(Prior Art) As a means for joining a contact point of a relay, a microswitch, a breaker or the like to a substrate by laser welding or the like, a technique described in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-40119 has been known. According to this prior art, as shown in FIG.
A method is adopted in which a contact material 1 'and a metal plate 2' as a base material are overlapped, and a laser a is irradiated from both sides of the base material and welded.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, according to the conventional welding means described above, it is necessary to make the contact material 1 'and the overlapped portion of the base material adhere to each other. Otherwise, the penetration of welding becomes unstable, and defects such as voids are liable to occur, and the reliability as a contact decreases.

On the other hand, even when a low-melting metal such as brazing material or solder is sandwiched between the contact material 1 'and the base material and melt-bonded, an activator such as a flux is used to clean the bonding surface and promote the wettability of the molten metal. Is required, and there has been a problem such as adhesion of flux to the contact surface.
