこれに取付られた爪3が設けられており、さらにこ
の爪軸2には爪逃げカム14が設けられている。また、本
洗浄装置には、少なくとも圧胴と高速回転時に接触する
のを防止するために、本装置を圧胴から離脱させる目的
の移動システムとしてのエアシリンダーと、洗浄布を歩

導入或はブレード交換の際には、多大の労力と時間及び
導入費用を必要としていた。このため、ブレードと圧胴
表面との当り精度を自動的に調整する方法としては、ガ
イドレール等に組み付けたブレード先端部の数箇所に光
学式或は超音波方式等のセンサーを取付け、距離を測定
し、測定した距離データよりフィードバックをかけ、ブ
レードを少しづつ移動させる方法も考えられるが、この
ようなものは装置として複雑にならざるをえなかった。
