After heating to 700-850 ° C, it is cooled to about 460 ° C and melted. That is, apart from the processing capacity, the annealing furnace 5 itself is similar to that of the continuous annealing equipment. In recent years, the continuous melting plating equipment has greatly improved the plating processing capacity, and the annealing furnace has also been required to have a considerable processing capacity.
It has become a large-scale facility, which is no different from equipment dedicated to annealing. In recent years, market demands are small and multi-product, and in order to meet the needs of the market, it has become indispensable to use multi-purpose equipment and improve the operation rate of equipment. . Therefore, if a facility capable of performing not only melting and annealing but also annealing can be constructed, a great effect can be obtained. However, since the operation must always be performed at a high temperature, if the switching of the equipment takes a long time, the strip will break due to creep, and it is necessary to switch the equipment within a time during which no creep occurs. If the furnace temperature is lowered, the switching time can be extended, but a large amount of energy is required for raising the temperature after the switching, which is against energy saving. Therefore, it is essential that the equipment can be switched within the time that does not cause creep rupture,
No conventional equipment has made this possible.

Each component of the apparatus and a teflector roller for annealing installed on the melting pot so that the strip can change its direction without entering the melting pot in a state where the components of the plating apparatus are removed from the melting pot. Further, the present invention is achieved by having a snout capable of expanding and contracting the length and tilting the installation angle so that the annealing deflector roller can be installed.

Is heated for more than a predetermined annealing time cycle,
It cannot be a finished product, but becomes a scrap. This will greatly reduce the yield. In order to minimize this, equipment switching is performed such that a path switching leader strip 15 is interposed between the points A and B in FIG. At the point where the tip of the leader strip is stopped at the point B, switching from the plating equipment to the annealing equipment is performed, so that it is not melted, so that it can be reused. The metal re-melts and adheres to the rollers in the annealing furnace, causing problems.)
