【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明はプリント配線板の部品を実装する分野におけ
る部品実装装置に関するものである。 従来の技術 従来、この種の装置は第3図,第4図に示すように、
部品供給部1の部品2のリード3を切換部4で部品に合
った測定部5へ接続し、そしてその部品の値を測定し、
あらかじめ実装機6に記憶させてあるNCプログラムの部
品の値と比較し、供給部品が正しい値で正しい位置にあ
るかを確認していた。 発明が解決しようとする問題点 しかしながら、この場合以下の問題があった。 (1) 個々の部品の種類に合わせて測定部5を用意す
る必要があり、装置が複雑で高価となる。 (2) 部品の値を測定しているだけなので、部品の特
性(耐圧,温度特性等),方向,メーカー,数量,生産
ロット等の部品情報まで管理できない。 問題点を解決するための手段 上記問題点を解決するため本発明は、部品を部品供給
部から受け取り,プリント配線板に実装する装置であっ
て,同一種類の部品を複数個有したパーツカセットを複
数個有した部品供給部と,部品供給部より部品を受け取
りプリント配線板に部品を実装する実装部と,各パーツ
カセットにバーコードで表示された,部品名と部品の電
気特性及び収納数量とを含む部品情報を読み取るバーコ
ード読み取り部と,あらかじめ記憶されているNCプログ
ラムの部品情報とパーツカセットのバーコードから読み
取った部品情報とを比較して所望の部品か比かを判定す
る部品情報処理部とを有し,前記部品情報処理部にて所
望の部品でないと判断された場合には,判断されたその
部品と本来の正しい部品とを表示部に表示するよう構成
したものである。 さらに第2の発明は,部品を部品供給部から受け取
り,プリント配線板に実装する装置であって,同一種類
の部品を複数個有したパーツカセットを複数個有した部
品供給部と,部品供給部より部品を受け取りプリント配
線板に部品を実装する実装部と,各パーツカセットにバ
ーコードで表示された,部品名と部品の電気特性及び収
納数量とを含む部品情報を読み取るバーコード読み取り
部と,あらかじめ記憶されているNCプログラムの部品情
報とパーツカセットから読み取った部品情報中の収納数
量とにより所望の部品がなおパーツカセット内に存在す
るか否かを判定する部品情報処理部とを有し,前記部品
情報処理部にてパーツカセット内に部品がないと判断さ
れた場合には,該パーツカセットが部品切れである旨を
表示部に表示するよう構成したものである。 作用 本発明は上記構成により、記号で部品情報を表示しそ
れを読み取るため、読み取り装置が一種類で済み、又部
品を測定するだけでは得られない情報の記号で表示し、
よりくわしい部品情報が得られる。 実 施 例 以下本発明の一実施例の部品実装装置について、第1
図,第2図により説明する。 部品供給部7の部品ケース8に部品情報(部品の値,
特性,方向,メーカー,数量,生産ロット等)をバーコ
ード9で表示しておく。次にバーコード9をバーコード
リーダー10で読み取り、部品情報処理部11へ部品情報を
渡す。比較判定部では、実装機12より部品情報を受け取
っており、先の部品ケース8から読み取った部品情報と
比較判定を行う。もし部品供給部に間違った部品が供給
されている場合、表示部13へ間違っている部品と本来供
給されている部品を表示する。又、部品の数量情報を得
る事により、部品切れの表示,何コ使って,何コ残って
いるか等、数量管理を行う事が出来る。 発明の効果 以上の様に部品ケースに部品情報を表示する事によ
り、供給部品の確認と同時に、部品の数量,生産ロット
の管理が行える。

のバーコードから読み取った部品情報とを比較して所望
の部品か否かを判定する部品情報処理部とを有し,前記
部品情報処理部にて所望の部品でないと判断された場合
には,判断されたその部品と本来の正しい部品とを表示
部に表示するよう構成した部品実装装置。 2.部品を部品供給部から受け取り,プリント配線板に
実装する装置であって,同一種類の部品を複数個有した
パーツカセットを複数個有した部品供給部と,部品供給
部より部品を受け取りプリント配線板に部品を実装する
実装部と,各パーツカセットにバーコードで表示され

情報を読み取るバーコード読み取り部と,あらかじめ記
憶されているNCプログラムの部品情報とパーツカセット
から読み取った部品情報中の収納数量とにより所望の部
品がなおパーツカセット内に存在するか否かを判定する
部品情報処理部とを有し,前記部品情報処理部にてパー
ツカセット内に部品がないと判断された場合には,該パ
ーツカセットが部品切れである旨を表示部に表示するよ
う構成した部品実装装置。
